@WanderingSpirit

Absolutely!
Y'all have been busy. Let me try to take these one at a time here.

@EkkoRhodes
First off, welcome to the Guild! Happy to have you. This CS is looking very bare. I'd like to know more about this person, more about her background. What are the limits of her abilities? For instance, you say advanced strength- does this mean she can lift a person? A car? A building? Also, could you go into more detail about this Newaygo Incident (or is this a misspelling of Nagoya)?

@WanderingSpirit

One thing I'm unsure about- does his telepathy work over media (TV, internet, etc) or just on people in the room? Second one would make a lot more sense. Anyways, welcome aboard! Looks like we've made our cap for French heroes.

@dragonmancer

Now that you've made those changes, looks good. Consider yourself accepted. Is it safe to say he was responsible for a good portion of the destruction in Nagoya? Is he on the wanted list?

@GreenGoat

I assume from your description that the strength and agility are on the low side of superhuman. Prototype looks good, it'll be interesting to see how you handle the early stages here without being on either side.

@Yin Jingshin
This is a truly crazy character that could be a real wild card. Consider yourself accepted.

All of you who were accepted, go ahead and post your CS under the tab.
Sick, I'll get working on my character now. One quick question, is there any limits on powers? Or is that at the GM's discretion? I don't mind editing if too OP. (I'm not planning on being too OP, but I'm just not sure what the limits are)

I'm taking it on more of a case by case basis. A good rule of thumb is "more powers, more weaknesses"- I want to keep things balanced enough that you can realistically be hurt by others.
@Yin Jingshin

I'd be happy to have you!

Oh I see now, so all of the champions will operate together rather than just in duos within their own country?

Yes. The Champions are one group, the Splinter is another. Everyone decided individually which team to join. That's part of the fun- countrymen against countrymen.
I'm gonna come back to character sheets later on, but for now let me make a quick pass and answer a few questions.

What is the difference between the two groups? Are the Champions(lawful) and the Splinter Group(unlawful) basically or is there more?

Well, that remains to be seen. The Splinter Group walked out on the Champions because their members for whatever reason disagreed with the path the group was taking.I'm starting the RP pretty much the day after the walkout, so what direction either group takes i up to you guys.

Before I work on mine, I wanted to ask if it were possible to have a character unaffiliated with either group? I had this idea to make a semi villainous character who's just trying to get through the daily grind with their abilities.

I'd be fine with that, I just ask that they have some kind of connection to either group in order to better fit into the plot.

So, as I understand, characters won't really be interacting with each other unless they operate within the same country?

I can see why you're thinking this and it's totally my fault. I'll amend "Country of Operation" on the CS to "Country of Origin", hopefully that'll clear it up a bit.

It's assumed you're with your team pretty much full-time, so you'll always be interacting with the other people on your team. Now, the two teams probably won't interact quite as much, unless you seek one another out or respond to the same incident.

Case in point, if anyone is interested we'd be happy to have you.
