When Miley Cyrus is naked and licks a hammer it's "art" and "music"... but when I do it, I'm "wasted" and "have to leave Home Depot".

My ex girlfriend had this really weird fetish. She used to like to dress up like herself, and act like a fucking bitch all the time.

Bio

I love writing when I have the time and motivation for it. My posting frequency is generally one or two times a week on average. Supernatural, Horror and Fantasy are usually the genres I hang around most, but I'm not afraid to experiment with something new. I've made a lot great friends here, many of whom I met when creating the Red Hood universe, and am always looking forward to making more.

I tend to be a little raunchy and crude at times but if you can handle that, you'll have a heck of an RP buddy in me!

As Drake briskly walked back toward the courtyard, he caught just a glimpse of two people going inside. Most of the original group was nowhere to be found. He noticed Isaac bound in the grass, which gave him pause. He shot a look to Khloe as if to ask what the hell did we just miss?

Not eager to get his information from Isaac, Drake peered across the yard and spotted a figure hovering over the foyer and an attractive blonde woman with pink highlights in her hair. He resumes his advance and headed toward the bench upon which she was sitting.

Hey,” he said, with an upward nod. “What, uh...” He turned his body toward Isaac and the marking in the earth (likely the source of the blast from earlier), and pointed a limp hand toward all of it, rotating that hand in spirals at his tried to gesture toward that entire area. “...what the hell happened over there?” He looked back to Khloe and suddenly realized he forgot a step in etiquette. “Oh, I’m Drake, by the way,” he said, extending a hand to receive the new girl’s. “And this is Khloe,” he announced, gesturing towards her with his other hand. “You are...?”
I'm interested, but there seems to be big breaks between the more recent posts. Is everyone still pretty active on this (I haven't checked Discord)?

Drake released a plume of smoke out of his mouth before setting his eyes upon Khloe. He looked her up and down for a moment, trying to assess her physical and mental state after the ordeal. She appeared unharmed, but there was definitely a look of uncertainty behind her eyes. Whether that was in regards to him or for herself was anyone's guess.

"I don't suppose you smoke," he asked, not necessarily trying to push his bad habit onto someone else, but as a means of offering. Before she could answer, Drake's eyes fell upon the cherry of his cigarette. Though only a second had passed, he was processing several thoughts through his own mind. Most of that processing was of the situation he chose to walk away from, while a sliver of it was of his defective lighter and how it managed to go ape a just a bit ago.

There was suddenly a rumbling that could be felt under Drake's feet. It was short, but impactful. In a split second of panic, Drake pushed himself off the wall he was leaning and looked up at the building behind him. The tremor had ceased, but Drake still found himself giving a broad inspection of the building to make sure nothing was going to fall on the two of them.

As Khloe looked up at a man who was significantly taller than her, it was clear that they were both a bit on edge from what happened earlier. That was pretty clear since Khloe's face was still half-hidden by her cap. She must have realized that since she stumbled to even just take it off.

"No, not into that, and it's kind of the best Korean culture to not smoke, so, you know." Khloe replied, she wasn't fully keen to smoking it was quite obvious.

Though with the sudden ground shake, Khloe's stance lowered to make sure she didn't fall over, and to keep her balance. She looked back up at Drake and saw him move away from the building. His instinct must have told him that the building might come down on them, but maybe and most likely not.

Satisfied that they were safe and feeling an unfamiliar disinterest in what the hell just happened to make the grounds tremor, Drake took another puff and looked at Khloe with a stern face, but with genuine interest. "How long have you been around this?" he asked with an upward, circular nod. "People that command reality in ways most can't imagine," he clarified. It was jarring to him. Imagine yourself in a school where everyone had a loaded gun. He found himself in an institution where everyone had a method for directing supernatural forces against anyone they wished, at will. "How did you find out you could do what you can do?"

Khloe stilled herself after the tremors had gone away, and Drake already asked like two questions, "2 Questions after the ground shook? Alright, you're straight forward." Khloe replied as she shrugged off her jacket and patted down her pants. "I've been around this about.... Like... Just when I got here, mutants tend to stay quiet where I'm from, and they're usually transferred here if they make a ruckus there." Khloe stated, South Korea wasn't heavy on mutants which was quite obvious since there were barely any reports of mutants there disturbing the peace, "And I found out, on stage, in front of a hundred people while I was trying to become an idol." Khloe added, that all his questions and now Khloe is probably going to ask the same thin- "How about you, you want to answer those questions but from your point of view?" She asked, wasting no time at all.

Drake grinned. "An idol, eh?" There was certainly a spark within Khloe that was infectious. Finding out that she raised the spirits of potentially hundreds of thousands of people was impressive, but not terribly surprising. "I totally hear the call for anonymity, though," he said, referring to the mutants keeping quiet about what they can do. As she mentioned it more, he found within himself a growing interest in South Korea. He took a puff.

"A cultural phenom that can freeze the hearts of everyone around her," he declared playfully. She was interesting. "I wish I had a grandiose story to tell. Had an accident, found out I couldn't burn," he said with a dismissive shrug. "Things happened and here I am." He took one last puff and flicked the cig. "I think I'm more calm," he said before holding his hand out in front on him, looking to see if it had a shake to it. Still as a board. "Maybe we should get back there," he said with a sideways nod. "Hopefully the quake didn't do too much damage."

Drake watched the events unfold in relative silence. As quickly as things heated up, everything seemed to simmer down. He looked on as Uná helped carry Nathan away. “I’m taking Nathan to the nurse. Anyone else coming?” Drake squinted for a moment, making considerations and scanning the faces of the people around him trying to predict their moves. He couldn't help but notice a new face among them, lingering in the back of the crowd. Part of him wanted to inquire, but there was still the matter of Isaac.

The young man in question seemed to regain control of his faculties, but it wasn't without a look of bewilderment on his face. Drake looked on for a moment, studying Issac's body language to see if tempers would flare once more. Slightly satisfied that Isaac's apparent confusion was enough to defuse the situation, Drake shot him a look of disappointment before turning his back to him and slowly walking in the other direction. He wasn't ready to go back inside, yet, but he was ready to step away from the drama. He kept a steady pace across the courtyard and reached for his pack of smokes as he was nearing the corner of the building. Placing another cigarette in his mouth, he turned the corner and posted up at the building's side wall before reaching for his lighter.

It took a lot to work Drake up. Most of the time he was level headed and rational, but when it came to bullies, it didn't take much for Drake to get hot. He thought back on the punch he wanted to land, but missed. He flicked the lighter. An unsuccessful spark. The frustration began to build. The words Isaac spoke repeated in his head. He flicked the lighter again. All spark, no flame. Drake's teeth began closing further than they needed to on the butt of the cigarette, corrupting it's perfectly cylindrical shape. His face was becoming flush. Here is a guy beating the snot out of someone else and all Drake could do was try to bare knuckle box him in an institution where people can create ice walls and defy gravity and freeze people in place. What the hell am I supposed to do, he thought, the anger and agitation really settling in. What if I was the guy in the fucking crater? This is bullshit! He flicked the lighter again and again the lighter disappointed him. Goddammit, all I want is a fucking cigarette! With a final flick, a flame erupted.

And I mean erupted...

Drake found himself staring at a raging flame spanning five feet into the air sitting atop this minuscule lighter. The manifestation caught him off guard. His anger changed to shock and, just as it did, the flame died down to a lull, looking like the type of fire one would usually see produced by a little bic lighter. Frozen in astonishment for a moment, Drake looked at the flaming lighter like one would look at a person who had a tail. After a few seconds more, he shook his head vigorously, dismissing any notions of abnormality and lit his cigarette before promptly tucking the lighter back into his pocket. As he took the first puff, he thought to himself, This freaking day..
For sure - I think we're all trying to react from character perspective. For myself, as far as Drake is concerned, he doesn't know her name or her powers beyond what he has witnessed. To him, Temperance is an aggressive stranger who just showed up and wants to party, so he's assessed her character accordingly. I, as the writer, know exactly where Temperance is coming from but can't make my character possess that privaledged knowledge. Hope that makes sense

I'm with Nik on this one guys. Actually, I think I may go for a swim. Anyone wanna come with,” asked Sally before extending personal invitations. Drake gave an upward glance at the newcomer before his eyes descended back to Sally. The options laid before him were essentially boiling down to getting in a bar fight with an interesting, but aggressive super woman or taking off some articles of clothes and chilling at a pool with another woman who was also easy on the eyes. Drake hesitated for a moment, feigning difficulty in his decision. He was fair at reading people, though, and could not help but notice Api looking up in concern at the gravity-impaired lady. Everything he had revealed about himself thus far was painting a picture of him being the ultimate Good Guy. Drake recognized the struggle. He also had the experience that Api may have lacked. People are who they are. They do not change, despite promises to the contrary. If this lady had turned herself into a beer chugging, gung-ho, knuckles up, rough and tumbler, Api wasn't going to change that overnight and neither was anyone else. You be Prince Charming today, he thought to himself. I'll have your back tomorrow.

With that thought, the corner of his mouth rose in a sideways smirk as he stepped in Sally's direction. Then it happened.

He felt it before he heard it. The ground tremored and then a crashing sound followed. Eyes wide, Drake spun to bear witness to a young man embedded in the earth. His aggressor soon followed, inflicting intentional pain. Sally brushed passed him and headed toward the scene, with Nik following closely behind. Drake was less than enthused about approaching a situation he didn't quite understand, yet. Sally pleaded for mercy and wasn't met with an immediate reaction. Drake didn't like it. Nothing about this seemed right. With stern purpose and clenched fists, he began to briskly stride forward.

Nik did not share Drake's hesitation. In a liquid motion, he acted. Pulling some small spheres from his pocket, he launched them at the aggressor, giving a true demonstration of his power as the projectiles detonated around him. The current enemy was downed. By this time, Drake had managed to catch up with the other two, his shoulder intentionally touching Nik's as he positioned himself slightly in front of Sally. It was strategic and symbolic, a silent method of communication, as if to say 'We're the wall. This dude is NOT getting through.' Uná scurried past to tend to the victim. Drake stirred for a moment, nearly attempting to stop her if only to keep her behind him as a means of safety, but she was quicker than his reaction. The aggressor got to his feet in a rage. “Why can’t you mind your own fucking business. You and the cunt get away from before I hurt you like I did this little bitch.

Nope.

Teeth clenched, knuckles white, Drake stomped toward this asshole and reared up for a swing. As his fist was coming down, a blur in the form of Temperance pushed the guy back and began a frenzied assault. Drake looked back to the others to reassess the situation. Things just got real.
Cool beans!

Also... Drake is old enough... Have him sneak some alcohol into the dorms too lol

Well alright, but you're all gonna have to slip me at least 5 bucks. I'll get you top of the line wine coolers and we'll freaking RAGE (while I'm in the corner hoarding the good whiskey)
Not a problem ;)
