Well, I suppose I can go ahead and say I'm in for this. I'll certainly be on Team Black by the looks of it but am still deciding on which Class to pick for sure.
@metanoia

It's less about being antsy and more about we being left with an unpaid cliffhanger for 2+ weeks. At this point, the scene is beginning to lose cohesion as is very evident by some of of the last posts.

We could go around and do this but what are we even supposed to expect/find out when we have no guidelines?

Also, when do you think whether or not it would be good to consider our options? I'm not saying we should hijack the RP for ourselves, but whether or not it's worth trying to keep going while we wait to see if Blu will come back or not, or if we just let this eventually cool off and die.

Just because something works in one RP doesn't mean it works in all of them after all. Waiting for a couple of weeks or so while we have an idea of what's going on is fine and easy. Doing the same while being left without information (especially while the GM has been offline for more than a week already) is much less so.
Well, we will have to think what do if @Blu goes missing for longer. Either give up or keep going with someone else as the new GM.

At any rate, I would like to point it out again that people aren't paying attention to all the events around them which is making the scene grow messy. I don't think that waiting much longer will be productive at all.

Celestial Musician
"I suppose you are right. Nevertheless, let's set this matter aside for now. Lamenting fate won't get us nowhere," Subaru said to Saber as the duo left her temporary home. "For the time being, I shall put my mind on the task at hand. Being indecisive isn't like me at all."

It didn't take long for them to reach the heart of this rural town. Unlike Tokyo and London, this place didn't have anything resembling a nightlife. As soon as the sun found its way behind the mountains, the city would be dead silent. Strangers walking around aimlessly would certainly gather attention, but that didn't particularly bother Subaru.

"Let's look for a place where we can do our business away from prying eyes. I doubt anyone will choose to fight where any random passersby can spy on us," Subaru said to Saber as they continued their walk. "I remember seeing an old bridge halfway between the town and the train station. I imagine it'll be quite desert at this time. The perfect place for a duel. As long as we don't run into Benkei we should be fine, right?" She joked.

Subaru took her violin out of its case as soon as they about to arrive at their destination. To the untrained eye, it would look just like any other old instrument. A knowledgeable musician would certainly identify it as a Stradivarius. But, only a magus would know its true worth as a superb Mystic Code, much like all the other instruments produced by the great genius. It was no wonder why they commanded such high prices in the market.

"Say it, Saber," Subaru began as she got herself ready, resting her back against one of the street lights at their side of the bridge. "Since you are a monk, do you know how to play the shakuhachi?" She asked as she played a note, opening her magic circuits, a move that any other magus nearby would likely notice.

Caster
"I'm quite confident that not even my Ushiwaka could sneak on us while I'm around," Caster said as she materialized in front of her Master, balancing her whole body perfectly on the tip of a single geta while flashing a broad—yet distinctly inhuman—smile. Her ringed staff jiggled pleasantly as they made their way out of the bounded field marking the edge of her Master's home.

"Oh? That's most excellent. I can make a base almost anywhere, but if I can secure a good shrine with a connection to this place's mountains then this war is pretty much in the bag," Caster said as she followed her Master with swift steps, not exactly bothering to go back to her spirit form. "I'll let you know that, once I have set up shop, even that annoying Shuten wouldn't be able to break in without coming through the front door," she added in a rather prideful tone.
PS:

Actually, I should mention that while Ankaa talked about taking action first, the only one who actually did something proactively is Eris. She not only went forward and approached the tree dude, but also talked to him. I'm just noticing that the scene is beginning to grow chaotic so details may be escaping the attention of people.
I think... it's about time we move this scene forward. Even if just a little, really.
Everyone: "We shouldn't do anything before we are 110% sure about what's going on here."

Eris: "Oh really?"
🔥Archer🔥

Archer listened to the distraught girl's story with care since it looked like her Master was interested in it. She couldn't fault this... Berserker was it? Ten miles wasn't that bad. Even most peasants from her time could handle that much. But Archer understood that modern people weren't always that resilient. This was probably just a misunderstanding.

"I meant to say you are very outspoken in situations like this," Archer explained herself after her Master's answer.

"Well, it isn't worth thinking about that too hard. All will be as it must. I understand how it must feel to be summoned to this world only find out this is no ordinary summoning and we aren't expected to battle anything. Be it other Servants, or a threat to Humanity," Archer said, trying to sound as if she wasn't projecting her doubts on the other Servant.

"There are plenty of ways to entertain oneself in this era. But if you really want to get physical, there should be ways for that as well."

Celestial Musician
An uncommon melody, perhaps not in its origins, but certainly in its methodic execution, was carried by the wind that blew through an otherwise unremarkable piece of the Japanese countryside. Its source was none other than a musician who normally would have nothing to do with a settlement that lacked even a proper theater, much less a concert hall befitting of one of her skills.

However, Subaru's reason to be here could not be further from her usual reasons to go anywhere else.

"The Holy Grail War... to think that I would end up tangled in this. I would rather not tarnish my hands with blood. That's not what my music is made for, but I suppose it's out of the question now, huh?" she said, her introspective tone not making it clear whether she spoke to herself or to her Servant who should be around her somewhere.

At least Subaru could use her funds to secure an old, Western-style mansion that was fitting of her necessities even though it wasn't built in a particularly magic-privileged land.

As soon as she hit the final chord, Subaru took a deep breath and placed her instrument back in its case. "We are leaving, Saber. I want to get an idea of the lay of the land before we get ourselves in any skirmishes. If you have any other ideas, let me know."

Caster
A blood-red sunset, in a field of equally crimson-colored spider lilies. The only thing missing to make this a scene out of some ancient folktales was the grim visage of a murder of crows cawing in the distance. But not for too long as Caster was more than willing to provide that last piece of theatrics, being the chief of the mountain's crows had its advantages, after all.

"I was waiting for you, Master," Caster said. Her voice reached her Master crisp and clear even though the youkai was dangling at her perch, in a branch of a nearby willow tree, hidden by the creeping ominous darkness. "I want to go around and take a look if there's a good shrine around here where I can set up shop. It would be a waste to do it here and drag people to your doorstep," she added.

"You can lead the way. Don't worry, I'll make sure no one gets the jump on us."

"Right in time to—Woah!" The demon crumbled to pieces before Clair could finish whatever is it she was saying. "I guess that it gave up as soon as my hero aura touched it, huh? I can't blame the big guy for that, but... I guess I'll need your power again, Aria!" Clair yelled as she ran down the falling buildings, only to lose her foothold completely as they turned into a sea of gold and treasures halfway down.

"And I guess I'll take this with me while we are at it!" Clair said as she swiped a few token prizes off the air before pulling Aria's card again. A flash of light and rainy winds enveloped her again as Clair practically skipped steps in the air. "Ok, since I'm all the way down here, I guess that I'll get going first instead of waiting for someone to pick me up. This wasn't that bad for the first time with this group," she said to herself as the very world began to grow hazy and ethereal before her eyes, a sign that their time in this floor was about to end.

However, just before Clair took her leave, something caught her attention. A distinct glint in one of the dark alleys nearby. "Oh!? Bonus treasure? Don't mind if I do," the blonde thief said to herself as she picked the mysterious-looking star-shaped charm right as the world disappeared before her eyes.
