I am thinking this might be a good place to skip. Let them settle into a routine of sorts.
It's summer again so I want to try to bring back one of my favorite plots.
Deep in the Black Hills of South Dakota is a camp. But this isn't the usual summer camp that parents send their kids to. No this is a very special camp. One for supernatural teen that are struggling. Some struggle with to control their powers. Others just struggle to fit in. All of them have gotten into trouble in school for various reason. The goal of this camp is to help these kids learn control and help them find their place in the world. There will be a schedule but there will also be times where the campers can interact freely.

Griffin hadn't had much luck with the rumors regarding the newest threat to the city. Everyone agreed it wasn't the group who did the heist. Which was interesting. He didn't agree the heist had been this new guy's way of testing the city. The heist most have been successful enough for the man to continue his plan. But if the rumors were true how would this group handle the new arrival? Everything he had heard indicated that this man was a criminal bigwig. He would be a threat to everyone not working for him. It was said that he had taken the Black Widow out because she had refused to work for him.
He was wandering when a commotion at one of the taverns. He saw a tall black man talking to a nervous boy. Now this in itself wasn't unusual. Nor was the fact that the two seemed to know each other. No what drew his attention was the others that responded to the pair. There was something going on here. He just didn't know if it had to do with the heist or the new crime lord that was trying to move in. There was only one way to find out. He headed into the tavern.

Griffin glared at the leech. "If you call that" he pointed to the bars the woman had blasted off with her water "convert then maybe you and everyone else should look up the damn definition. You DO NOT use your powers where humans might see! Do you think no one will notice those bars are gone?" He growled. He was pissed no one was listening. Everyone seemed to want to do their own thing. No one was working together. He was tempted to leave. He wasn't accomplishing anything.
"Fine you two think you can handle a shadow demon? Go for it." He was done. He had tried to get them to follow the rules. He was the one who would get in the most trouble when the higher ups heard but whatever. he couldn't bring himself to care. This whole group thing was a joke. It was a shadow demon for Pete's sake. Two people should be able to handle that. Unless it was not just a shadow demon. The tar made him think it might be something stronger. Something that would get stronger as it got later.
"I am going to find some blood. I don't care what the rest of you do. I am done with this little experiment for the night." Griffin shook his head. He didn't know how to work with other and no one here seemed all that interested in trying. He had a feeling the BOSA wouldn't last long.
