Had a fun birthday. Had some alligator tail for dinner, overall was pretty good for a place I hadn't been to before. Will start getting back into the groove of things soon.

Hi. If you've wound up here, you're probably wondering who I am.
You can call me Kuro, although some of you might better recognize me by one of the several other names that I have used in the past throughout the 11-ish years that I have spent on this forum. I'm a middle-twenties retail manager that is still trying to relive the glory days of their roleplay career while balancing a full-time job with an unsatiable need for overtime.
I tend to be open to most ideas when it comes to roleplay itself, be it whatever genre, group size, system, etc. That being said, I often gravitate to anything that falls in the following categories: anime, fantasy, slice of life, superhero or survival horror. If you believe that you have an idea that I might be interested in, feel free to shoot me a link; I'll get back to you as soon as I possibly can. Sometimes I forget to check my messages, so don't feel bad about pestering me again if I missed it.
I also have a discord server laying around. If we're cool, then I might be willing to a toss an invite your way.
a current rpg bug i've just encountered in the last 2 minutes: if you click on a thread containing multiple unread mentions, you can't then click the x on the remaining mentions in your notifications and have to go back to the thread to clear them
Yeah, I had something along those lines earlier. Someone thanked my post and I couldn't hit the X button, it just kept telling me "error deleting this status, please try again". Refresh, still same issue. The clear notifs button got rid of it, though.

Please for the love of god update our limited options with posts. Give us more fonts, colors, etc.
I agree with fonts. All we have now is the, uh, Times new Roman? with h1/h2/h3 + "unicode" fonts that might not even work if we use them. Though with colors, we technically already have every color available, you just need the hexcode for it. Maybe the color tool could be changed to a color wheel or a hue slider so people don't have to manually look up colors? I've mentioned it prior to Legend when someone found the hex code site listed on the Guild was down and gone.
@nodogs Can you give me more info about how tables broke (re: your status).
I believe they're referring to the off-gray color background tables in biographies are receiving now. Tables on the site itself thread-wise seem to be fine, but tables in someone's bio are being finnicky. It doesn't need to be overly complex like @nodogs either, something as simple as [table][row][cell]testing something[/cell][cell]test[/cell][/row][/table] gets it.
OOC. With PMs you'd have to go out of your way to read each one. If they're in the thread, it's much easier to review them for acceptance + people can bounce off and see what other people are planning to make. This in turn limits the potential for overlap and might give your players an idea of what to write or if they wish to collab/write together with a character that would be of interest to theirs beforehand.
There is nothing ugly about taxi cab yellow. Nor is there anything nauseating about gray. Nor is there anything offensive about combining the two. Nor is there anything wrong with things being the same.
I for one deem the color scheme just fine as it is and find its consistency quite comforting.
This. Aside from the simplisticity of the guild, the "dark theme" that RPG has is always a draw to the site IMO. Much easier on the eyes than, say, RPN's clashing blue and white.
