I am NORMAL I am NORMAL I am So do you guys think the powers of this guy would fit well for the RP? I based him off of Negative man almost uninetionally at first.

+Lobotomized Clone Body (LCB)- Due to Anion’s deteriorating condition, Bobby is forced to inhabit a mindless body when not trying to save the world in order to preserve his home world energies.
Powers/Abilities:
Personality: Bobby is an optimist, he’ll try to see the bright side of a situation when the going gets tough but he’s also very timid and stoic, choosing only to speak when he really needs to unless its to someone he’s more familiar with though even then he’s normally pretty quite. He doesn’t have a whole lot of hobbies and is pretty satisfied with the life that he’s carved out for himself. He’s relatively friendly and gives off a light hearted aura when in reality he feels horrible about his current health situation.

+Lobotomized Clone Body (LCB)- Due to Anion’s deteriorating condition, Bobby is forced to inhabit a mindless body when not trying to save the world in order to preserve his home world energies.
Powers/Abilities:
+Self Sustenance+ Bobby feeds off of his home world energies and as such does not require food ,water, rest or oxygen.
+Flight+ Bobby can casually fly at about the speed of a bird and can top out at around 70 km/h if he pushes himself.
+Phasing/Shadowing+ Anion is capable of becoming intangible and tangible in the blink of an eye, allowing him to pass through any object known to man (However he is weakened a great deal by phasing through lead) and he is capable of ‘piggy backing’ in someone if he phases into them though in this state all that Anion can do is go along for the ride and speak. However, Billy is capable of possessing and controlling those in a very deep sleep or someone that is void of any will of their own. While shadowing a person, Bobby’s home world energies stop draining which makes shadowing someone a much better alternative to just standing about.
+Energy Absorption/Bolts+ A newer power that Bobby has developed, the ability to absorb energy of nearly any kind and project it as a concentrated bolt. This power is still pretty weak in comparison to Bobby’s other power as he cannot hold a lot of second hand energy and it takes him a while to 'charge up’ with a given type of energy (for example, he can absorb heat from a fire but it would take him about twenty minutes to safely absorb enough energy for a single bolt). Bobby is capable of using his home world energy to fire bolt but he will very rarely do this as this will bring him ever closer to his demise.
-Dwindling Home World Energy- If Bobby is not shadowing his LCB or another person, he will slowly be killing himself. His actual body feeds off of the energies from his home world and if he should run out of said energy then his life will likely end in a very gruelling manner.
-Frail- Bobby has the strength of an average man who works out semi regularly however, while he is able to dish out blows as good as the next guy, his body isn’t as good at taking hits and he is more likely to be harmed more severely by things that a human would simply shrug off.
