@Dark Light@Xandrya Oh, wait. If Arex is going to Amy, it is highly likely that Lataniva will tag along unless somehow convinced to do otherwise, and that'd bring her into contact with Amy, meaning it might influence the thoughts that brought me to make the mention of her intention of doing that later the same day. Meaning, depending on what happens in such a conversation, Lataniva might revise her such intention. Xandrya, you might want to postpone any intention to reply to that part until we know what's happening. Just know I'm intending on doing it eventually, possibly, if nothing changes it. ... Haha.
I… REALLY don’t have the time to join another roleplay. But this character creation process looked way too fun to just pass over. So, to entertain myself tonight, I went through with it because I wanted to. Hahaha.

… XD … That was quite a journey. I have been amused. I invested into a magical character, and then I got, well… … … Hahahaha. Yupp. Oh, well. Onto doing other things. My apologies if this was just troubling to you all. Feel free to completely ignore.
So, um. My post looks like it does because of our sudden jumps in time that happen fairly often. I just wanted to do two things, and if I just focused on one I might have missed the other. So, therefore, it looks like this. The two are separate. One where Lataniva heads for Arex, the other where she tries to infiltrate Amy's room. If I am forgetting anything or am doing anything I cannot, feel free to yell at me. I have sensible reasons on my mind. I hope. Anyway. There.
@Dark Light

Lataniva narrowed her eyes looking intently at what was taking place before her. There was a grim satisfaction in having driven Arex to leave behind common sense and go for his prey. In this state, it was improper to interfere. As a fellow Dalentian, Lataniva knew that, and in fact, she was taking enjoyment in watching this. Now, she had never felt anything like what she felt from Arex before, but she knew what was happening from a purely Dalentian stand-point. It was time to watch what was happening and take in as much information as she can…

@Crossfire

Lataniva’s eyes twitched as the shots echoed from beside her and took out Arex’s prey. Lataniva quickly threw an angry glare at Grayson, mildly backed with a slight psionic force giving her glare a physical presence intent on informing the man that what he did was wrong. She spun her halberd in her right hand and prepared her left for possible use of psionics just in case Arex lashed out at them for this action. … He did not. That was a mild relief. Certainly helped with their priorities of getting out of this station alive. Very well. Lataniva let go of all pressure and then simply kept an eye out on Arex as they headed back to the ship, throwing her psionic powers at any Hunters that stood in their way before they could take her or her companions out. If they were close-combat robots, they’d find trouble assaulting the party as long as Lataniva was there.

Lataniva was present for the celebration. Mostly to note that Arex was not there. She did drink a little, but not much at all. She knew the effect of alcohol on her alien frame was considerable, and they did not want to have a wasted Dalentian on board. The effects would be potentially disastrous. She had learned of this at an earlier time, and she wasn’t about to repeat that embarrassment. Essentially, she was a light-weight, and if there was any individual who made a more dangerous drunk she had yet to learn of them.

@Tickout

Afterwards, she searched with determination for that specific individual. It wasn’t hard. Just let her awareness search the ship ahead of her as she walked to cover a large amount of area, seeking his Sh’kwarr. Her halberd was on strapped onto her back and she had her daggers sheathed, but they were still on her body. She found Arex, and someone had spoken up to him…

‘No. Not you.’
Lataniva said in a commanding, lightly hostile voice to Grayson, sounding as if she believed she had more authority in the matter than him.

I will speak to him.’
She said, turning and staring at Arex with an unreadable glare. She then turned to Maxi, who apparently was also here. Oh, that’s right. He was a medic. Lataniva revised her intention to make him leave.

‘... Your help will be needed for his body. While you do that…’
After having said so to Maxi, Lataniva turned to Arex, glaring at him somewhat accusatory yet also quite clearly with something in mind.

‘I intend to perform the Rite of Merger on you.’
Lataniva demanded, staring at him. The “Rite of Merger” was the act of two Dalentians mind-reading each other’s brains to one another, helping one another with slight mind-manipulation to know what information each of them didn’t know. After a good Rite of Merger, both parties shared the exact same knowledge. However, that was when someone performed the Rite of Merger WITH someone. Lataniva had demanded to use it ON Arex, meaning she wanted all his knowledge yet he’d get none of hers. That is, if he even knew anything about what the Rite of Merger was.

She continued to glare at him. She wasn’t intending on doing it without permission, actually. That was against Dalentian rules, engraved into Lataniva’s mind since birth. So, she waited. Glaring.

@Xandrya

Perhaps much later (splitting a time-line a bit perhaps because the earlier scene is DEFINITELY not finished), depending on how things goes, Lataniva anyways had the intention of sleeping inside Amy’s room, if she could. This assumes each room has more than one bed and that the door was open, if either of those are untrue, this did not happen. If, however, both those were true then Lataniva would seemingly randomly enter the room, exit the armor (blind girl wouldn’t see her anyway) and then take the unoccupied bed without a word. If Amy didn’t disturb her, then Lataniva would simply sleep there peacefully. If Amy questioned, well, that’ll do for a different post, then.
@Pyromaniacwolf Of course. The intention with alerting you to that is mostly because if you for some reason want a conversation with the NPCs then Martin and Dawkin might be dropping in soon and not likely just walk by them. Haha. Anyways, yeah. You're free to do what you want. It's just an alert~

@Eklispe So, should I assume you're tagging along with Martin to Route 2 or do you want to get a post in or otherwise?

Edit: Heh. Gotcha. Nicely posted.

Edit 2: My apologies that I am taking a while. Things are going to happen tomorrow, and on Friday, and on Saturday... but I will try to ensure that you get a post to react to tomorrow. Waiting for more than that would be terrible.
Huh. And here I thought everyone was heading to certain doom in that bubble.

... I really, really hope Amelie didn't die mainly because I asked the GM to kill her OOC. Because, well, that'll make me look really stupid for causing her death in a moment of depression when that really goes contrary to my wishes. ... Hah.
I am going to want to post tomorrow. Within 24 hours, hopefully.
Hello, guys. Now, then.

@Joshua Tamashii The GM apologizes about the potential risk for hearts involved in sudden Phantump jump-scares. Haha. Anyways. Nicely reacted. Nicely posted. Teh-heh.

@Rune_Alchemist Nicely posted. And... ain't that an excellent question? XD It'll be answered soon enough! Haha.

@Eklispe@Pikmin Eye I am digging this conversation. We're getting somewhere. Safety in numbers, and chasing our intentions. So, you're moving to Route 2, eh? Yeah, that'll do it. Tah-hah. Nicely posted.

@Pyromaniacwolf So, Martin and Dawkin are kind of moving in a direction that could make them relevant to you pretty soon. Will you act?

@Delta44 Also, how's it going?

I cannot guarrantee I will get the time to post tomorrow, but in two days if not. That's it.
There we go. Tell me if I did something I couldn't, or shouldn't.

Also, I'm going to vanish Thursday through Sunday, so you know that. Hah.
@Xandrya@Tickout

‘If you had kept him alive, we could have had a commander for me to mind-read. It’s a bit of a waste.’
Lataniva complained somewhat as she wandered back to Grayson while cleaning off the blood from her halberds and daggers. Still, it wasn’t all that much she could do about it.

@Crossfire

‘Very well.’
She’d then simply say about the orders they had, and without sparing a look at Amy, Lataniva dashed off. She used her heightened awareness, and knowing she was looking for Arex… she simply tried to find a track of the unique way she could sense him. She’d search without eyes if needed.

She rounded a specific corner, and ended up looking at this scene. Arex, heavily wounded, arms in a mess and facing against this drone. Hunter droid, was it? How serious of their enemies. But, that didn’t matter. What did matter… Lataniva stared at Arex. There was a certain part of her that told her to save him… yet another, saw him getting ready to take on his foe. A hunter and his prey. Strong, perhaps deadly prey, but prey nonetheless. A hunter’s pride told to not take the joy of the kill from another hunter.

… That said, he was pathetic. Lataniva crossed her arms, glaring at him condescendingly from behind and lightly twirled with her halberd in one hand, as if telling him to hurry it up. In the back of his mind he most certainly felt her Sh’kwarr pushing him on behind, making him aware she was there, and that she had come to pick him up so he better not screw this up. Lataniva kept her distance, but if it was obvious he was going to be killed anywhere she’d just casually direct a psionic telekinetic hit at the foe to ensure Arex didn’t die, it’d be so troublesome if he did, but otherwise, she quite intended to see him get out of this on his own.

He had run off on his own, after all. This was HIS problem to get stuck in and get out of. Not hers. He had the tools to get out of this.

‘You are Dalentian, after all.’
She stated, following up on her thoughts.

Are you not?
She followed up on that, with a clear edge in her voice, glaring at his back…
