Current I'm going to have to take a break for awhile. One of my dogs just passed; we went to bed together like we always do and when I woke up she was gone. I feel awful right now.

Had a fun birthday. Had some alligator tail for dinner, overall was pretty good for a place I hadn't been to before. Will start getting back into the groove of things soon.

Hi. If you've wound up here, you're probably wondering who I am.

You can call me Kuro, although some of you might better recognize me by one of the several other names that I have used in the past throughout the 11-ish years that I have spent on this forum. I'm a middle-twenties retail manager that is still trying to relive the glory days of their roleplay career while balancing a full-time job with an unsatiable need for overtime.

I tend to be open to most ideas when it comes to roleplay itself, be it whatever genre, group size, system, etc. That being said, I often gravitate to anything that falls in the following categories: anime, fantasy, slice of life, superhero or survival horror. If you believe that you have an idea that I might be interested in, feel free to shoot me a link; I'll get back to you as soon as I possibly can. Sometimes I forget to check my messages, so don't feel bad about pestering me again if I missed it.

I also have a discord server laying around. If we're cool, then I might be willing to a toss an invite your way.

Random question but if we're going to have people with multiple characters and/or potential npcs, should they be separate posts or lumped in one central post? Personally I'm more of the former just so the CS post tab can be used as a running total of all characters (pc & npc) but also it keeps things uniform, imo.

I usually sell them for cheap.

I also haven't used Fanatical. (And only recently heard of it on Reddit. Where some people were complaining about how they've been raising their prices.) How's their customer service? If you've used them before.

I just ask about the trading cards because I like to complete the badges and level up my profile. Some people don't care about that stuff or aren't interested in selling them for 2 cents or whatever, so I ask around to see if they don't want them and if not I take them off their hands if they're willing to give them away to me.

I haven't had much issue with Fanatical in the past. There were moments where it didn't want to let my order through, but it resolved pretty easily. Just so you're aware though, they are based in the UK, so you do get charged a few cents or so for currency conversion.

Will do. Just gimme a little time for that. We got a start in mind?

Not at the moment considering I only have three people with a completed sheet.
I know I've hopped in late, @Kuro, but if I've got anything wrong - do you prefer photos over art? - feel free to correct me

I don't have a strict preference myself but I do like to keep things uniform. Since everyone else seems to be going for IRL FCs, I'd suggest to do the same for your sheet if possible.
Mfw I make more errors in my sheet lmao

imagine making errors, couldn't be me
@TGM you missed updating the trainee corp
@Sailorsadie Your images are busted.

No worries. So the gap between the pre-trainee breach and the training itself is two years in this setting, so basically just temporarily take 2 years off the character's age for the intro and then add them back on when training begins. The training arc won't be too long, mostly the drill instructor intro, a little social gatherings to form some early bonds, and then one big training exercise a month or so ahead, before we get into the actual meat of the story

So, if I'm understanding this correctly from what you've told me so far here and elsewhere:

-2 years from breach to training
-5 years for training

Or is it 3 years for training to round out to a total of 5 years? I'm kind of confused on where we're going with this.
