14 feet. While they're a bit on the smaller side for her age, they're sharp, angular. Less suited for long-term flight and gliding, and more for quick maneuverability and fast sprinting. They're mottled gray, ranging from ash to gunmetal. Her primaries are white, banded in black.
P E R S O N A L I T Y
Tori is a tough-as-nails, cynical girl, one that is allergic to bullshit and won't hesitate to deck you if you so much as look at her wrong. To great extent, she won't. However, for as much of that persona as she puts forward, it's largely because she doesn't feel able to trust anybody. Though Tori is generally brusque and gruff to those that she finds even the smallest bit suspicious, she's extraordinarily protective of anybody she's deemed trustworthy, and won't shrink from getting up in your face if you try something that endangers those that she cares for. As a byproduct of this straightforward nature, she is brutally honest to everyone, and has no stomach for liars, no matter the motive. She is largely callous and doesn't put a lot of stock in emotions, often openly mocking people who are offended by her often-angry comments.
S K I L L S
Tori is an incredibly tenacious girl, which tends to act as a double-edged sword. Bullheaded and stubborn, she tends strongly towards the "I-don't-give-a-damn" persuasion. She's not particularly strong, owing largely to never getting enough food, but is rather quick on her feet. She's naturally skilled in hand-to-hand combat, as her reflexes are quite quick.
A B I L I T I E S
Notably, she can fly rather quickly, edging upwards of 160 mph in a flat-out sprint, and even more in a steep dive. Mostly, though, Tori has the ability to manipulate fire. She can shrink, grow, move and change fire with her mind to a surprising extent. However, she cannot, and has never been able to, create fire, only manipulate it. The greatest limitation, in a general sense, placed upon this ability is that using it actively burns calories at an incredible rate, and even normally, she burns more than a normal person by a significant margin and runs nearly three degrees hotter. She has to eat a massive amount, but rarely eats enough, forcing her to restrict the use of her powers to avoid passing out. Her powers shrink in effectiveness the higher the humidity is, and when it's raining, she can barely do anything at all. It also gives her an instinctual aversion to water.

Speed -- Both on foot and in the air, Tori is very fast, able to outpace most people.
Survivor -- More of a mindset than anything else, Tori has the simple advantage of being willing to do nearly anything to ensure her survival, even sacrificing those close to her. In her mind, she is the most important thing, bar none.
Strong-willed -- As mentioned before, Tori is immensely tenacious, and her willpower is preposterous. She's never been one to fall for mental issues, and her ridiculous will has pulled her through a vast amount of pain in her testing.

Not only does she not know her family, or if she had a family to begin with, but her stubborn, uncompromising nature makes it difficult for her to get along with other people, whether or not they're other subjects or just ordinary humans.

Her average caloric consumption required for normal nutrition is approximately 4200 calories on the low end. She wasn't quite fed to the level she should've been in the laboratory, maybe 2000, 2400 tops.
