What version of Emma Frost are we playing with? The actual administrator and therapist, or just the telepathic homewrecker version?
She might have been a telepathic homewrecker in the past but our Emma is currently in charge of Recruiting, Admissions, English, Business, and Ethics so it's safe to say she's a bit more upstanding now, and less likely to meddle in affairs where she's unwelcome.

@Pirouette Eh, if you really want it. I don't think any two powers necessarily work the same in the comics but I suppose it might be a good idea to have someone on the team immune to telepathic attacks.

I was thinking about that earlier. William drains the psionic energy from those around him, while Nate creates psionic constructs. What do you think would happen if Nate tried to hit William with one of his weapons? (say in the danger room, I'm not advocating mortal combat here) I'm tempted to say that it's like a speedbomb hit for William, in that it's an nearly instantaneous physical stimulation that he wouldn't get any other way.
