Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Connor

Interacting With:Kaylee Evans @Vicier

Kaylee seemed to understand what he wanted, what he just couldn't seem to say, and Connor was grateful for that, she didn't want to be parted from him either, and that made him feel warm, even as a certainity filled him. And yet he hesitated, looking about tat the others in the room. It seemed that they were being dismissed, which Connor thought was for the best, the leaders, the...adults had, it se3med, a lot to deal with, in protecting those that had been attacked, and in a round about way, protecting Kaylee and that was all Connor needed to know for the moment. He looked back to Kaylee, and smiled.

Yet still he hesitated. Home. Connor hadn't had a home in whaf seemed like a long time, he missed it, and yet...Connor hadn't thought of settling down, he had been drifting for for a couple of months now. Perhaps one could even call it running away, but now....this was where Kaylee was, and so it was where he belong. That much was certain. Perhaps then, it was time to...make a home. He thought on that a moment, and then he nodded, "alright, as long as its with you, I'll be happy". Connor was aware that that meant he'd be going home to her family...and he wasn't sure how he felt about tnat. It throw him off balance, and he felt nervous and worried. What was he meant to do, meeting a girls...and not just any girls, family?

So he simply took reassurances from her, in his arms, forehead against his, and drew in a slow breath, inhaling her scent, and giving himself courage. He could do anything, so long as she was by his side. "I just want to be with you, Kaylee...no matter where that is". He took her hand in his, curling his fingers around hers, wanting...no, needing, tnat constant contact as he slowly let his ar s fall from her, knowing that she was there, that they had found each other, that they weren't going to be separated. Not for anything.

He paused a moment, before finding some paper, a pen, writing down his number, and giving it to Quinton, noticing that Zoé was busy, feeling that that was the right thing to do, in case they were need, before turning back to Kaylee, "lead the way" he said with a smile, following kaylee out, making sure he kept a hold of her hand, and that their legs brushed against each other with every step.

Uni tore things from my mind and screwed me about

Eh. Honestly, Luna would try and reconcile the differences...If Constance didn't constantly look down on her. Or treat her like she does. Right now, to Luna, It feel likes Constance doesn't even want to try, and Luna knows not to hit her head against a brick wall.
I....will catch up on things tomorrow. Things got away from me today and the stuff i did took longer then i thought and my laptop is being a Pain and wont turn off, even though its just giving me a black screen. Its done this before when ive had an update to install and I've basically had to wait the power out so everything i was going to do has been delayed for this, since i was going to actually finally unpdate everything, anx its hard to copy and paste on my tablet and stuff, so... yeah.
I will get something out tomorrow. I did plan om getting a post done today, but a couple lf the plsts i have done today took a littls bit longerthen what i thought they would and its getting late now! Not to mention my laptop is being a pain in the butt right now, and im worried its dead for good, (thank god i backed everything up the other day and only use google docs now instead of word until i need word to submit my assignments), although its done this before and has worked again, so who knows?

Anyway, Pot tomorrow!
That was actually very fun to write. The character development is quite interesting, that is for sure!
Luna rolled her eyes at Constance, not afraid of the woman. Why should she be? Constance couldn't do anything to her here, short of killing her, and...well, if they returned, Luna would be sure to give as good as she got. If Constance even dared to derail her plans at becoming a doctor, Luna would spill everything about the socialite.that she had on her so far. If Constance was going to take her down, then Luna would be damn sure to take the self centered, vile woman down with her. Luna would not allow Constance to harm her chances at giving her father a better life. Nothing would stop her being able to do that. And Luna believed she had made herself clear on that. Besides that, Luna wasn't afraid of her. Yes, constance had a gun, but she didn't have the guts to kill someone in cold blood. And Constance knew first hand that they couldn't afford to lose Luna. So Luna was safe.

”What are you going to do, Constance?” Luna said under her breath to the woman, her tone almost daring, even as Luna dismissed Constance, continuing to look for her bag of medical supplies, doubting it could have gotten very far. To Luna, Constance was steadily becoming...nothing. The woman couldn't do anything to her, without destroying herself, and the sooner Constance actually realised that consciously, the better it would be for all of them. Luna couldn't even understand why the woman was here. She wasn't useful. She shook her head, and sighed to herself.

Luna nearly laughed, yet she didn't. Perhaps because she knew it was petty, Constance hurriedly seeking to do business with people they had only just met. It, to Luna, seemed hurried and rushed. Desperate. And it showed that all Constance cared about was business, not the people themselves, and Luna was satisfied when Collin didn't rush to agree. Perhaps that would throw Constance down a peg or to. The woman certainly needed it. Luna gave a smile and a nod ”I understand, i merely hope that they are okay. If you wouldn't mind...maybe later, when we are acquaintanced, i could find some supplies that would allow me to make some salves and tonics for your people, to thank you for your hospitality?” she asked, wanting to help them in anyway that she could, it was a genuine offer, and she didn't expect anything at all in return.

”I would also really enjoy about learning about your culture, if you'd be happy to teach us a little bit about your ways. I do not wish to accidentally offend anyone” she said, and then wondered if she was offending anyone by saying that, she worried about that for a few moments, a little nervously. While she had thought that there must be people out there, other people she hadn't thought that they were going to actually meet them, and thus she wasn't prepared. She smiled, thrilled when they were offered a tour, and nodded eagerly.

She listened as Edward spoke with Collin quite fascinated with it, she let edward hold the conversation. Asking questions and getting answers was after all his expertise. She was quite interested when Collin mentioned Federal government, cultural sites. Perhaps this place, despite the differences, wasn't all that different from back home. That was a curious thought, and she had to remind herself that despite appearances, these people were descended from people that had once been apart of their civilization. The fact that they had similar workings to them was perhaps no surprise.

As they came into sight of the buildings, Luna couldn't help but given a sound of wonder, and she grinned at Edward ”its...amazing. Almost like...a setting from a fairy tail” she said to him, filled with wonder and excitement. It was truly a amazing, and she sighed happily. It would almost be worth everything, just for this site. ”if you're hallucinating, then we all are. This is truly wonderful”, she said, managing to tear her eyes away to continue looking about them.

She looked at the other two that were to come along, smiling at them, until she saw that the girl held her bag, and thrilled she said ”Excuse me, Ma’am? I think that's my bag, i must have lose it when Edward fell into me, thank you for finding it!”

”You will find, Alexis, that while they will be changed, their personalities will fundamentally be the same. Just because they are now what they are...does not mean that that will change who they are as a person Callie said, her voice soft and kind. ”You are not just what your magic makes you, just like your friends aren’t just werewolves. Do not fear” Callie said encouragingly, giving Alexis a kind smile once more. She watched the girl a moment interact with Leo, satisfied. Alexis would be okay, she was sure, with a little bit of gentle encouragement and maybe a nudge in the right direction every so often. The girl was strong, and did think quickly. Callie was sure she would make a fine witch, one day.

Callie looked over at Magnus and gave a soft sigh. The problem child of Klamath Falls. He would be a much needed asset in days to come. He just needed to realise his potential. They all did. It would be a long hard road, yet Callie couldn't help but think that Klamath falls would be all the better for it. The teens would learn. And the coven...well, if Alexis wanted to be apart of it, she could be. As for Linus...she hoped that he would come around. Perhaps she could send Leo to speak with the boy, in the morning. That might be the best course of action, for all of them. Leo had a way with children.

Her gaze drifted back over to Leo again, and she smiled softly. Just with him here, she felt safer. Together, they could hold back a heck of a lot, and with Magnus, well, she was sure they could handle anything that came their way. Plus...it was Leo. He’d been a steady constant in her life for five years. He was her coven. Simple as that. And in a very real sense, the only sort of family she had. She watched him cross over to Magnus, and assist him with the bleeding, a small smile on her face. Leo was...in a word, pure. Then she sighed softly, and nodded. ”Yes, you cannot leave at the moment. It would be too dangerous” She glanced about her, thoughtful.

”You may have…” Callie thought for a moment, then smiled brightly ”The room next to Abigale is free, if you’d like that” She said, quite innocently ”And Leo can have the one of the other side, with Alexis next to him. That way, we will all be near one another, and can protect the children, if anything gets through” She reasoned, knowing full well that Magnus would know what she was doing, yet could she not have a little bit of fun of her own, in these trying times.

Although Callie doubted that she would be getting any sleep. Chances were, she’d be in her private kitchen, whipping up a few potion.

Cassie smiled in return, although it was a little small, it held a bit of warmth to it, she shook her head, "No, you aren't intruding on anything". She looked to Rufus and frowned, she hadn’t heard about any stabbings here, and thus she didn’t know if he was lying or not, still, it was a concern. She was sure, however, that she would be alright. It couldn’t be that b...well, yes it could. Still...She sighed softly, and hugged herself. “If that is the case, then why are you here, watching the stars? You should be concerned about yourself” She frowned, “After all, you could easily fall asleep and get stabbed” She sighed softly, “You are surprisingly well...knowledge about the streets…” She suspected that the boy didn’t have a place to stay, but she couldn’t make him tell her that. So she sighed, and she flicked a glance to him.

“I am not a black widow nor am I a murderer” She said, her voice strong, and slightly annoyed as she bowed her head, and then looked up at the sky. “I…” She what? She hadn’t heard back from Eris, and she didn’t want to be pushy, yet she was worried about her. Cassie didn’t have any experience when it came to this sort of thing, and she bit her lip, sighing again. She seemed to be doing that a lot, lately. A part of her wanted to find Eris, another part of her wasn’t so sure.

She looked back over to Rufus, hesitating. “I...don’t know” She stood there, uncertain. Maybe it was time to be her own person, for once. She gave a small nod, and sat down, hugging herself still, she looked down a moment. And then she quickly sent a message to Eris, unable to help herself.
