A follow up to DC vs Marvel? There was the first era of Amalgam Comics that spun immediately out of the VS comics. Then came DC/Marvel All Access. That one lead into Amalgam Comics Vol. 2. Then following that one came a series called Access Unlimited. I *think* the ball is back in DC's court to produce another series but when Joe Q. became editor and chief back then relations became strained between the companies [Joe Q worked on Batman comics for a bit, and co-created Azreal, then Marvel stole him for Marvel Knights/Daredevil and the rest is history].

I liked the idea Kevin Smith teased years ago when Wizard Magazine still existed. He proposed a Green Arrow/Daredevil crossover since he was the reason they both became so popular again so quickly at the time [he wrote the first twelve or so issues of both books, one was the Joe Q Daredevil 'Knights series].

If you liked Amalgam Comics, the Access books give you even cooler Amalgams. All Access just had characters bouncing from both universes. Superman fought Juggernaut for two seconds, Venom tried to possess Superman, and Tim Drake/Robin had a fling with Jubilee. Access Unlimited had him crossing the space AND time barriers and formed tons of Amalgams from heroes like the original five Avengers, the original five Justice Leaguers, electric blue Superman, young heroes in the DCU crossed over with the original five X-Men [Impulse + Iceman ='ed Quickfreeze FTW!], etc...

But now that I'm working in a warehouse I'm switching to water so that I can drop some weight and get back in shape with the quickness. It's like looking at Chris Pratt as Andy Dwyer in Parks and Rec compared to Pratt as Starlord with abs.

I loved the batman/spiderman one!! It gave a different look on joker actually feels about people like Cassidy. There's a avengers/transformers I have to read eventually, and there's the power rangers/ justice league I mixed feelings about (justice league vs masters of the universe was pretty good too)

Justice League/Transformers would have been better but the New52 happening stopped them from moving forward. The Batmobile would've became an autobot, so would Wonder Woman's invisible jet, and Optimus would've got a GL ring!



My favorite crossover that actually happened was Superman/Fantastic 4, mainly because Superman becomes a herald! All of the Access minis that followed DC vs Marvel were pretty good too. I LOVED Access Unlimited.

hey guys i wanted to get your opinions on something. I've been trying to think of a full title for Julius. You know how like Tony was called the "The Invincible Iron Man." Riri was called The Invincible Iron Heart and all that? Hell even Doom was given the Infamous Iron man. Demon helped me think of a few suggestions and i wanted to get you opinions on them. If you have any other suggestions i'd be happy to hear them

Powers - Katie's powers are entirely energy based. She can control, absorb, project, and sense energy around her.

Weaknesses - Sometimes her perception of the energy around her can cause a form of sensory overload. Also if she uses her power to much she risks turning into energy herself.

BRIEF Bio - Katie's life was pretty average despite not having a father around. Her mother, older sister, twin sister, and she were always there to help each other. Katie became more of a tomboy in a way to help protect her sisters and mother. When the Reach came to earth she was the only one in her family that was skeptical. That is just her personality though. She is skeptical of everything she doesn't know or understand. However, she did drink the energy drink released by them. One day though she was grabbed by armed men and gathered into a group with many other people. That's when the Reach showed up, taking all the abductees, and began experimenting on them. They exposed Katie to various levels of energy, especially nuclear. Eventually a team of heroes showed up saving the abductees.

Weeks later during a checkup Captain Atom came to check on the progress of the abductees. When he got near to where Katie was she began reacting to some form of stimuli. The doctors quickly moved her to an examination room and Captain Atom followed. She started thrashing around in pain and Captain Atom moved to restrain her, but upon contact the energy in Atom was seemingly sapped from his body. He then collapsed and Katie nearly instantaneously calmed down. Everyone around realized that like a few of the other abductees Katie was developing abilities. For the next few weeks Katie was only allowed to use her ability inside a lab.

When the idea of Young Justice was brought up Captain instantly thought of Katie. At first the rest of the League was unsure if someone so inexperienced with their powers would be a right fit, but Captain Atom assured them that the best way for her to became experienced and for them to keep a close eye on her is if she was a part of the team.
