Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Zaru the Chimchar

Valiant Village

Their guildmaster was engulfed with light and when it disappeared, he looked... different. Wait, he had heard of this before. A truly amazing thing from what his parents told him. Something about it being greater than evolution. What was it called again? It makes evolved pokemon grow further in a short span of time. Zaru's head snapped up as he remembered what it was. Mega Evolution! It was one of the reasons why his brother left the village. To search for a method to attain this was one of his brother's dreams. Now that he was witnessing it for himself, Zaru knew why his brother wanted it so badly.

The battle was terrifying. No, not the battle. Rather it was another pokemon. It was Tzerah, their resident police officer. She had started to destroy everything in sight. Good thing most were enemies. She seemed like she was in her element and that thought terrified the young Chimchar. Every muscle on his body wanted to pounce on the Luxray to stop her from her onslaught since the enemies started to leave with their tails between their legs. But someone else did it for him. It was her child, a young Shinx. It seemed to have calmed her down considerably. Family truly is amazing.

Zaru was snapped out of his observations when Milton spoke. He turned to the twins. "Yeah, your father's so cool. Mega evolution? No wonder he's the guildmaster." He said. He really deserves that title. Flash had beaten their best team but Spirit managed to beat him single-handedly. Seriously, this guy must've underwent some pretty badass training to get to that point. "With the boss defeated, I doubt anyone would have the spine to fight." He said as he sighed. They saw the very climax of the battle and it was amazing.

"Yeah, sure." Will said before standing up and then following Juliet outside. He then waited for Mason to open the door, hiding a laugh when Juliet spoke. He seemed really excited on what would happen considering Mason hasn't even told them a single thing about the room. Just that it was left untouched for ages. He would run his hand through his hair as he leaned on the wall beside the door, eagerly waiting for Mason to open the door.
@RainbowFactory

I was actually waiting on your post.

But I might be leaving. I'll be sure to post later.
This was the first time ever in two centuries that he was out of his armor and into a formal suit. He wore a black blazer over a white collared shirt, black slacks and shoes with a red tie and he looked incredibly uncomfortable. Last time he wore something like this, it was when his mother and father dragged him out of training to attend some sort of formal dance for demons. Although he can't do anything now, his subordinates practically forced him to stay there until the end of the dance. They convinced him using the guise that he would be part of the guard there but then told him that he shouldn't be wearing armor or else it would be a sign of hostility or something like that.

However, he did bring his sword, which is strapped on his waist, but that thing was normal, just in case something went horribly wrong. As always, he was there once the ball had started, an hour before it started really. He had to make sure that there weren't any crazy terrorists that wanted to blow up the ballroom with everyone in it. He had ordered two of his trusted werewolves to sniff out anything that seems wrong and witches to check if there were any magical items that would be akin to a bomb. When everything was clear, those people were allowed to have fun.

Personally, Uriel could do it without the mingling and the lights and the dancing. Yes, that's right, he isn't a very sociable person. If he were to choose if he could be in the training area alone or be in a place where a bunch of people are, he would definitely choose the former. But he couldn't do anything now. He was there, might as well see it to the end like promised.

When the time for the ball to open came, he was placed along with the others who were going to welcome them. In front of him was a general of Light who he has crossed swords with multiple times before. But there was no tension between the two. Once the royals came, they bowed down to welcome them. Then everyone started to mingle. The two kings were talking like what they are supposed to talk, like brothers. It wasn't as if they were at war at all. Look at them, talking like good friends/brothers and it was only the day before yesterday when they were trying to kidnap the princess and then it turned into this whole battlefield with all sorts of wrong in it.

Well, not that he minded that they seemed to be on good terms. Hey, they might call off the war. Sure he'll lose the only meaning to his life as of now and he'd probably need a new job since they might not need so many people in the army but at least no one would have to lose their families to the war anymore. He sat down on a table and watched everyone party. "I really shouldn't have come." He muttered to himself with a sigh as he leaned back on the chair. "Social people and their dances." He grumbled.
I am half tempted to have Uriel appear in full armor since he's acting guard should anything bad happen.

Hmm, choices, choices.
@Shadowpenguin07

I'm good with whatever you guys decide. Yes, I've been lurking.

Just a random question, am I the only one here that isn't in college or older?

Zaru the Chimchar

Valiant Village

Zaru listened to Spirit and Razor as they spoke. Oh, they were going to stay here? That was to be expected. I mean, come on, that is the most normal thing to do. They were kids, leave the problem to the adults. He nodded at Spirit as they went off. When he was just about to sit down, Lulu suddenly suggested that they shouldn't sit around and actually get involved. He had half the mind to oppose the other pokemon seeing as they might not have comprehended the current situation.

But hey, this was Lulu who suggested it, there was no use dissuading them. "Yeah, sure, fine." He muttered before jumping to the roof. "Well, lead the way Lulu." He said with a smirk. Well this might just be another adventure. Sure, they'd get in trouble again but it was most definitely interesting. Besides, if they'd have to fight...

Well, they are training and they all know how to fight. A single pokemon should be easy enough right? With four of them, he means. Bah, whatever, no use thinking about it now. He'll just ride the wave and hope for the best.

Zaru the Chimchar

Valiant Village

Zaru looked around as he saw some pokemon in a state of panic, rushing back to their homes and such. One Darumaka even stopped the Chimchar from advancing and told him to shut himself in the house. Tzerah the officer ordered for all of them to clear the streets and it was most definitely not a drill. The younger pokemon looked at the civilian with confusion in his eyes and he just groaned and left. It took a while for his mind to process what the Darumaka just said. Oh, something big was going on and a battle was sure to follow. They needed to get to the guildmaster and quick, hopefully still in the dojo. "Come on guys." He told the Riolu twins before starting to rush for the dojo.

That's when he bumped into Milton. He started to frantically ask questions. "Well, it's only me, Lulu and Rico headed towards the dojo." He started before shrugging at the next question. "All I know is that Officer Tzerah ordered everyone to go into their houses and clear the streets. Something bad is going on. Let's go to the guildmaster." He said with a nod before continuing his run towards Spirit. As a junior explorer, he knew that they would be pretty much a liability when it came to fighting some big bad villain, for now that is, but there should be something they could do. Right?

Well, it didn't matter anyway. He headed for the dojo and saw that the door was open and leaning against it was Razor, part of the team that was headed to capture the outlaw, Flash the Scizor. But he looked so tired and worried that it made Zaru think that they failed to do that. It made him worry. If they were this worried, then something must be up. Worst case scenario is Flash is heading for them with the intent to destroy the guild. Now that wasn't very nice. He then nudged Milton and gestured to Spirit's direction, figuring that the Zorua must be looking for him as well.

The pain started to fade away as Liz did her magic on his back. The wounds closed and then went back to normal, too bad the same couldn't be said for his clothing. But he had some spare clothing in there. "Well you gotta get that under control Liz, who knows what might happen when you get that feeling on the battlefield." He pointed out. Knowing about wounds was good and all but if she was attracted to it the moment she felt it and she would feel absolutely compelled to heal it then and there, it would cause some problems. When she went away, Miroku started to stretch.

He followed to the others inside, silently agreeing to what Dusk had said. He yawned and then rubbed the back of his head. Just thinking about his morning schedule now made him tired. He'd get up earlier than the others, sneak some training in and then sneak back and have breakfast with them. Yeah, that sounded good. But he definitely could not sneak any training before lights out. Rather than helping him, it would make him more tired than ever.

"I think we should also work on a little thing called teamwork." He pointed out. "Sure, we had it good now and could go out uncoordinated but if we face bigger and stronger enemies, I think we need to have a game plan. Team combos and stuff." He knew that he sounded like he was talking about some video game but he was dead serious. Working individually could only get them a little far. After all, even the weakest band of heroes could defeat a strong opponent through teamwork and strategy.
