Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

The plan had been working absolutely flawlessly, surprisingly. He had quickly lost the two zombies in the alleys and he still knew where he was. However, he still didn't move to stop. No, not yet. He was still nervous, thinking that the zombies would find him if he stopped. Just another corner and he'd stop. He was pretty sure he had left anyone following him in the dust. Boy, he was really glad that he had an affinity for Track and Field, or else he wouldn't have survived. Then again, if he had taken, say, kendo, he would have been able to simply smash their heads inwards and completely erase them from the world.

Kiseki's eyes brightened up when he saw the next corner. He swung around to turn, but he felt something slam into him. He stumbled backwards in absolute shock as well. He heard something slam on the ground but he was still recovering from it. After only a moment, he was back in action and ready to run. However, his eyes sat upon that of a figure of a young girl sprawled on the ground. Huh? That didn't look anything remotely like those zombies. The girl had panicked and stood up.

He was too late to see the gun holstered on her waist. She had the gun pointed directly at him and he was forced to throw his arms up in fear of being shot. However, it became obvious that she had done it out of instinct but didn't look really willing to shoot someone. She was scared, evidenced by the bouncing of the gun in her hands. But the fact that any provocation might cause her to actually pull the trigger and he'd be dead.

"U-Uh..." He stammered out. "I... um... come in peace?" It was the best he could muster for now. He was scared of the gun, not the girl. She didn't seem capable of killing someone in cold blood. It's more that she would accidentally pull it after all.

Ooh, deep confusing plot thingy because of the same multiple characters.

@Animal

I'll probably do that off screen unless someone's going back to that place to investigate.
King Azure

Azure sheathed his sword. The Warrior had been defeated. Before addressing anyone else, he looked around to look for the green haired girl he was protecting. Seeing her with the girl who had taken her to the side earlier, he sighed in relief. At least she was safe. He turned his head back to the group who gathered around and then walked towards them.

"I sincerely thank you for your assistance in fending off the Gleivnir soldiers. I do not know what would happen to me and to that girl." The young king said before bowing his head even though he was of higher position than them. He then looked up once more to burn the faces of those present. He saw Myno, the Manakete who he had sent off to join a regiment that was to be formed at Dragonrage Pass. Little did he know that a Prince of Ereb would be part of this little regiment of theirs. Surprising, the father didn't look like he was much of a fighter because of his attitude. Guess it didn't run in the family.

Placing a hand on the hilt of his sword to put him more at ease, he sincerely smiled at the people there. "I am curious though, does any of you know what had happened in Dragonrage Pass?" He asked, truly unknowing of what exactly transpired in the accursed place where the lands were painted with crimson blood. While he would have seen it in another perspective, considering that he had gone there for the meeting itself, it did not seem that he was any more knowledgeable of the cause of the war than the others.

Julio internally groaned when they received the notification that the mission was going to start. He has not gotten much rest yet. Well, at least his aura was in top shape already. It would be really bad if it didn't. He's also refilled his dust ammo and calibrated his sniper rifle so it would be in optimal condition for the mission. He even left the room to get fresh dust crystals from the nearby shops. It was certainly hard to part with money, but he must do this. If anything, it was also for the future as well if he were to not use any of these crystals. And so, there he was, with his team and walking towards the Bullhead that would take them outside of the Vault.

He absentmindedly ran his hand across his multi-pocketed belt, rechecking if he was prepared for the mission. It may be easy; heck, they might even get pass the mission without fighting, but he couldn't be too cautious. For all he knew, an extremely powerful Grimm was there and was waiting to attack an unsuspecting convoy... or something of that effect. Upon hearing Asher's comment, he stopped checking his equipment and then let his hands settle inside his pockets. He looked up and then turned his head to the team that would be with them. Team SILC was it? He was pretty sure it was them. Pretty sure. Asher didn't seem the like the idea of sharing this mission with the other team; if anything, because halving the reward would not be so nice.

While he did agree that the two teams may be too much, he differed in reasoning. He would be alright with letting go of the money, considering the facts, and the only thing he didn't like was the simple fact that he doesn't know how well he'll working with them. He had already spoken with Asher, Cedar and Yasmin which would lead him to believe how he should behave and work with them. However, throwing him in a situation where he doesn't know much about the others leads him to have a bit of difficulty with providing the support they need. He guessed he'll just have to live with it. He looked at Miss Lariet who waved them over and telling them to hurry so they wouldn't be late. He simply stayed quiet behind Asher. While he had his own qualms about it, it wasn't too important to voice out.
@AcerRo

Bro, second time around eh?
@Emuxe

Yeah, I was assuming it would be hella expansive. Considering she's getting stable money floor from villains business partners, I'd say she could sell them by the bulk no problem.

I'll continue pondering about it in the meantime.
@chukklehed

Sure, that'd be interesting. She's both getting dirty money and supplying bad guys with stuff without even knowing it!

@Animal

Coolio.

On another note, once Erika finally interacts with Evan, I would suppose they can start their partnership from there.

Erika: The Unknowing Neutral who provides weaponry, armor and gadgets to both good and bad guys.
@chukklehed

Ah, the science of marketing...

I would suppose that the 'labor' part would be extremely deducted in her part because she has a natural affinity to actually make these things without breaking a sweat. And Erika's cutting corners to simply make cheap yet effective and durable weaponry. I'd imagine she's be willing to sell them at around thirty thousand dollars, though these are only plasma pistols.

And in this world, I don't know if these kinds of things are cheaper/easier to produce considering the fact that there are superpowered individuals and such.

Shindo watched with mild interest as Mr. Pickles just left. That was not how it was supposed to go. Or at least, not how he expected it to. Then again, it would be understandable for him to be in shock of this development. Maybe even guilty, or scared? Shindo didn't know much about the man but from his mannerisms, he could tell that the guy hadn't been too serious about being a hero. Heck, he even remembered the rumor surrounding his entry to the Hero Association where he was drunk when he took the exam but had apparently passed. So maybe this guy was only just trying to earn money or maybe just to continue because he was too prideful to back down from it. He didn't know the circumstances behind the man, but he could certainly guess.

"Guess that's that then." He muttered to himself before opening the food package that was handed to him earlier and began eating it. Wow, where did they get this beef and rice order? He would definitely go back for seconds and thirds when he gets the chance. Definitely one of the more delicious meals he's had that was from the Association. As much as he respected Director Danzo, the guy really didn't want to spend much money on the food he ate that would serve as one of his rewards when he came back from a mission that would take out all the energy he had in him. He rarely swung by HQ anyway so he didn't really understand why he had to be cheap with his food. But now, he wasn't really complaining. When a certain guy has the shift to get him cheap food, he really gets the most delicious ones with the cheapest of prices.

Shindo looked at Danzo as he addressed him, his arm suspended in terms air as he prepared to intake the food that was given him. The green haired male nodded. "I'm sure you'll know it. She has two humanoid robots. Um, orange brown hair... I'll just look for her in the Hero Exams." He continued with a small shrug. With that, the conversation with the director seemed over. He gave him a small bow of his head as respect and then began to walk away from the director while eating his precious food. He stopped near the lobby desk and leaned on the wall beside it as he continued eating. He saw Evan give the case to the desk, claiming it was a delivery for Guardian, and then left. He also saw Ventus at the door and gave him a quick wave. His time of eating had quickly come to an end when he ran out of food. How saddening. Everything has an end after all. He threw it in the nearest trash bin and then proceeded to go to a small station located within the lobby where he could borrow a laptop. He never did bother lugging around such objects with him. It'll only slow him down.

He sat down and began typing in his report, detailing Mr. Pickles, Ventus and Sunshine's performance in the fight in City S and also intricately describing the female civilian who had helped him in the fight in City K. The way he writes his reports usually paint a vivid picture of what had happened as he was very detailed with these kinds of things. He may be a little lazy and not all that happy to know that he has to write a report, but he does put effort in it. He described the amount of damage that was brought upon the two cities - though it would only cause stress, he still had to put it all in. Once he was done, he requested for it to be printed and be passed on to the Director's room. With that, he sat down and then simply stared at the wall across of him.
