Ok, fair enough. May I ask why he can't have The Nile?

He can't have anything because he hasn't done anything for the Machina yet. Even then, he won't really have the Nile so easily that' the best I can say to you at this point. People willing to betray their factions for easy reward on the other side aren't worthy of trust, after all.
@TheWindel@KoL Yeah I figured that out from KoL's description of the character as an abomination. I didn't think he was that bad nor incoherent, but I guess since he's in my head more than anywhere else right now... anyway, I'll send you a character sheet as soon as I'm able.

That's much better. Please do it.
@KoL
In your expert opinion, should I wait for our characters to meet?
Ramona is currently napping in the room we share and idk if I should post farther than that.
Would it be best if I woke her up and had her go to the lunch room? Since the thread isnt really moving along?

That certainly would be the best course of action. You can always say that she took at quick nap but woke up when her stomach demanded, or that the clock woke her up, or anything else you have in mind.

Anyway, that will be the best way for them to meet at the moment, since I can't just have Seyrun turn her back to Sina.
@TheWindel Miyu was a mech user with holy magic from the start. And she never acquired any demonic powers.

Yeah and this is a coherent idea, not like the abomination I've described on my post above. She was brought in the discussion as a good example, to compare with that other absurd idea.

I mean, if you declare yourself mad are you really mad? Unless she's literally mad. Which is an established fact really.

Whatever. It doesn't really matter if she's mad or not The deal here is that we aren't taking a completely incoherent character that we can't even imagine how or why he exists. That's what matters and isn't really open to discussion.

A corrupted, mad scientist, demon powered, magitech wielding, special snowflake, male harpy is totally and completely out of question. Period.
@BCTheEntity

A magitech harpy is potentially fine, but why does it need to be corrupted and mad? That just doesn't make sense and is frankly giving quite a headache for us to even make sense of.
That's simple:

If they are going to app a scientist they should do a Machina character.

If its a harpy, an angel.

And if it's a chaos related character a demon.

But they can't be the three at once.

Do a coherent character, please.
@BCTheEntity

What @TheWindel said is indeed relevant. Also, I still don't have a nice grasp of your character with just this. I means Demons don't do that kind of experiment on people, slaves are just worked to death, literally and then used again after they revive, over and over and over. Slavery would also be a bad place to say that your character got increasingly intelligent since a dangerous slave would just be thrown into a dark cell to rot forever.

@KoLZaK by the way. ;P

Details, details...
@Lonewolf685

I mean, it's a blade made out of holy light. Maggots or not that's going to hurt. Probably going to send him on KoL's thing though. It sounds interesting.

So the recent bit with the asteroids has got me wondering about something. What is outer space like in the Nexus? Is there an entire galaxy out there or us it more of a giant planet with a bit of void surrounding it.

Not planning on doing anything with it. Just curious from a worldbuilding standpoint.

By the way, I really don't suggest you have Saef join Zac. There's a big chance that Zac will be captured and forced stay out of the next battle. If don't want to share this fate, it's recommended that you stay safe in the downtime.

The Nexus is a whole pocket universe, if that's what you want to know, theoretically it's infinite in itself. Imagine it like walking in the inside 3D surface a of a huge, huge, huge 4D sphere and you shall be more or less in the right track of mind, to understand it.
