It could be a copy-cat killer too, if we need a twist.
A question I have is how traumatized should I have her be vs how professional. Since too much and it doesn't make sense for the character to be working, and if it's too little it runs into the problem you mentioned earlier where the trauma is being ignored ooc-ly
I think for her to be an agent it would have to be pretty under control. You'd have to figure out what her triggers would be like how certain cases bothered the different agents across the three Criminal Minds shows. Reid had bullying or Derek had priests and molestation.
I'll have my sheet up over the next couple of days. Thinking an older gentleman, maybe a former hostage negotiator or something like that.

Just for clarification, is your character the Unit Chief ala Hotch/Prentiss or the Section Chief ala Strauss/Cruz?
I've always wanted to attempt a Criminal Minds inspired RP, so I'll cast my hat into this ring.
