Virginia Crypt

Location: Carlisle (F7)
Skills: Nakai, Pavati

Virginia's eyes followed Mary's movements for a moment, watching to see if she would need her to jump in and assist at any moment. Seeing that Mary had it handled, albeit with some slight difficulty, Virginia closed the gap between her and the Ryne directly across from her. Her mind was sharp and focused, her body ready through the use of Nakai to strengthen the endurance of both. With her remaining axe, she swung at the Ryne, decapitating it with ease as it then collapsed to the ground, severed from its head. She then smirked slightly, taking another breath. "Three."

"This does remind me of how my mother taught me my numbers..." Virginia mused. She kept her mind from going back to simpler times, instead remaining sharp and focused on the events occurring around them. A moment's distraction and she might begin her next grand adventure - Death - before she planned. There was only one more Ryne immediately by them at least, and she imagined Mary would deal with it, allowing her to go retrieve her thrown axe. She didn't want to use her weapon's ranged capacity until she had recovered the other. To do so would be to become defenseless against the physical Soulless, as the majority of her skills were meant for the more immaterial.

Maeve Brennan

Location: Kirkpatrick House: the Carriage
Skills: Irish Sign Language

"Respectfully, m'lady, I try not ter assume anythin' an' git as much certainty as I can when it comes ter de welfare of me daughter," Maeve answered, keeping eye contact with Lady Kirkpatrick. She could understand the exasperation, and had it been anyone else she was about to send to Rome, Maeve wouldn't have asked. But she just had to have verbal confirmation when it came to her daughter. Roisin was too precious to leave her welfare up to chance. Leaving her with family she trusted was one thing - sending her to Rome was another matter.

She felt relieved to know, though, that she was meeting the man that would be taking care of her daughter. Roisin seemed to be fine from her quick checkover, though her checkover was far from the best one she had ever done in her life. Perhaps Calum was mildly distracting her or just the whirlwind of events that had happened so quickly. "Thank ye, m'lady," Maeve then told Lady Kirkpatrick, nodding and accepting the deal. However, her eyes darted over at Calum for a moment. She still wanted to speak to him - and as much as she felt awful for thinking it, it was helpful at times that Roisin couldn't hear. It allowed her to have more delicate conversations around her daughter, provided Roisin didn't try to read lips.

Nora Kingston

Location: Docks - The Ferry (Main Deck)
Skills: N/A

As much as Nora wished to concentrate on Vera's words, the presence of Mosi at the table was like that of a pesky fly. She had imagined that she would go off with Mahendra, seemingly friends with him, but she had not. She took a breath and closed her eyes for a fraction of a second, attempting to keep her composure. It was not too long ago that Mosi laughed over the death of someone she had felt a certain kinship with. Although she had not known Neema very long, she felt more of a connection with Neema than she had with most of her family - with the exceptions being her dear brother Ethan and her sadly departed brother Ernest. She felt a pang of regret as Josephine left the table. She was preferable company to Mosi by any means.

Had it not been for the arrival of the Lord Major and George, Nora would have simply gotten up and left the table in order to get some air. She noted the girl of extreme short stature revealed to be George's sister, yet there was a strange noise seemingly coming from below and Vera's spoon turned into a missile. However, there was something else that caught Nora's attention and she kept a discrete facial expression. Lady Munn seemed to have a certain fondness for George. There was something there that Nora sensed, something she had not sensed between Vera and Peter.

Gene Benaszewski

Location: Docks - The Ferry (Main Deck)
Skills: N/A

Gene shrugged, taking Lauren's seat and plopping down in it. She couldn't help but snicker, seeing her brother and Lady Munn. She then looked at Josephine, recalling the question she had been asked. "Oh, nice t'meet you. I'm here to look after my little brother - and then there's some family business he needs to be made aware of later," Gene then pulled a piece of candy out of her pocket and offered it to Josephine. "Want some? I've got a huge soft spot for sweets - sugar is my addiction of choice." She then turned to look at Lady Munn, sizing her up for the moment.

She certainly seemed pretty and the way Georgie was interacting with her kept a smirk on Gene's face. Her brother deserved a little bit of happiness in his life, no matter how short lived it would ultimately end up being. And he was right - the girl did have fantastic aim. "Are you going to introduce me to the others, Georgie, or are you going to continue smiling at her?" Gene asked pointedly, before smiling at him with angelic innocence. Oh yes, she certainly was not like the idealized depiction of the fairer sex in these days.

Scott Rydzynski

Location: His Apartment - Seattle, Washington
Interacting With: Olivia

Scott looked at his phone, sighing as he turned on the television and looked at the news report. He glanced at the report, frowning a bit. It reminded him of the death he had witnessed in Philadelphia. Either then this was a network of perps or someone with a frequent flyer account that was just racking up miles. Frowning, he crossed his arms, ignoring Olivia as he continued to ponder it. Damn it. He didn't want to make this his problem, but it seemed the universe had other ideas for him.

"What the hell kind of question is that?" Scott asked her, finally turning to look at her again. He then sighed, thinking about Janelle for a moment. "Look, it ain't just adults in this...There's this sweet kid that's tied to all of it, and while I couldn't give a rat's ass about you, I don't want her death on my conscience. So spill. What do you know?"

Cecily Ashworth

Location: Flight UA 2199 (Seat 2B)
Skills: N/A

Cecily thought for a moment over everything Gavin was saying. She still wasn't certain if she could trust him, but she was able to piece together that he had a connection to the Gonzalez family. There had been so many people there at Alicia's funeral that she wouldn't have remembered a name, even one as unique as Joaquin. And of course, Natasha's death was giving her some issues when it came to focusing and recalling details like that. Trauma had a way of either refining memories or causing them to become even blurrier than they would have been otherwise. "...Could I have a ginger ale as well?" Cecily asked the stewardess.

She wasn't sure if she'd end up drinking it, out of paranoia that it might have been poisoned, but she figured as long as she saw the stewardess open up the can and pour it, it'd be safe enough. She then swallowed thickly, looking at Gavin. She wanted to believe that he was just there to help, but...Natasha's death had been natural causes. Cecily had been with her the entire time - when would someone have been able to cause internal bleeding like that? They had eaten and drank all the same things as far as she could recall, but her memory was hazy. "...So what do you want from me, then?"

Andromeda Aldrich

Location: Ville au Camp - the Mill
Skills: N/A

Andromeda nodded, though she couldn't help but feel a bit curious. The 80's he was describing felt incredibly similar yet also different to the 80's she was familiar with. Were they heading into some sort of gang conflict, causing the police not to go to this place? And Gilbert's line about staring - she tried to think of situations in which she would be lead to stare, only to conclude that would be when encountering the unusual. She nodded at Gilbert again, drawing her coat around her, and she wondered if she was underdressed when she heard the sound of trucks.

"Gilbert?" Andromeda called out, walking around to where the portal was yet not through it yet. "Sorry, but erm...Are we expecting a thing of trucks today?" She hadn't heard trucks like that in her time in the loop before. Every day had been pretty much exactly the same - for time to start to change...She couldn't help but wonder if it had to do something with Evelina's absence. Or maybe the Cards had gone and caused something. Those were the only two factors that she knew were different so far - and thus, her only ideas as to what would have caused the repetition to break.

Guin Stark & Folly Valeska

Location: Stark Tower (Floor 93): Main Area

Damon stared at Nina, raising an eyebrow. What authority did she have to say what the number one priority was? She wasn't even a member of the X-Men - she was the condescending S.H.I.E.L.D. agent that was too damn busy to get off her high horse and actually help. Case in point, she was standing there talking and not even bothering to do anything about the last Sentinel. Guin was having similar thoughts - she had to listen the entire damn way back and forth from Stark Tower to Nina complaining about Mary's leadership and implications that amounted to I would be better. Apparently, better meant just standing around like a dumbass.

"Miss Stark, it appears Atomic Number 67 is malfunctioning," P.H.I.L. observed. F.R.I.D.A.Y chimed in a few words of agreement, though with a far thicker accent.

"Yeah, got that buddy," Guin told her A.I., as the Sentinel started to malfunction rapidly and her eyes widened. She tried to fly towards it, but she wasn't fast enough. Nina had been closer than she was and Guin swore as the lasers fired off. The first one hit Nina and she couldn't help but feel a bit of grim satisfaction from that. Folly laughed. She wasn't scared of what the lasers would do to her, if they hit her. She could heal from them easily - it was the others that had to be careful.

"Damn it, Nina, you were the closest!" Damon shouted, stress, anxiety, anger, and rage compounding to make him more vocal than he had been lately. After Nina took a relatively soft hit, Guin took the next one, her suit sparking and the targeting systems going down as she was knocked from the air and hit the wall, before finally sliding down to the ground. Her entire body was aching, but if it hadn't been from the suit, her spine likely would have been shattered.

Folly stopped laughing once Mary was hit, her eyes widening as she ran over to her friend. Thalia had the Sentinel handled thankfully and Folly was panicking, sliding as she knelt down next to Mary. The raspy breaths and the blood looked horrible. Ripping off her jacket, Folly made it into a makeshift bandage, before she looked at Damon. "You! You're the one they call the Battle Nurse, right? Well, nurse Mary NOW!" Folly snapped.

Damon nodded, struggling to recall his dragon tattoo but he managed it and he (somewhat reluctantly) resumed battle nurse duties, running over to Mary. "Marygold, can you hear me?"

Meanwhile, Guin flipped the face visor up, looking as Muscles came over. She smiled slightly, but she still felt incredibly worried about her Pietro. Surely, he would have shown himself by now, right? "...I'm fine, just a little black and blue," she said, wincing as she shifted. The systems in the suit were damaged but she started doing the manual commands to take the individual pieces off.

"You sure?"

Guin nodded. "Yeah, it's loads of fun - my favorite game: get the suit off before a critical system overload."

"...Why did you even put the damn thing on?"

She slowly managed to get the suit off, climbing out of the sparking and dented metal contraption. She was a bit relieved to not be wearing a suit of metallic armor around Magneto anyways. "....Because I'm nothing without the suit." It was true, at least in her mind - her mutation was a parlor trick. It didn't have any practical applications.

"No, you aren't, do not use that damn suit again, you'll get yourself killed in it."

"What? No way! I can't keep up with you guys without it! I don't have useful powers!" she snapped. Everyone else on the team had amazing powers - even Allison, who originally had a non-combative power too, now was a powerful telekinetic. Carolina was able to possess people from a distance and didn't risk killing herself if her host died. Guin believed that she was the weakest link of the team.

"...Trust me, you do have a useful ability, whether or not you see it is a whole other thing."

"Alright, then go on, tell me all about how my ability is useful fighting freaking Sentinels."

"...Not useful in fighting robots... My powers are only useful in really running away from them if I don't want to break anything..." he said, motioning to his broken leg, along with several other injuries.

"My powers have no freaking use anywhere! So yeah, I'm going to wear the damn suit that way I can help and fight with everyone else - to make the same risks everyone else is!" Had her Uncle Steve been there, he would have been a bit proud. It was almost an identical speech to what he had given the enlistment office back in the 1940's, as to why he wanted to fight.

"Your powers, and you as a person are more useful than Nina," he said, lowering his voice so that only she could hear him.

"....That's easy to say, the bitch is as useful as an umbrella in a hurricane," Guin muttered. She crossed her arms slightly only to wince. While they were just bruises, they were deep and plentiful, all over her body.

"I have to agree with you on that one..." he admitted.

"Yeah, so comparing me to her means nothing."

"...You are still more than just a suit, now whether or not you see that is something else entirely..."

Dean Kesseli

Location: OMEN Facility - Cell Block (Area 51, Probably)

Dean noticed the look Charlie was giving him and he wanted to deck the kid across the face, just to see if it'd get him to pay attention. While he was normally relatively carefree and easygoing, Charlie's way of just sort of floating through life was starting to anger him. However, dealing with people like him wasn't worth it and they just straight up didn't have the time for it, so he elected to just ignore Charlie for the rest of eternity - however long that ended up being. "I meant a vision from earlier, Ally," Dean clarified. He didn't know what Ally had seen. And he doubted she'd feel the need to give him a list of all the visions she had had in her life.

His eyes widened slightly as Thalia healed Richard's bullet wound using time manipulation, yet at the same time, he couldn't help but feel a bit resentful she had used her powers on that. While it would save his life, had it just doomed the rest of them? It seemed like Thalia didn't have a lot of power left...if she had used it all on Richard, it might have bought the Adder more time and stolen that time from the rest of them. His jaw dropped seeing some familiar faces be put into the cells with them.

"Hey man! What the hell happened? Is everyone else okay? Are the others here too or is it just you three?"

Jenna Westbrook

Location: the Silver Mine

"From that thing - not a kid, I'm sure of it," Jenna told her cousin. She knew that she should be unsettled or afraid, but she wasn't. She glanced at the crevice the kid crawled through, contemplating just going through but she was smarter than that. She picked up a rock from the ground and glanced at her cousin. "If you don't want to, I can handle this by myself," she told Lydia. The other two had already chickened out.

She then took the rock and tossed it through the crevice, watching to see if anything happened. She wasn't about to crawl straight on through herself and get stabbed by whatever was waiting on the other side, if anything was. And if it was just a trap the creepy kid wanted to spring on them, it seemed like the Indiana Jones type of thing to do - to test it out first before entering. "I mean it, Lydi...Don't come if you're scared."

Raynor Blake

Location: Command Center (Level Two)
Skills: N/A

Raynor let out a sigh, looking at Tinley. He hated personal questions - they were invasive and prying, much like her eavesdropping on his thoughts. Of course, with her stating it was how she caught Agent Rivera as being HYDRA, a spark of rage grew as he crossed his arms. This was more than just accidental eavesdropping then - she was threatening him with constant surveillance of his thoughts. "Last time someone went around policing people's thoughts, they turned out to be a squid," he told her, using the slang for HYDRA operative.

He then tried his best not to laugh again as she assured him that he wasn't in trouble. Taking a breath, Raynor kept his arms crossed, before he tugged on his necklace. "And since I have no doubt you've read my files, you know that I was raised in Norway to a family who still followed the old ways. I don't celebrate Christmas, I celebrate Yuletide. And yeah, we spoke an archaic language for religious reasons - shouldn't be too shocking, you've heard of Israel right?" he shook his head at her.

"I'm going to go gear up. Let me know if you'd like to question my necklace - it's a rune, by the way. Raidho. It deals with heroics and the journey of life." He then went down the staircase to the cargo hold to get ready. The plane then landed in the woods and shut down, with Agent Kennedy coming over and looking at Tinley.

"Don't take it personally, he just hates personal questions," he advised her. "Ready to go lead your first mission, ma'am?" He flashed a smile at Cassandra as well.

Dominika Novikova

Location: Cargo Hold (Level One)
Skills: Dimensional Energy Perception (Passive)

Novikova took a moment to look at the memory serum, before she nodded, distributing one to everyone that was downstairs - including Agent Raynor. She wasn't sure how she felt about using them in the field. She knew that all inventions had the potential to be used for good or for evil - yet it was still odd, seeing something like that outside of the context of the classroom. "I'm not sure how I feel," Novikova told Maria, before she hesitated for a moment, reevaluating. "...Actually, I've got a bad feeling about this."

The cargo bay doors lowered, forming a ramp that would allow them to exit the Bus. Tinley wasn't down yet, so Novikova wasn't about to go charging outside, but the snow covered trees she could see and the looming mountains reminded her of the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe film with Georgie Henley.

"You feeling okay?" Raynor asked Sparky softly, going over to her. "If you aren't up for this, you should stay here - it's better you sit it out than try to push through it if your head isn't in it."

"Guys...Is anyone else seeing this?" Novikova asked, taking off her ruby tinted shades to get a better look. She was looking off into the distance, where Castle Doomdstat was - where a gigantic beam of light had suddenly shot up into the sky, breaking the grim clouds.
