Not much to lure Nona out of leaving her dinner so I'll wait and see 0.o

And am I the only one but since this RP is super easy going, I'm pretty invested in other chara's stories so I read them for fun. Each one kind of has their own feel to it, you know?
❄Erika Olson❄

Although the game Erika was playing was a slightly modified version of tag, it still seemed like a big success as her pursuing four Gibles appeared to be enjoying themselves... maybe a little too much. Apparently the commotion of their game had attracted another Gible and then another... so on until Erika thought she was fleeing from the entire plateau! "Aaaah! Wait a minute this is too many!" Erika called out to her Gible friends as they all tried their luck at tagging her. It was only a matter of time as Erika was surrounded but it wasn't the numbers that eventually got it, rather it was the ambush of a single Gible.

Completely taken by surprise, Erika had only the time to blink as she was knocked off her feet in an ungraceful display, falling onto her back. With slight head trauma, Erika nursed the back of her scalp while the horde of Gibles all came in and tagged her. Victory was theirs, Erika finally had to admit. "Alright, alright! You guys win!" Erika called out to her playmates before leaning up to a sitting position. However there was one real winner in Erika's mind and it was decided that Erika would invite that particular Gible to join her.

Still standing triumphantly on Erika's legs as Erika allowed the sneak to remain there, Erika patted that Gible on the head. "Hey, buddy, you carried the game and won it all, I think at least. We can play some more if you want but would you like join my team and come with me?" Erika gestured to Gible and then to herself to help try and illustrate her intention.
Nona Sirenia

Has it really been two weeks? Nona thought to herself as she busied her morning with a fresh idea of attracting attention. Normally, attention in a pirate community might be asking for trouble but without any experience, Nona couldn't even call herself a pirate. A circumstance she was looking to change as she had thrown away her previous life just two weeks again in favor of seeing the world. Something that was seeming more and more unlikely as it took Nona quite a lot to even arrive in the Twin Capes. Now, she had the seemingly impossible task to convince a crew to hire an absolute greenhorn navigator, a position as it turns out, not many captains wanted to take a risk on.

Still, one shouldn't just give up because yet... though Nona figured at some point she won't exactly feel too optimistic anymore. She could even feel the gnawing sensation of just giving up as two weeks of consistent reject didn't feel so good, but Nona figured her breakthrough was right around the corner! ... One could hope at least.

It took Nona all morning but she finished painting a sign advertising her position and she planned on marching through town, hopefully attracting attention. "Navigator! Navigator for hire! Don't get lost again with me on your crew!" Nona chanted as she marched down the streets of Twin Capes. Few pirates even bothered to investigate her claim but those that did waved her off almost immediately hearing her truthful admission she had zero experience with navigating.

With little interest, Nona continued throughout the day to try and pitch her way onto a crew but due to her character, could never really let the whole "zero experience" thing be kept a secret. She felt like she needed to tell the truth, which only hurt her chances of employment.... Speaking of which, Nona was also broke at this point and the lack of employed pay was definitely starting to hit her now. She took the odd job every now and then but without steady work, she found it a little tough to eat a night. Tonight's meal, was courtesy of fishing out coins from a fountain.

With food in hand, Nona fled to the quiet retreat of the beach to have a little driftwood bonfire and dinner. It was expected to be a quiet night but as Nona had just pulled off her cooked meal, a crash sounded behind her and by now, Nona figured out that usually meant something bad happened with a ship trying to pass the Reverse Mountain. It was surely an impressive explosion when that ship hit the water but Nona missed it, only managing to catch a few of the ship's crew being thrown about. Nona took a chomp out of her fish and chewed slowly as she watched the aftermath play out from a distance. If anyone needed help, Nona would have probably helped out but at least from the crew members she saw, they handled themselves quite well. Several of the crew members managed to make it to the shore with relative ease, it seemed. Good. Nona didn't fancy the idea of leaving her dinner unattended.

Yes. I shall do so tomorrow, hopefully
@KaiserElectric

You know, like how a computer thinks... in dots.
@Shiny Keldeo

That's fine, give it to whoever wants it!
@Shiny Keldeo

Ooooh I would love to proceed but I decided it is best not to as I have my plate full at the moment~
Maggie Haefield

If there was something to expect when someone mentioned a teacher, it was that teachers were organized and methodical. However, judging from the state of the Human Sciences Classroom located in the basement, you might just reconsider that assumption based off of first glance. Plastic anatomical models were resting on nearly every surface, removable pieces scattered around the hopefully right model. Books, binders, and stacks of reference material were hastily stacked at on the teacher's desk in an unsorted fashion. The most interesting items in this messy classroom were the stacks of coolers of various different makes and models ranging from Styrofoam coolers to a more robust metal coffins were shoved to the side side of the room. Those containers had just arrived yesterday and contained the 'fresh' dead and organs that would be used this year for the more hands on portion of the curriculum.

Of course, this classroom was expected to be presentable by the time the students arrived, as the youth were impressible things. But with every year, Dr. Margaret Haefield had always assured the administration that she will always have a presentable classroom for the students. After all, she did not need sleep but more importantly to Margaret, the new mischief of rodents had arrived this morning. Three separate broods were placed in large terrariums that were located in the back of the classroom. As repulsive as some people found rodents, Maggie had always been fond of these selfless servants to science. So many died for the sake of learning that it was endearing and these broods were most likely fated to meet similar ends.

"Oooh good girl, Aggy. Don't take any sass from that upstart, Flor." Maggie teased, tapping the glass lightly. She turned her attention to another terrarium to comment on the proceedings there. "Happy that's naughty, no~ heheheh" Maggie grabbed a nearby stool and pulled it over so she could scale it and reach into the tank, grabbing the rat, Happy, and pulling him away from a female, likely his sister. She lifted the Happy out of the cage and delicately held the creature up to her eye level.

"That's illegal, naughty rat~!" Maggie laughed as she slipped the rat into her blouse through her collar, allowing the rodent to fall to the blouse's tuck where it meet her skirt. As if it wasn't unusual to have a rat scurry inside her clothes, she inspected the final terrarium with her bird's eye view from the stool. Noticing nothing unusual, she reached an arm down her blouse and fished around for Happy, deftly pulling him out and bringing the male rat to eye level again.

"Find Darling. She's a sweet girl so be nice." Maggie nodded to her rat as she placed Happy in the new terrarium. Satisfied, Maggie lingered for a bit to watch how the brood would accept their visitor before a dull alert sounded behind her. Her attention was needed elsewhere which was unfortunate because there were still a few awry rats may need further attention but they would have to wait. After all, Maggie wouldn't want to disappoint fellow staff members for the sake of the satisfaction of a few rodents, no sir-e!

Maggie turned and hopped off her stool and headed straight for her console. A quick investigation revealed that she was requested as a student evaluator and the moment she read those words, a toothy smile stretched across her face. "Oh goodie! The pupils are almost here~" Maggie squeaked in delight as she jumped from the console and skipped across her classroom to the door, stopping just before leaving to jump and pull down her overcoat from the corner coat rack. Maggie slung the brown, oversized coat onto herself and skipped out of the room, pulling the door along with her for it to shut.

It didn't take Maggie that long to arrive Katherine Sinclair's office, though she did find herself to be later than two other staff members. "Petals! Dot! So nice to see you both~ heheh~" Maggie's voice squeaked with a slight raspy dryness in her childish high pitch as she slipped into the room and continued until she slid right into position by Dot's robotic side, even giving the metal man a playful pinch before slinging her tiny arm around the robot's arm, pulling herself close to Dot. "Ssaw-reee I'm late, Kitsss..." Maggie slouched and exaggerated a pout for a brief moment before returning to her usual demeanor... a slouched posture and always with some type of drugged smile. "Sssoo what were you saying before I arrived? Oh! Have the new students arrived!? I want to meet them~"
@Pirouette I think you made a mistake there... it's Atro's, not Rune's your character is reviewing :P
