Alright, the last question I think. What would a child soldier POW look like in the hands of the different major players?


Rau've...you know already; they'd treat them well. Kaisoken...they'd kill them, but painlessly. The other races would either treat them well or experiment with them.

Is it possible to become addicted to magic dust or do you just use it and grab for more?


You only need Kaisoken dust injected into your bloodstream once to get magical powers. This is not widespread knowledge except among the child soldiers and the Rau've and Kaisoken high commands.

Indonesia's up for grabs, but I sort of implied the Dutch still had it in my own IC posts.
