@Wyvin I am all for characters having dark pasts. But there are a couple of problems with your characters bio. First there is no way the documentation of her existence could be destroyed in the fire. One this is 2040, documentation like that would be in several places (hospital, Social security, mutant registration, schools, doctors, ect.)
I have no problem with her living on the run for a couple of years. But once she collared she would be given to a mutant couple to live with until she was 18 or ready to live on her own. That couple would be very carefully chosen. They would want her to live with them.

@SleepingSilence That would be a very short post. The problem is I don't want to give you one paragraph of Liz looking confused but at the moment that is all I got.

I have been over your post several times in the last couple of days and I still have no idea how to make Liz respond. She has nothing to offer them. She literally owns nothing.
@Always We have apartments on top and under stores here but most aren't in bad shape. The places here would be rundown but functional. So Roxy's place would look more like this: 
Her shop would be in the bay and her apartment upstairs.
@AlwaysRoxy and Issac aren't in front of a house. He is standing outside a mechanic's shop. kind of like this

@Always I don't think you're character's bio is very likely. If her birth parents gave her up at birth she would have been given to a mutant family. If she grew up in the lab why would they suddenly let her go?
