Or I just leave. I just apologized for the reaction I gave and said I understood, and you could have just said "Don't let it happen again", but you just had to take one more shot at me, telling me to "watch my behavior" like I'm a misbehaving child. I'm not even that invested in this story, I was only really staying around because I don't like to quit midway. I am, however, getting sick of your condescending attitude, so before you can further insult me I will take my leave.

If you cannot take a warning from a GM without trying to raise a ruckus, or feeling offended, your presence will not be missed. No arguing is part of the rules, after all.

See ya.
@BrokenPromise

I can relate to that. Almost being kicked (not to say having my characters outright banned by the players) from RPs that I GM, or Co-GM is a routine thing for me.

I found that now, and I apologize for my reaction in that case. In my defense, It's about 2 AM here, but even so I apologize and understand @KoL

That's a strike against you, not only for making it clear that you didn't read the RP's introduction, or didn't cared to check after I warned you but also for the uncalled for reaction which also goes against said rules and guidelines.

Watch your behavior.
@chukklehed

We will be glad if follow the two-posts rule from now onwards. We don't want this to devolve into a place that no one else can keep up to. Please, don't forget it again.

thanks for this

No worries. I like that some of you guys appreciated it.
@Gardevoiran

Accepted.

Actually, you seem to be mistaking hyphens with em dashes there, are you not?

Hyphens (-) are used to join words but dashes (—) are indeed used for pauses —dramatic or not— in fact they are used for nigh full-stop pauses. And they certainly are valid in inter— interrupted sentences and stammering.

Most people just don't know how to type an em dash, and use the hyphen for everything. cutting them some slack in an non-professional environment doesn't seem too much for me. After all, decorating arcane keyboard shortcuts like Alt+1551 isn't something most people need to do.

Ultimately, em dashes aren't ruled the same rigid grammar as most other punctuation marks. More than anything else they are a stylistic choice. Pushing your style on others, or giving bad advice doesn't seem like a good thing to do to a community of writers.

Take a look at this: https://www.grammarly.com/blog/hyphens-and-dashes/

PS:

en dashes are weird. I don't like to use them, and don't even know how to type that. In any situation they could be useful, I think that a hyphen performes better.
Forgive me for the poor quality of my posts. I'm feeling that my creative juices aren't running as well as I'd like them to these days. Hopefully, my writing will be back to a good level soon enough.

"Yes, this world is totally suspicious. I never thought that something like this was even possible," Nanoha replied to Vita over telepathy, while she joined the others on her way to their temporary residence. "Actually, I think it's more than creepy... the way their media seem to represent us. Anyway, I'm going to the same place you are now, we can talk later. Especially because I think that the two of us will have a lot of work to piece together a way to fine tune the Dimensional Transfer before we can go back to our world. I've been running simulations with Raising Heart for a while, but I'll need your travel experience to help me fix the coordinates before we can give it a test."

Nanoha's telepathic spiel, and the complex calculations that she was running together with Raising Heart didn't take all of her attention. The auburn-haired grade schooler made sure to keep a sizeable portion of her focus in the surrounding ambient, including keeping tabs on Menomaru's whereabouts at all times. He was too dangerous to let go unwatched, which is why Nanoha made sure to do one of her specialties (placing stealth spells) to plant a tracking spell on him.

When they arrived at the apartment building, Nanoha was almost taken aback by the luxury if their accommodations. She was quick to cast away her clothes, leaving Raising Heart on the bed beside her backpack, and dive into the bathroom. A bath, even if quick, would certainly help her organize her thoughts, especially with the whole lot of simulations she had running at the moment.
Meteora Österreich

"Mhmm, mhmm, I would never have guessed it on my own..." Even Meteora's thoughts oozed with snark as she finished her last order without much hurry. It would be highly detrimental to be caught close to Mister Bolt Head, especially since this wasn't nearly half as close to the last time she was caught in such an incident. That said, Meteora was shocked how someone could be that careless, or selfish. But again, what she learned about this Iron Man from a few quick web searches made it clear that selfishness was just the tip of the iceberg.

In fact, Twitter was beginning to go crazy just right now, it wasn't just Bolt Head's fault, but he was by far and large the most careless creation to appear right now. The only advantage this gave is that Meteora didn't even need to use her magic to track him, just a few swipes through any social media were enough to do the job. Technology was a frightening thing, indeed.

Meteora's focus shifted completely when she was bumped into by someone. The pale-haired girl turned around to see a distraught person, another woman wearing clothes that looked very similar to Meteora's own Sage outfit, looking towards her. Not only the look of amazement in the girl's eyes, but the aura that she emanated were unmistakable: she was another creation, one that looked freshly manifested. A proverbial fish out of the waters of a fantasy world.

"What took you so long? I was waiting for you for a long while," Meteora said out blue, calling the other woman's attention, with a typical cliche line, before she started another uproar, following the steps of Mister Bolt Head. "Come on, take a seat. We can talk better about 'that' while eating something," she added, taking the Book of a Thousand Miles from her bag and placing it on the table, hoping that the other woman would recognize a magic book without the need for words and roll with Meteora's scheme without creating many problems.

Of course, the worst case scenario was that the mage would think that Meteora was the one behind this incident and attack her, in which case her attempt to keep a low profile would be blown to bits. But, one has to take some risks, and this girl looked like a heroine or royalty of some sort; attacking, at first sight, was likely to be something she wouldn't consider. Or at least Meteora hoped that her creator followed standard fantasy protocols.
@KoL Hey, i wanted to ask if i could have Sanaki potentially run into Meteora, since PKMN told me to send the purple-haired loli to NY. Any thoughts on how you'd like to do that (since the other guy left Meteora high and dry)?

Oh, that's alright by me. I was thinking of posting tomorrow or the day after (my concentration is way lower than I'd like it to be) so it works quite well. I don't even mind waiting a bit more if need be.

Anyway as for ways to approach her, if you character is looking like she's dressed for a cosplay event for no reason at all when she walks in the same place as Meteora (which is a given) that would be a good beginning. Since Meteora is stuffing herself with food, apparently close by the door, your character could naturally run into her before anyone else.

The rest will probably work itself from there. Since Meteora is reasonable and experienced with this.
