▼ BRIEF HISTORY

On a cool Spring morning Noelani was born. She was taken from the long legged, long necked stork's feather like her brothers and sisters before her. Noelani resides and rules from the clouds up above. Her body resembling from which she came. Elegant, slender and tall. So light on her feet that she can merely float among the white puffs. She has light blue hair and eyes. Her skin is white but tinged with a pink from being close to the sun. She tries to block herself from it with her clouds though.

Noel has two very distinct personalities in how she reigns. She has days where she is the soft breeze against a child's face and she has days where she is the harsh gust that destroys a town, dismembering homes, and anything else that gets in her way. For the most part she takes curiosity on humans, playfulness and silliness is in her nature. She loves watching them scramble when she blows things of importance from their grips and off the top of their heads.

She also takes joys in receiving gifts of balloons and lanterns.

I'm thinking every two weeks as well- I too am going to be going a vacation soon.
I want this to be able to be fine without me for a week :) so I'm hoping you guys are up for that.

I understand your thoughts as to the two weeks being too long- however, yeah I understand people need more time- and I'm noticing that as each time skip comes. Hopefully the two weeks can be a good middle ground of time to get posts but not be too rushed to get them. The Science Fair in my head would be at the middle of the month. If time skipped to the end of the week we will have our groups by then and then also introduction to the other classes available. I'm leaning towards the end of the week- but wasn't sure if everyone was enjoying that. It also would mean that you guys would have to kind of fill in the blanks of things going on.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR EVERYONE

Hi there :)

Hope everyone is doing well- our next time skip is going to be either
A) End of the week
B) Science fair

I think that maybe the time skips are going too fast for people?
Would it be fair if they are every 2 weeks instead of every one?

Let me know answer to both questions!

Also am going to start the attendance OOC by next time skip,
As mentioned earlier- 1 missed check in without reason is put on inactive list
2 without reason will be taken out of the roleplay.
