4 months into this hole 'being a responsible adult thing' and I've come to a conclusion: It sucks and I want to go back to the days where I didn't have to plan out my game time.

"Gotcha Boss," Was all that Revan said with a nod as he went to follow Atsuro out the door, easily cathng up with the man's stride and getting into the passenger seat of the car. Before he got in, however, he took another drag of his cigarette before dropping it on the ground and snuffing it out under his heel. With that done, he would take his seat, buckling in for safety as he prepped himself for the battle in the form of some last minute calibrations to his arm as they drove towards the destinations, opening up the inner arm ad taking out a few tools to run tests and examinations on the hardware that made it operate. As they approached the destination, Revan decided to address the younger man's earlier comments.

"Atsuro, is it, I sure you've notice by now that my personality is very, very rough, ragged, and generally unpleasant for those around me, yes?" Revan would offer a short pause for the obvious answer before continuing, still working on his arm as he worked. "Well, in my earlier days, that personality came with youthful idiocy that lasted all of 2 days. On my second day in, i got my mentor killed because I rushed into a battle I wasn't ready fro and he had to save my ass, killing the ghoul only to succumb to his wounds shortly after. Ever since that day, I've always worked to reign in my own battle hungry impulses o prevent such things from happening again. One part of doing that is making sure I look at everything from a logical perspective first, than allow myself to get excited for it. It's my way of limiting the high, so to speak."

As Revan spoke, his tone had taken a more somber note than before, his eyes partly clouded over in remembrance for a bit, before he came back to the present with a chuckle, dry as it was.

"As for worrying about my death, all I can say is that I've come to accept the fact that I'll like die in a very horrible fashion one of these days, but I'll be damned if i allow the Reapr to cloud my thoughts o a daily basis. SO I guess the short answer is no, I'm not really concerned about my death. and why would I when living life is much more engaging. Wouldn't you agree?"

@Oblivion666
So . . . . . when's the Europe thing going to start? Sorry if I'm being impatient but I'm very impatient. I feel like a drag on the RP if I'm not doing anything here.
Revan

Revan sensed Stacy before she entered the guild hall, as those looking at him would notice his face slowly set itself to one of annoyance and displeasure. . . or at least, more so than usual. As the Ice Make mage came in, the half demon mage turned around, hoping that whatever forces up above were out there would grant him mercy.

Alas, those of darker origins were always in want for rest, but hard-pressed to find it.

Revan said nothing as the white haired girl rambled on, only paying half attention to her, if that. The only thing that peaked his interest was hearing that the brat had gotten fired from her position on the Magic Council, which drew a chuckle from the demon mage. That chuckle turn into a harsh bark of laughter as she asked him if he'd pay for her drinks.

"Yeah, I'm going to spend my money to make you more loud and bothersome than you already are. Heh, fat chance of that. I swear, I'm cursed to be annoyed by nearly everyone I meet with white hair, aren't I? You, that slayer brat, that other slayer brat, than that last brat ho though he could come in here like he owned the place, than had the gall to turn tail when the fight just started." Revan clicked his teeth in agitation as he remembered that Ira brat, wanting the kid to show up again just so he could launch a fist straight into his face. Repeatedly. "But that aside, I'm curious as to why they fired you. he obvious answer is rowdiness and misconduct, but considering how they were back in their day, that seems a bit hypocritical of them. Either way, how about you go bother Alice, though before you jump her I'll have to let you no she's taken and with a kid already, so you're out of luck in that department." Revan reached into the pack lay down a bag of jewels on the table for the Barkeep, a short whistle summoning some bulwarks to go get him another five casts of good ale.

"Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be getting myself a few drinks than probably finding my way out of here. It's getting to noisy for me, and it'll only get worse with yo around, I'm sure. Oh, and don't use honorifics with me again. I find them unneeded and annoying."

@j8cob
Posted for Revan and TEAM Aiden(that's totally the name, no question about it). After the group's response to what's happened, I'll probably end it on my next post. Revan post is alittle crap because I've been laking in writing for him at the moment, so sorry about that.

"So the brat has a brat now, eh? Can't wait to have another loud mouth babe around here. Like Matt said, we have a lot of children around here, and all of them tend to think they can take on an S-class just because they trained up for a few months. Luckily for me, I'm one of the least popular choices for challenges, so it doesn't bother me that much." Revan chuckled to himself before letting out a yawn, scratching his neck as he walked over to the bar, sitting with a grunt as he did so.

"But yeah, what Matt said, congratulations and all that. Just hope your family can handle all the insanity that happens here, as I'm sure you remember how crazy guilds can be. Also, make sure that the kid doesn't bother me, I have a hard enough sleeping as it is without dealing with another brat that I can't even send through a wall. Speaking of trouncing children, how much longer do you guy's think it'll be before Hana eviscerates that Dragon brat?"

Ogre Cave

As Taka launched her attack, the Ogre's went down rather easily, the flames giving them serious burns and wounds before they passed out from the pain. However, the robed figure merely stretched his free hand outward in her direction. As it left the confined of the robe, the fire mage would see that this hand was a amalgam of parts from what seemed like several different monster's stitched together. In the center of the palm was a scarlet red reptilian-eye that would stare down at her, taking on an intense glow as magical energy passed through it.

Suddenly, the Ogre's Taka just defeated would convulse wildly, as if possessed by something, before they all rose as one. The creature's eyes were now a solid black, their skin gleaming with a serious of dark red runes that shifted and writhed over their hides like a flame. They would again charge at Taka, but unlike before, the flames would not scare them, as they would keep moving until their movements were somehow halted. Each blade swung would also be coated in that same magical energy as they charged forward, eager to take a slice out of the young mage. If she had the time to notice, however, she's see that the blades seemed to have fused with their owner's hands in a horrid amalgam of flesh and steel.

At this time, Bris would feel a strange compulsion to pull out the blade he had gotten earlier, and while it was not a smal compulsion, it could be resisted. If Bristlebane did take out the blade, his hand would come under intense pain for a second, but would soon disappear. A look at the handle would so that a spike had come out of it into the hand, and from it flowed a small stream of red magical energy. It seemed the blade had tried to inject him with something, but given that magic doesn't effect the blonde trickster, it had failed to take effect against him.

The hooded figure with drew it;s monstrous hand back into it's cloak, having never once even looked in Taka's direction nor breaking it's chanting. With in a short while, it seemed to be complete as the red ooze atop it's staff shot out towards man tied to the altar. However, slammed into the ground next to the altar, having been dragged towards the direction of Kuroko. Upon seeing this, the hooded figure let out a short stream of courses as he looked in that general direction, but before it could make a move, a wave of ice would flow down to trap the feet of the Ogre's holding his throne, causing them to cry out and drop it. The hood mage woud leap off it and land a short while away from the altar, only to seeming blur away from it as a frigid gale of wind filled with shards of ice rushed through the spot he was just in.

"Stop running, you bastard!" Aiden called out towards the figure, his clothes ripped an torn and a few light ruins covering his body as the numbers had been too much for him to come from the fight unscathed. He slashed at the hooded figure, the blade glowing an icy blue as he pumped his slayer magic into it. Everytime, however, the figure seemed to use some kind of spell to blur away from the attack. Seeing that this wasn't working, Aiden jumped back tossing his weapon into the air as he took his Ice Make stance. "Ice Make: Guardians!"

He thrust out ward, forming 3 ice figures to charge at the hooded figure. Before they could et close, however, the figure spoke again in it's strange language, a black magic circle forming under him. Tendrils of red ooze shot out to smash through the guardians and rush towards Aiden at high speed. He barely dodged, and now the positions were reversed, wih Aiden taking on the evasie position as he just barely managed to dodge the tendrils, not having enough time to concentrate on returning an attack of his own due to the sheer number and speed of attacks being sent his way.

Meanwhile, the man on the altar would look in Kuroko's direction, his eyes searching in the darkness to find him.

"C-c-c-ome," He whispered, though it seemed to be amplified as the S-rank mage would be able to hear him as if he was right next to him, It was obvious from his voice, and the difficulty with which he spoke the language that he was not a native of this land. "N-need Silver He-" Before he could finish, one of the Ogre's next to the altar got wise to what he was doing and sent a solid unch into his face, shutting him up for the moment as he awaited his fate.

@Lmpkio How much longer should I wait for @WaddleDaisy to post?
@Akashi MayhiroMe, not at all, but Revan will because he's a grumpy dick and what not. But yeah, go right ahead.
@Akashi MayhiroYes, because we didn't write that epic fight for nothing. Shame that we never got any farther than that, though.
@AkayaofthemoonI haven't been on recently enough to have caught that, so yeah . . .
