1.) Yes, although some of the 'Bad Karma' sidequests were done by other people.

3.) Dude, I heard bad things about that game; I don't think it's Canon at all.
4.) The only thing true is that there is a relatively inclusive Midwestern Brotherhood.
5.) The guy whose father was shot may or may not be the same person who helped the BoS take the Purifier. What is certain was that he was not the same guy who helped Ashur in the Pitt; that really was another character. Another person was also helping Paradise Falls enslave to and fro, and yet another did the Synth sidequest.
6.) The NCR-Brotherhood War still happened, there was no Prisoner (the planned PC).
7.) There was a courier, but not The Courier. Basically, the NCR won at New Vegas because of several 'PCs', such as a Scavenger, an NCR Ranger, and a Tribal, who all tackled their share of sidequests, and parts of the main quest. However, several Legion quests did happen, simultaneously with the NCR-centric ones.
8.) New Vegas DLC: Ulysses got confronted by an entire party and talked down, perhaps because he was outnumbered. As for the other DLCs, didn't care to find out about them even when I did get the game.

@Marcus XVI, Just make sure he isn't alone; Madly33 told me in private that this RP is an AU where the Major Fallout Protagonists weren't supposed to exist; that's what he meant by his mention in the OOC OP that this was an AU, and he also mentioned this in the Original Int. Check.

I managed to get Madly33 to be more lenient, saying that 'more than some' of the major canon events happened, it's just that those were done by multiple people instead of just one person, like in this RP. The reason behind that is because, well, Madly33 assumed that if all the Fallout Protagonists existed as individual super-people, then the PCs in the RP matter less in comparison.

But if you have issues with this rule - it also doesn't help that the exact text of the OOC's OP was unclear - well, we can talk about it on the link I gave you in PM; I'm awake from my nap now.

All right; this is a perfect time to talk, to argue, to have character development. Shadowsaint's character, Gabe, is already doing it with the Dogmeat scene; Hjalti and Marcus aren't doing so badly, either. But, well, the Rafts, which are being driven north by Aydon and the Brotherhood NPCs, can be diverted to wherever you want them diverted, or move at the pace you want them to go.

Basically, you can decide where you should go next (Brotherhood is only the most obvious suggestion), and what you can do next. Not to force anything, though, but Max, Vos, Jinx, Tom, Danny, Ahab, and David (Gabe left to clear his thoughts and be awesome) can probably afford to spend a few IRL days talking.

@Marcus XVI, is your character supposed to be The Chosen One?

If so, well, I like him being cool and I like him killing Horrigan, but if he did everything the Chosen One did in Canon, that would make him a bit OP.
