Bio

Hello! I'm LadyRunic! But you knew that...

I love most types of Role Play, but by far my favorites are those that are well thought out and worked with. Especially when you can find a group you can work well with. I love books- So many books. It's a running bet that I will become buried under a pile of said objects one day... I'm a tad busy, and when an Rp really catches my interest I'm inpatient for posts. It's like reading a good book and getting stuck on a cliff hanger.

You can generally expect posts regularly once a week if not more.

I've RP'd for the better part of fourteen years, so I can honestly say I have some experience and I've developed the understanding of what I expect of a partner in a one-on-one or a group. I'm also the sort who will speak up and point out something if it looks off or forms a problem to me. I spent most of a year once stuck in a Voice Chat Rp that was hell on Earth, so I'm straight forward when I need to say something. I expect this in return from my Rpers and DMs. I want to improve my writing and love constructive criticism.

@shylarah They can, but generally there is another cause. Or their power is siphoned off to the next generation. As for Winter Royal Bloodline. It's plausible, especially if mother steps down for daughter or so forth.

Post is up! Sorry for the wait!
Lathranien yelped as she was scooped from the ground. Squirming about in the hold of the much taller being she voice another cry of protest. Raising her fists to strike the offender who dared to snatch her, only to freeze as she saw the all too familiar armor of the last person she expected. Shaking from the cold and her own personal terror, she clung to her best hope for safety. Till the fighting was done and his wrath turned to the younger elf. Behind them she could hear the howls of the orc, but they were filled with pain. Before them was the camp. The song of screeching metal and frightened folk. Speaking only loud enough for the elf to hear, Lathranien pleaded to be let down. Careful to use common. There was no need to advertise her heritage of he did not know of it already. "I need my bow! My pack!" And indeed she did. The bow at least was her lifeline and had been for several years. "Put me down!" Orcs ran for them, loot dropping from their hands aa they saw the eaay targets. There were no more than three, still Lathranien gave a desperate thrash to free herself and bolt from all fighting.

Elsewhere the dwarves fought beside the Haradim, holding a line of defense against the attackers. The orcs grabbed handfuls of goods and loot streaming back into the forest as more still descended upon the caravan. A never ending cycle of bloody battle. Women and childern ran and either made it though to hide in the forest, or were snatched by the clawed hands of the orcs. Giles Wigby still rmained in his caravan shoving the door close from within. Successful thanks in a good deal to his fat bulk. Darcyn slashed at orcs rallying his more seasoned men and forcing them back, step by bloddy step. A orc spotting Ireth lunged for her snarling. Swiping for her with one unarmed hand the other holding back the Haradim women. Aided by a comrade of its own kin.
Still open. Toss me a cs and ill clear you!
@Belle Not a problem, and lovely post.

Arys is faced with a good portion of the Spring Court, and a strange Fae who is probably streaming with warmth, glee and sunny days. How would she react to that? Greet them? Play the Queen?

As for Aisling, she and the knight just walked in on this. They could hold off while Arys deal with this stranger.
@shylarah Or he/she does it to annoy Falk.
@shylarah

The Fall King moved with a easy grace. "So tell me, does my courting of the Lady Winter trouble you?" The stormy grey-green eyes looked light, amused. Untroubled. While it would not be wise to lie nor put falsehood before him, the Lord of Fall seemed untroubled by the thought that Feoras still attached on his presumed wife to be. "Be honest, stripling. I care little for such facts. We Fae have- had- long lives." The eyes became troubled as he recalled times long past as he forced himself to use the correct tense. "We may have marriages come and go, lovers as well. A good husband or wife of the Fae in ancient times worried not about such things. The child would be theirs or it would not. If not, it fell to the spouse and lover to care for. If it was the marriage bound cared for it. Marriages were dissolved when it was no longer needed though both parties would have had to agree to it..." Sitting with the grace of a lazy cat, he waved a hand in dismissal at his prattling though he would never call it such.
Have a slot open still! Fighting and the true journey is just beginning.
@shylarah Falk actually mentions something of the reason to Feoras when they were talking.
