"Well, that was unexpected." Bart sighed before turning to Neil. "Hey Neil, mind talking to the two? Tell them that what should be told and... to grab some shuteye for the next day? I think we all could use some rest to calm ourselves down. Eilidh, mind joining him? I need to be alone with Mark" He also told the Centaur.
Neil nodded and followed the two male monsters outside along with the Siren Haley and Bart now turned to Mark. "Mark... Hey, I get that you're trying to save the world but... You know you can do better than that, right? I mean, I'm no people's person by a longshot but even I know that you're kiiind of being pushy. Especially when it comes to your spell... and the reputation of your allegiance."
"Besides, you're part of this Guild now. You gotta learn to get along with your mates 'cause they're the only ones you can rely on when things get very real. And you don't want your back exposed to someone you know you don't trust." Bart added. "Now then, get some sleep. We have work to do tomorrow."
Neil and Haley followed the two of you outside and into the camp.
"Hey Freyr, Magnus." The boy greeted you. "You really let it out back there, didn't you Freyr?" He sighed. "Sure it was bad but I suppose the truth came out at least. No need to waste anymore effort keeping things and feelings concealed." Neil sighed again. "...Or I could be wrong and this will spiral out of control. Oh man, I hope I'm very, completely wrong." He chuckled sheepishly.
"What I want to know is: Why did your guild master invite a freaking Order Hero while at the same time inviting monsters?" Haley was the next to speak. "Doesn't he know that the Order doesn't exactly like monsters?"
"I heard that Mark was different according to Bart." Neil answered. "I mean, he did come here with a... a lizard girl."
"Really? How was she? And where is she now?"
"I... never really have gotten the chance to know her. I do know that she's pretty clingy to Mark so it's a little surprising that she's not with him."
"Huh..." The Siren had a confused look on her face. "...I actually wanted to say that I wanna join your little guild when... all that happened." Haley began another topic, one that surprised Neil. "I-I still want to join, you know? But... not right now. I mean, I still have things to do. I'll come back tomorrow to sort all of this out, okay?"
And with that, the Siren flew away and it was time for the guild to prepare for the following day.
---THE NEXT DAY---
~Everyone~
The next morning had arrived and you all wake up to Neil and Bart looking over the request board. "Oh, good morning everyone." Bart greeted all of you.
Meanwhile, Neil put up a weak smile and he looked real tired despite the day barely beginning. "It's a good thing Eilidh brought some supplies or else we'd have nothing to eat."
"However, that means we're still a bit strapped considering supplies." Bart proudly said. "Say, how much did we earn yesterday?"
It was up to the guild members if they wish to share their reward with the guild or keep it for themselves.
"Here are the requests available, everybody." Bart told everyone. "Also has anyone seen Bast? I don't think I saw him here yesterday."
-----MAIN QUESTS-----
Greetings, I am Maria Corazon, a simple village girl of Sonarra. My home is in turmoil. My fellow villagers are tired from the oppression of our Varjan overlords and are brewing up a revolt. I do not want to involve my family in the conflict. So I ask this of you...
Please escort my sister away from Sonarra and to Boreal Port. Come see us in the outskirts of Sonarra. Please hurry while there is still time.
Posted by: Maria Corazon
Neil's Comments: Sounds serious. I'm advising caution. Armed revolts can be... chaotic. Then again, it's just brewing up so it might not be very bad.
The guards of the Shrine-Town of Eros are stretched thin so we have decided to request for help for this mission. It is not going to be very hard and we promise we will compensate you for the trouble. Come see us in the Shrine of Eros for more details.

Neil's Comments: Not much clue on who Eros is but I got a bad feeling about this one. You should be careful.
The Dwarves I met yesterday will be coming some time today. I think someone should stay behind and... you know, entertain the guests and point them to the right direction.

Neil's Comments: We haven't talked much about the additions to our building so just do your best, okay?
-----SPECIAL QUESTS-----
To the newly formed Guild: How are you all faring? I have a job for a number of you, for a sum far greater than one would normally pay for one of your services. I require at least 3 women for this quest, preferably ones with taste in fashion suited in selecting fashionably dark clothing. If not...I suppose a man may do fine as well, so long as his tastes are excellent. Go to the southeast of the Tusilean Forest, and I shall guide you towards me.
Posted by: A townsman of Ambran.
Neil's Comments: Well we only have two women with us so one of us has to take one for the team.
-----SIDE QUESTS-----
Greetings, guild people! I am Darren and I am a proud progressive, a person who sees beyond traditions to embrace clearly beneficial things for society. Right now I am trying to get the local apothecaries to adopt an anaesthetic called 'Huwana'. It is cheap to produce and pretty harmless with very little side effects.
Come meet me in Ambran so we can discuss this further.

Neil's Comments: Hmmm, medicine and drugs. I'm not really well-versed on the stuff but be careful anyway.
The dawn breaked but you and Absalom still continued onward to the Varjan capital. The boy did not appear tired and his cheerful demeanor still radiant as ever.
However, you two then spot a camp in the horizon that bore a banner Absalom recognized. "That banner! I know that banner! It's of Lord Araghast's!" The boy cried out before hastening to the camp with no hesitation. The action was questionable but you could only follow the boy and his enthusiasm.
Upon arrival, the two of you were greeted by a group of warriors. They were large and well-armored though if they were of the Order, they certainly did not subscribe to holy and inspiring appearances encouraged by the Order. "Do you have business here?" The foremost warrior asked, his voice deep and dark.
Absalom was too distracted to speak, his eyes searching the camp for his target leaving you to do the talking.
"You're part of the guild? Oh wow, welcome then. And I guess... I guess thanks for the supplies. We're... We're really low on the stuff."
"By the way, I'm Neil. I am a... nobody." The boy introduced himself. "Well... It's nice to meet you, Miss Chiron." Neil extended a hand for you to shake.
Whether you shook his hand or not, the two of you reach the guild in a few hours. The encampment in front of it was empty but you could hear talking from within the building. "Huh? Why are they all inside? Come on, Miss Chiron."
"Well for your information, Mister Mark. I am NOT sex-crazed. I may be looking for a husband but I am NOT sex-crazed." Haley flatly declared. "Also, I hope you're alright with me thinking and knowing more about your little spell first. I don't want to explode into flame if you cast it on me but know this, if you try to forcibly cast it on me, I WILL fight back, you hear?" The Siren explicitly made her feelings known.
"Also, why are you here then? Why are you not taking this spell to the Order's higher-ups?" Haley then asked.
"That'd be dangerous." Bart interjected. "Look Mark, I don't know if you know but Varjo isn't exactly an outlier. King Caldeyron has massive influence in the Order's court and great friends with many royals and nobles." He explained. "That means no one will bat much of an eye if he invades and takes down nations that stands up to him so if he catches a whiff that there's an alternative solution besides exterminating monsters, he'll probably attack the nation parroting it."
Right after the explanation, the doors to the guild opened once again.
Neil, along with Eilidh, entered the dilapidated building and found his guildmates instantly. "Hey guys, we're back. What are you doing here? Also, meet Eilidh." Neil greeted and also introducing the newcomer Centaur.
"Oh hey Neil." Bart greeted back. "We were just talking about some stuff. How'd your quest go?"
"Oh yeah...!" Neil approached the group while motioning to Eilidh to come join them. "See here, our clients were actually some Dwarves in Valoras Woods." He started but the mention of Dwarves gave Bart a worried look. "They didn't have gold to pay us for the request but instead, they offered to repair our building to working condition. They told me to tell you if we want anything added to the building. They'll be coming tomorrow... morning I believe? We could tell them then." Neil explained the situation.
"I'm not sure if we should associate with Dwarves while being this close to Order territory." Bart said. "It's still a pretty good deal though since with the Dwarves, we could be using this building by tomorrow. What do you think guys? Also, we might as well talk about the additions we want in this building."
"That's no good...You should have a little more faith in our king. I mean, I don't think she would put us in danger like that without good cause. Besides, there's no tactical advantage in withholding such information anyway."
"Ahhh, that's no good Asia."
Asia sighed but smiled. "Hmm, if you guys think so. I'll follow your judgment." Asia replied. "Well, I guess I'll be having some of that tea. But if you need some help cleaning up, just give me a call alright?"

Kael followed the priest to the comfort room but before he can open the door, it opened with Calvin on the other side. "Whoa! You startled me there, Sir Devil." He said, surprised. "Are you using the C.R. too? If so, let me get out of your way."
Calvin strode past Kael before suddenly stopping and turning back. "I'm not sure if I could get an opportunity again for this so I'm saying it right now..." He looked left and right for anyone else, not spotting the spiders of Suzue that spied on him. "I... That girl, Asia." He started with a quiet tone. "She seems... off. It's like... there's something about her that's not... that isn't right." The priest confessed. "I... Forgive me. I should not be speaking ill of your trusted friends. I'm sorry." He apologized after realizing what he had just said.
After that, Calvin bode farewell just outside of the cafe with Kael and Suzue. "Once more, I thank you for aiding me against the forces of evil." He said to both Kael and Suzue but he was not quite done yet when he remembered something. "Also, I... your King. She looks... She reminds me of someone. I may be asking for too much but... do you know her past?" He asked. "I just want to confirm something."
