Eclipse Princess

Eclipse Princess was, surprisingly, enjoying her run through this dungeon that she had cleared god knows how many times in the past, maybe it was because of the company, maybe it was because of the renewed challenge, or just because of... "Cassandra", Eris thought in passing as Eclipse Princess' eyes took a casual glance of her, erm... girlfriend (How can thinking about one person in these circumstances be so hard?). "Either way, it would be better to avoid this, or people might find out who we are on the real world."

Just as Eclipse Princess was thinking so, their group finally reached the door to the first generator's room. However, before they could enter, the lights began to flicker on and off erratically, and some interference or ghost sound seeped in the ambient BGM. At first, Eclipse Princess wasn't fazed, it was not uncommon to experience glitches on these secret dungeons, very few people ever reached one of them and even less cared to report the errors they found (most likely to exploit them as much as they could).

Eclipse Princess continued on her way until what looked like a wraith of a real person or something out of a sci-fi novel pages materialized before them. "That's not supposed to happen", Eclipse Princess said before taking a step in the apparition's direction, "Two unexplainable events in one single day, what could be happening here?" She though as her hand was stretched towards the being, as a moth is drawn to a flame. Eris' curiosity about the real depths of Deep Ground once again baited her into a situation that could very well be dangerous, but there was no way she would stop.

"Who, or what are you? And... what are you doing here?" Eclipse Princess asked, as she was about to touch the hologram. What will happen when she does it? No one, much less Eclipse Princess herself knows, but one thing is sure, she wasn't going to stop, unless someone or something forced her to.

Ok, then I'll make eighth generation, for the same reason as above. This way she'll in an uncertain position between being the same generation as him, being one lower, or being two generations bellow him. Either way, I think this is pure-blooded enough for Kayneth to take her as favored a pupil and facilitate political connections on the Clock Tower.

I'll, once I have decided what to do about it.

That was more or less my intention. Not only is she using the improper materials, but also has way less experience than he had around the time of Zero, it's only natural of her attempts to be failed.
@Unoedipal

- Sure, I was really counting ~25 years per generation, like with normal people, but if it's the case which would be a good number? For example (and since my knowledge about him is kinda lacking) which generation is the Kayneth?

- I guess I can lower the quantity and keep the quality, then.

- I actually know that, the Second Magic actual mechanics are shady, that was just a theory I was citing doesn't needs to be an actual IC explanation.

- I see, I might either change that or ditch this ability altogether. As for damage I kind of missed the comparison, by large amount.

- Actually, that was more or less what I was trying to explain, but the words came out jumbled as well. I'll review this later, once i have more time.

- The autonomous nature of the Mystic Code. Naturally it's not as efficient as the Mercury Moeblob because it has a definite shape that it must keep, instead of being a malleable blob, but other than that it can behave quite similarly to how Kayneth's MC works.

Is this DGO's new theme? Seriously, the current situation only ever remembers me of Lain.

Full version, just for enjoyment:

I hope everyone got the message.
Everyone can make a master and a servant iirc. But I dont think we absolutely need to pair our master and servants together.

Actually, I think this may be the intention from the beginning, to not pair our own characters, I mean.
The horrifying moment you realize you have a Caster and everyone else has Magic Resistance.
Whelp, I always did love a challenge, thought I find myself for more empathetic to the plight of Medea. No wonder she had to drain all those civilians.

Only Saber and Rider have any significant resistance so far, and that shouldn't be that much of a problem to someone such as Tamamo. That said, the Servants so far indicate that this will be HGW with little attrition between he Servants. No one seems to have that bad of a personality and there's even the possibility that they would get along (Saber and Caster in particular) were they not meant to kill each other.
@TheWindel

I have a certain translation ready for you. However it seems like I'm reading a rather complicated excerpt from some random text because I can't seem to make context of it:

Nevertheless, such a thing gave me a spark of inspiration, especially considering that suggestion you've made me the other day. I might bring Pandora in, if I find a way to rope her in whatever is it that's happening.
<Snipped quote by Flamelord>

No heretics allowed.

Good thing I haven't followed my plan of a character inspired on Kiritsugu, then.

Ya know KoL we can see you stalking. Don't be shy, come say hi ^-^

Hi.

Well, I don't make it a habit of talking in the OOC of a RP I'm not part of which is why I went silent until now. Plus I don't want to disrupt yo all even if unwittingly, which is why I'll remain on my current status.

There's a 1 in three chance that I joining this will cause trouble down the road, even if there's a couple of characters here that I would really like to interact with, so I'll take the safe approach and stay on the sidelines. Nevertheless, I'll keep reading this, 'cause as you know, this RP is based of a work majorly headed by Windel and myself, so what happens on it is of interest to me.

That said, have a nice one.

See ya.
