The circular pics are ones that have been edited using other websites and editing tools before hand. There useful for headers to posts and makes things look neater if done right.

I used cutmypic.com for my header pics, but I don't know if that still works.
@DriveEMOut
It's a rough CS, but you're new here and I like the eagerness on your end.

you have my approval.
I know I haven't been here much, but I'm officially taking a break from any moderation till the 3rd round. Cya then.
So both Victoire and Sliske are dead now. Does that mean that the Demons can no longer capture post for the rest of this battle? Or is Bastion available to capture posts?

Yup, Bastion isn't going to be contributing to capturing anything so the Demons are sorely out of luck in the capturing department unless they have someone respawn in time, which I doubt is likely to come about.

So, with Sliske dead, is the Angel vs Demons collab winding down, or still going strong?

I can't say for certain, but once Tartys and Henry wrap up then it should draw to a close.
Katashi Todo

Katashi scowled in the face of mounting chaos consuming the fractured group with hardly any effort on the World of Wasted Dreams part. He hadn't wanted to put any stock into the insidiously simple words scrawled onto the walls, but even Katashi had to admit that Anri was becoming a hazard to their continued survival. There wasn't the animosity towards him which Yuriya harbored, even if Katashi had to fend off Anri's advances on more than one occasion.

"What that- Hey!" The horse could not be afforded more then a wary look before he whirled about to find the pyromaniac had snatched back the lighter and was quickly losing what hold she had on sanity. The sensible thing to do would have been snatching the lighter back, or leaving Anri to whatever fate the moist horse would deliver her to.

"Enough! For fuck's sake people, we're still human beings!" His hand darted out and pulled the trap back from the horse, leveraging his superior upper body strength to move Anri whether they wished it or not. "Not an hour ago we were classmates. We were friends who muddled through our dull lives the best we could, not a bunch of cutthroats kicking each other down so we can run to live another day. Remember that we all still have a damned heart, and this place will have to wrench mine from my body before I give it up." Katashi roared as he stormed back down the hall as per Yuriya's direction.

He paused when he saw one of the newly awoken Miyako trip and fall, her life blood trickling into the slurry of water and slime along the floor. It was a worrisome sight to be sure, but he didn't believe it was enough to cause lasting harm. Occupied as he was with Anri's wrist, he leveled a gaze girdered with steel at the worrisome trap. "I don't want anymore of us to die, but I can't carry us all. So either help me carry Miyako or go with Shizune and the rest."

Without even asking for the lighter back, he released Anri and bent down to check upon the fallen girl. It may have been easier to leave this task to Iyato or Yuriya alone, but Katashi didn't trust the former yet and the latter would likely have needed the help anyway.
* * *

It had finished it's meal, a violent crash echoing down the hall as It cast aside the carcass of a mole-oid creature out the hall window. Glass littered the floor and a violent gust of wind tore into the hall, carrying along the coppery aroma of a recently deceased creature while the butcher skipped out of the room and into the dim light of the hall.

It was a she, human in form and appearing as though she should have been among their group if at first glance, but closer inspection refuted this. Her skin from the nose to the collar of her shirt was caked in a ruddy ichor, blood so foul it was nearly a black sludge that clung to her flesh and dripped from parted lips curled upwards in a toothy smirk. As her hands swayed at her side, the moon's light flashed off the barber's sheers spinning around her index finger, their blades flicking off the same droplets from her face.

What separated her from the humans dragged to the World of Wasted Dreams against their will was her eyes. Two cat's eyes that seemed crinkled in mirth as it perceived the chaos wracking the group and found only delight in their suffering

Well aren't you doing well for yourself, Shizune. This group looks like a real keeper, assuming they don't all kill each other, that is. She laughed, standing between them and the escape they sought. "Ooh, looks like you found the portraits. Hope none of you try to mount Mr. Ed over there. He'd sooner be mounting you tidbits if you don't run quick enough~"

Rufus, Dana, and Kamen-San need to get together and have little parties just for the background characters. Team KDR for the laughs in reality, or Team DRK for the stabbing in DGO, either work in my humble opinion.

Kanbaru Otoko

Kanbaru understand they had gone through a lot of preparation for this infiltration of theirs, but even she couldn't predict that Retsu went so far as to involve an entire home of foreign house keepers. She had to wonder if Retsu employed their services frequently enough to justify this operation, but that was best left for later consideration, or none at all. The scarlet haired girl's Yakuza's connection were almost certain in Kanbaru's mind, that photo showcasing Retsu's ink standing out as the latest tidbit to corroborate certain rumors floating around.

They'd have gone the entire trip in silence had Retsu not asked a question which confused her partner in crime. "Wait. Are you saying you don't know Moon Rider's identity?" Kanbaru asked, giving Retsu a queer look before softening to something more apologetic. "Sorry, I assumed that you would have been the one to know that, given your own avatar's closeness to the King."

"Truth be told, I have my own hunch but there isn't any concrete proof that couldn't be waved off as coincidence. Do you remember the night at the club? Well I may not have seen you, but I had a talk with President Yoshino and she said she came with you." Her gaze sharpened as her visage turned cross. "When you left to help spearhead the efforts to quell the Black City, you left Yoshino in the lurch, big time. She was in a real bad place when I had to fend off that pervert and bring her to my room. Yoshino was...pained you left, and downright sick with grief when she learned what was going on in DGO. What makes me think that she may be the Black King, and I know this is flimsy, is that Moon Rider logged onto DGO within a minute of Yoshino leaving my room in a hurry. This wouldn't amount to much, but then I learned you're Dark Wraith and you hooked up with a pissed as all hell Moon Rider to win the day. Seemed like a fated pair coming back together to me."

The mall played host to all sorts of people going about their daily lives or trying to ruin others. They relaxed, conspired, arbitrated, dined, and devolved into mindless mobs with startling ease in this one structure, and that was just in the last few minutes. Truly, it was a place of infinite wonder in the modern era, a physical representation of what DGO hoped to mimic among it's simulations.

None of this really mattered to the boy with the janitor's cart.

Pushing it forward by the handle of the mop, he rolled through the food court till he was beside a curious blonde with shark teeth and a school uniform that certainly wasn't Purple Crown's. Along the way his hand glided out, casually lifting a drink left thanks in no small part to the show Chiyo had been putting on with the youngsters. "Excuse me. Accept this as a small repayment for the damages caused by these unmarked wet floors. If only a sign had been left out you wouldn't be able to sue the negligent mall employees for potential damages."

Rufus, who was in no way employed as a janitor at the mall, then gave Dana the purloined soft drink while he retroactively made the floor a wet nightmare to walk through and propped up a handy sign for future pedestrians. No one made any move to stop him, just like no one stopped him from taking the cart. It was all a matter of carrying himself like he belonged. Most people could unconsciously tell one someone didn't belong, there mannerisms sending up red flags before they even opened their mouth.

Dana wasn't so much a flag as she was the fireworks of Tanabata going off indoors, while Rufus may as well have been invisible next to her, Chiyo, and Eris. He'd been eating someone's cheeseburger right out of their hands when he decided, on a whim, to make his approach to the people who tended to leave a mark. Besides, they were all White Masks at this point, so nothing wrong with mingling.

"So, you wanna do something while the King starts taking off heads, or are we sitting in to make color commentary and throw fries at people?"
Lorelai

Lorelai was not one with much love for the cloak and dagger methods they found themselves favoring, but she could take a hint from Eleonor and use some discretion in their mission. She could not hope to hold anywhere near the fame of the Crimson Knight, or infamy of the Crimson Hound, but she still chose to cover her armor in a shabby burlap raiment to conceal the blackened steels and fur lined cloak she often wore. For the sake of remaining conspicuous her partner had to remain outside the city, as it was certain that a creature as peculiar as Durgan would be connected to their partner instantly.

They entered the church and found themselves greeted by priestess whose words were as a balm to the weary Abyssal Knight. Witnessing a kind, pious soul such as Antonia could only be proof that the Imperium still did good for its people and that not all of its ranks succumbed to treachery.

"Greetings Priestess. It does our hearts good to know that the faith shall watch over us in these times we occupy." The hood of her cloak was drawn back now that they were free of prying eyes, or so she believed, anyway. Reverence clouded her gaze as it swept along the stained glass and carved marble, painstaking masterpieces formed to praise the Divine for all she had bestowed upon them. Almost as though in spite of the hardships placed before her, this Cathedral still bore the innocence which strengthened her faith in the Imperator's reign just as working beside Eleonor buoyed her faith in the righteousness of the Crimson Knight.

Lorelai hoped this feeling would last after their introductions, and more importantly, that Solanne did not sully this moment with her typical barbarism. Sadly, she knew that it would not. "Forgive me for being so forward, but we have come to learn your life and the sanctity of this Cathedral are in danger. Forces running counter to the Divine desire something of great import you possess, and will stop at nothing to possess it. If we can remove it from their path, the Infinitum will be sans a Cathedral and all it within soon enough."

@The 42nd Gecko

Yes, the Machina also have bio-weapons and genetically modified creatures on their side. If you wanted an army of cat girls who all speak in neko puns, then you should be looking to the Machina.
And because Chiyo needs more people to whip like dogs, here's the return of an aborted character now re-worked to be more fun:
