Sorry if the post is a bit crap, decided to keep it short and to the point until I hit my stride again.

Tatsuya was a bit quieter than he usually was, seemingly out of it as he thought back to him talking to his mother about him leaving. He knew it had been a risk, but he couldn't have her think he was leaving her like his father did. Luckily, she had promised not to tell anyone about what had happened, but after a long argument with harsh words said by both sides that were better left unsaid, it was clear that he was no longer welcome. He could see the hurt and betrayal in her eyes, and no matter what he had tried to say, she only seemed to get sadder and sadder, until they had left each other on rather bad terms.

This . . . this wasn't how I wanted it to end.

This thought came with a light sigh, before he looked back up at the others, catching the last bits of the meeting and a final run through of the plan. He himself had brought with him all of the maintence tools they'd need to keep their equipment in good condition, as well as holding lots of extra shuriken, kunai, and other tools that they might need on their journey, enough to last them about a month, maybe more if used smartly. He had most of them stored in seals he'd made himself, but he also had a good amount on his person in packs, as well as his own equipment as well. Looking around, he felt himself having some second thoughts about this, but he quickly shook his head. He had made his bed with this plan, and now he would lie in it, and hope for the best. This plan was going to work. It had to.

"I think we're all as ready as we're going to be, Kai. We know the plan inside and out, and have all made our peace with our actions and what they may entail. If you guy's are ready to go, then so am I."

Ky didn't really move at all, trying to think of what to say as he saw the Harpy girl shrink away from him in fear, his head tilted to the side in slight confusion. While his announcement of his presence hadn't been pleasant, he didn't expect for their to be such a reaction from the girl. It actually made him feel a bit bad about what he said . . . and awkward when she stuttered out apologies. He started to make a few gestures out of instinct, trying to communicate with his sign language, but he quickly stopped since he had never met this person before, and the chance of them knowing what the hell he was doing was fairly unlikely. This made him extremely uncomfortable, and he just wanted to switch over to Xae and just not deal with this, but he could already see how bad an idea that would be.

Might end up scaring her off this roof with such a sudden transition . . . He thought with a sigh, before forcing himself to speak a few words, his own voice matching her's in it's quietness, though it was much more stern and reserved than her own. _{"Wasn't you particularly . . . just the situation. . . like to be alone. . ."} As he spoke, Ky slowly began to back up to the edge, looking up at the sky with a distant look in his eyes as he tried to think of something else to say. However, he took one step to many, unfortunately, and suddenly before he knew it, he was falling off the edge.

_"Huh?"

That was all he had time to say before he begun free fall, though as he began to fall, he didn't feel overly worried. In fact he was glad for his clumsy exit, as it gave him an excuse to avoid further conversing with the shy girl, though now he had to think of a good way to avoid dying at the moment. And so he'd fall, looking at the rapidly approaching ground with a scowl on his face as he tried to come up with an efficient way to avoid his impending crash landing, or at least avoid crashing so hard that he ends up dead.

@Sho MinazukiYeah, quite a few actually, though it's mostly on the Harpy side.

Edit: Also, post is up and we now see that Ky would rather fall off a building than continue a conversation that he no longer feels like pursuing. I wonder what Ceri's reaction will be to this?

@Vongola_HasayoI know, that's the point. Ky knows that's the one place he can get away from his guild mates when he himself gets bothered by being around them, plus he likes the view and finds the area to be very relaxing.
