Bio

Hello! I'm LadyRunic! But you knew that...

I love most types of Role Play, but by far my favorites are those that are well thought out and worked with. Especially when you can find a group you can work well with. I love books- So many books. It's a running bet that I will become buried under a pile of said objects one day... I'm a tad busy, and when an Rp really catches my interest I'm inpatient for posts. It's like reading a good book and getting stuck on a cliff hanger.

You can generally expect posts regularly once a week if not more.

I've RP'd for the better part of fourteen years, so I can honestly say I have some experience and I've developed the understanding of what I expect of a partner in a one-on-one or a group. I'm also the sort who will speak up and point out something if it looks off or forms a problem to me. I spent most of a year once stuck in a Voice Chat Rp that was hell on Earth, so I'm straight forward when I need to say something. I expect this in return from my Rpers and DMs. I want to improve my writing and love constructive criticism.

Yeah, I'm a tad sleep deprived...
@Rune_Alchemist Bes'eshe is actually the best chance of anyone surviving Set's rage...

@Karos You have been run into.

Bes'eshe Sethokpara

Her grey-green eyes widened, as Bes'eshe took account her father's sharp words. Idiot child for riling him! Set was a angry and wrathful God. Though he had never and would never raised hand to her, Bes'eshe had tested his patience a time or two but each time she had relented. As his eyes flash gold she sent a pray to Ra that the little fool knew to keep her mouth shut. "Yes, Papas." She nods her head, before watching the Lord of Red Sand dissipated amongst the dust and sand he wielded. Turning herself she scooped up a woven basket on each hip. One filled with the flax thread, the other filled with dyes. Looking back over her shoulder at Qel, Bes raised a brow. "Next time you make him mad, there won't be a third. My father does not raise his might against women, you should apologize for your hubris."

Stepping out into the street, she raised the hood of her robe over her mass of hair. Walking through the street she labored under the weight, while tightly clamping down on her presence among the Gods. To stop a immortal or a 'sensor' sort from noticing her. It was something all beings could do, but the level depended on how practiced they were. As the daughter of a possibly, and most likely possessive God, she needed to be secretive from him. Especially if she wanted to get to know some of the other gender without them being pinned to the wall and having their bones shattered to pieces. Simply because he was certain that no man she had yet met was good enough for her and she had a suspicion that no man would be good enough. Mortal or God.

Not looking where she was going, she regained the attention too late. A fleeting glance of a large figure in Roman armor. "Ah, I'm sorry. . . I wasn't looking where I was going." Looking to the spilled baskets she scooped up the flax and dies. Cursing in Egyptian, she noted him as a Centurion. A leader, one she could use. Most likely he would march on by and curse her. His kind often did and she took no notice of it other than for information as her father commanded. Though the cursing was real enough, those dyes were precious and they were threatened to be ruined!

@LetMeDoStuff I'm that blundering bull in a chine shop. I'll figure it out but I snatch up china to sell to my fence.
@The Grey Dust Accepted

@Karos I'm sorry! I completely got caught up... Perhaps that would be best. Sorry!
@Lucian He looks good so far.

Yennifer

Having politely edged away from the ridiculously named 'The Great Waldo Maria’Shante du Blanche' and thankfully nicknamed to a more reasonably Waldo, Yennifer gave a curious look at the formerly agitated feline as she appeared as if by a cheap magician trick. Her wings curled about her as she listened to the description of the dubious 'Rotting Wheel Inn'. She highly doubted it was as well off as the cat- Kuon, she corrected herself- presented it. A stray thought of if the second floor was completely stable was entertained, but she kept the look of polite shyness. Best to be courteous rather than rude, and best to be shy rather than too bold. The shy were ignored, and dismissed and rudeness merely attracted hostile emotions. A glance at the inn, served to remind her it lived up the the rotting part of it's name.

Doubtful it was leisurely in any way. More likely than not it was a health hazard, but her brother had warned her the living conditions could be a hoax as well as the school. That it would be a risk, but he had a full house between the three of them and little ones on the way. . . It would not have room for them all and the expected twins, Tytos's wife was expected to have. Hopefully, Tytos was wrong, but from what she saw and against what she heard he would not be. A resignation curled up in her gut. If she was to stay here to attend the Hartriche Academy, then she would suffer a bit of human rudeness. She would preserve.

Upon hearing the room mates she sighed. It would not be too bad, she had been in cramped quarters before. So long as he was polite of her instruments and didn't mind her practicing, she would be satisfied. Giving the giant of a rabbit a polite smile if a tad apologetic and shy. "I do not mind-" She hesitated, longing to ask more but loath to do so in front of the aptly named 'whale of a overlord'.
Bes'eshe Sethokpara

Bes'eshe gave a delicate sniff of her nose, remaining frowning. She questioned the wisdom in allying with Apophis. Chaos was what they neeed true, but that serpent was treachous and she was loath for her beloved father to place himself along side the ancient enemy of Ra. But he must, the rational part concluded for her. As was his role in the grand scheme of the Egyptian gods, it was his role to stand beside Ra and be enemy of the Chaos Serpent. Even if that role now called him to stand beside the once enemy. A dangerous position Bes'eshe Sethokpara was not comfortable with. "I suppose I shall delegate to the opinion of my esteemed father." Her soft voice thick with sarcasm as she raised brow. "Just don't try to sail a ship made of stone again, lest it be unfortunate to sink as the one prior again." She could not help the playful jab at the ancient God. It had always been one of her favorite stories and one she was loathed to let Sutekh forget. Giving him a smile, she frowned at the youngster who was at least her junior of ten years, if not a tad more.

She could hear the words echo across the swirling, humid air. "Not that it matters. Nothing came of it,so nothing has happened!" A unfounded phrase. Just because nothing came of it in that moment did not mean nothing would happen. "Just because could doesn't mean they should." She points out, coolly. "Just because nothing happened now, doesn't mean it will never. That officer will remember your face, your words and they will talk. The more the talk the more others will know." She shakes her head before glancing over Qelhatat's head to peer at Set. "Now, mind if I seek out this commander? Perhaps I can learn more, where Apophis; did not." She raises a brow and gives a smirk. "I am more accustomed to polite conversation. Even with Roman barbari."

The Morrigahn

Watching the Dagda rile to war, the Morrigahn grips his shoulder before he could bound away. [color=black]"It was not your own. But you hold some fault in this. Go to stop these Romans but be wary and act not with haste. We require allies and there is one who rests among the time who will rise along with us as equals." [/black] Her pale hand loosened, as she finished her cryptic words. The Morrigahn was never the straight forward one. Never when there was not great need or anger. For while she directed the fates of men, she was keeper of many secrets of many gods. "Go." She commanded, releasing the God as she turned to the North.

Moving swiftly she sent her birds flying. Warriors would come from the clans and tribes of Britannia. Her followers would drive them madden dogs against the Romans. Blackness shrouded her form before a raven broke free whirling north further still. Blackened forms far blow marched south with horse and dog. Spear and sword. Women and men would go and aid but first. There was a pressing matter to attend to. To the South she flew, her power teleporting her to stand before the gates of the Roman Underworld. The domain of Hades. Raising a staff, she slammed the butt into the ground a ringing call echoing out into the darkness. "Lord of Hades, hear me speak! Bargain and will I aim to seek!" It was not often she faced against the God of the Roman and Greek dead, in fact it was never. But the Morrigan had a plan, and a idea which would turn the tide of Fate.
