1) Like, he has the regeneration abilities and two hearts, and is fully born Gallifreyan, but for me to make it less Doctor Who-ish and more DC-ish, I tweak a couple of the abilities and add a few powers.


So more like Marrow from X-Men then?

I was hoping to get everyone through at least one other class. Course you can still hold off, you just might have to do a bit of time lapse at the top of your post when the time comes.
