Second is length/width creating area
Third is length/width/height creating volume
The fourth dimension encompasses space_(3D)/time

So a relationship that is not four dimensional does not exist either in linear time or non linear time. Which means that it effectively ceases to exist before it actually comes into being.

Would a dragon be an acceptable char? One that can glamour-spell himself a more humanoid appearance? Or a type of Fae that is essentially a dragon hybrid?

Glamouring and shapeshifting is not the same thing. The glamour is an illusion, it alters appearance but not size, weight, height or any other physical attribute and it can be penetrated. It is not real.

More importantly though I'm not a particular fan of dragons in a story unless they are meant to be the primary all encompassing focus such as in Eragon. I believe that they are too... mainstream I guess. They're essentially the mascot for the fantasy genre. Beyond that though they are big, and immensely powerful compared to the general power level of comparable characters. With regards to this setting if dragons make an appearance at all they will be nearly extinct, and intensely reclusive. Depending on the fae sub species I might consider some form of humaniod dragon hybrid but honestly its not something I'm particularly keen on, especially in this setting.

I wouldn't mind hopping on board if there is still room.

That would be my suggestion. Going through a rift unprotected can have certain... side effects.

Also if you can get everyone near the Temple of Time (perhaps being chased by monsters) then I can initiate exposition girl and owl.

@Nevis The fabric of the RP is still being developed somewhat so time will not be an issue for the moment. Once we actually start I don't foresee requiring rapid fire posts as long as the story moves semi consistently so allowances can be made for those that have limited time available to them. Welcome aboard.

Your still in Hyrule Field. The physical area looks as it did before but now all around the field just past the boundary gaming area, where there ceases to be models and only a background texture of the distance exists there is instead a whole bunch of breaks in the background and sky. Essentially the sky and background look like a giant patchwork tapestry of various gaming worlds. The sky overhead is mostly the same but on the edges you can see a whole bunch of other lands that do not correspond at all with the imagery of Hyrule.

So that was cool. But what should the Gourd Lake characters do now?
