Elizabeth's past is a hazy and bloody spot on the pages of Amestris military registry, all that's know about her is that she joined the army under a special invitation from the Füher, as a medical officer tasked with a secret research, sometime before the Ishval War broke out.
The nature of her research was extremely secretive and it was said that she was the head of one of the most feared concentration camps during the conflict. Countless lives where sacrificed in her sinister research, whose purposed was the creation of that which all alchemist seek, The Philosopher's Stone.
After the end of the war she was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant colonel and given head of one of the states secret laboratories in order to continue her research, after Tim Marcoh went AWOL.
Specialty:
Blood Alchemy, which can be used a variety of ways, including:
- Healing, which was her original expertise;
- Halt the aging process of her body, which requires a constant supply of fresh blood, earning her the nickname "Amestrian Vampire";
- Combat, with her signature move, the "Bloody Rose Transmutation", where she causes the iron and oxygen on her victims blood to react violently and burst their blood vessels, popping out of their skin in the characteristic shape of roses made from coagulated blood.
Others:
Secretly, she's a bat-based Chimera, one of the first to ever be produced, since she offered her body willingly to help on the research she had been conducting for years alongside other genius bioalchemists like Shou Tucker and Tim Marcoh.
Also, she's an expert knife fighter and shouldn't be underestimated even when she is unable to make use of her alchemy, since her extensive knowledge of the human body's inner workings and cold blooded sadism means that she knows exactly how to inflict the maximum amount of suffering with each slash.

Hmm I wonder if I can have Sinthe snap this thing's neck, do giant spiders have necks ? Eh I guess he could put it into a head lock.
I see Sinthe fail his biology classes forever... how come he can put a spider on a head lock, if they don't have heads but a cephalothorax? Nevertheless, I would be really worried about getting this close to a giant spider because of their bristles, seriously, if they're as bad as the ones of a real tarantula, he'll have a hell of an itch later because of that.

He probably should go to the heroes side, now that they lost yet another member. If so, you probably should have an opening soon, when they decide on what to do after the fight ended.
Akemi observed as the fight unroll but decided not to interfere directly, instead looking at how the newbie hunters had trouble to deal with a quarry as simple as the Roushta, while blissfully ignoring the real threat. "It's a trap!" she almost wanted to shout when Sinthe jumped into the maw of beast willingly, but if he couldn't survive what was to come, what use would he have in the World of Wasted Dreams?
The next one to do a foolish action was Tatsumi, using shadow magic again after so little time. He probably will have a hell of a time when he go to sleep, that's, if he can sleep at all on the next few days. "Why don't you glue a target to your back, instead of using shadow magic over and over?" Akemi asked mockingly, still without getting up from her impromptu bench.
But, the cake this time went to Macey and her absolutely ecstatic attitude towards the Roushta and her know-it-all way of doing things, forgetting that this isn't the other side. So, whatever knowledge she may still have is as useful as a map was to a blind man, most of the time at least. "What do we have here? Are you getting wet because of thing like this? Ha! And some people still have the gall to call me a bitch. Even though I think it's better to be treated like a breeding animal than to be a psycho that gets off from things like that." Akemi didn't wanted to say half of the crap that came out of her mouth, but it looks like the alcohol was still affecting her very strongly.
Nevertheless, she stuck to the stone while keeping her eyes on the real threat that laid hidden in plain sight and her ears on their mysterious tracker.

Good idea, @Crimson Raven, that's a perfect way to add Sume to Hernia's team. Also, is Zane going to play house with Eos and Rikka, or not?

Meanwhile, the heroes had theirs asses kicked in every way possible and now have to heal and recover before the last fight comes.
