How are missions that might be more than what they seem presented in the conference doc? Like if someone designed a task that at first glance was low rank but had insufficient Intel and was actually a much note dangerous situation?

usually if that's the case, there will be a provision in the rewards section saying something along the lines of "blah blah blah is mission goes to shit and rises to rank (b/a/s/ss), you get [x] more credits and lien"
