All the player characters are to be students at U.A. so having a villain-esque character might prove bit problematic, I mean the worse you could probably get for reference is Baku.

While I can't use Discord I can use and make a Chatzy chat for everyone to have discussions in Chatzy The Password is Boku. So can use it to quickly discuss various things from possible abilities among other things, I'll put the link in the first OOC post as well for new comers.

Didn't really even know they did let alone making a thing for our rp. I wouldn't be able to be on it basically with my current internet.

I know how that feels, I do it as well I tend to look at pictures and it gives me the ideas for the rest of the character including ability, though I only do this if I don't have an idea to begin with.
That is an interesting Transformation Quirk idea and fairly powerful as long as the user doesn't run into another person who uses some kind of elemental ability either manipulation or simply uses it.
I don't know how or anything to even set up a Discord thing, not to mention my own connection hasn't exactly been a great thing so trying to do a lot of things aren't really good or smart for me. Granted in a couple of days I might be getting a brand new internet provider with pretty much over 100x better system.

Another Boku no hero academia fan nice, what kind of venom can she use? simple snake venom or can she use different types? other than knowing that I'd agree with her being good so she be accepted.
