I'm kinda drawing up blank for powers since all that I've really imagined her using is replicationbut I'm open to any ideas you guys might have.

The Gemeticist WIP

Powers:
Tug is capable of replicating herself to a very large degree with her largest number reached being twenty copies, however, every time she copies herself she and her copies get weaker. She can only make around four or five copies on Earth before the atmospheric pressure and gravity poof her and her clones.
Backstory:

Gemeticist

Tug was a 2nd era Tugtupite gem and originally created with a lack of any of her powers. She was assigned to overseeing colonization projects on various planets where she would mostly work on setting up kindergartens and looking to optimize gem production with the growing increase in inapt gems such as herself. However, while she fulfilled her main roll of caretaker over various kindergartens, she also began to delve a little deeper into the likes of gemetics and see what truly made a gem tick so to speak. As she continued her research she began to do experiments on gems deemed to defective to be used by Homeworld and soon came to an astonishing discovery. Through her research she managed to induce a rapid gestation process in an already formed gem, essentially allowing them to finish their development in a fraction of the time and produce some previously unheard of effects such as changes in maximum hard-light mass or different powers altogether. Of course this process had its drawbacks such as the need for countless other gem specimens to be sacrificed for just one gem to develop properly and if the gem’s cognitive functions hadn’t developed properly to start with, they would stay in their unaltered state of mind, essentially making the process useless.

Tugtupite took her research findings to her gem and asked to be reassigned so that she may work on the process and hopefully find a better and more efficient way of fixing malformed gems and turning them into valuable units. Tug was granted her wish and sent to Earth under the leadership of Bloodstone where she could further her studies into the inner workings of gems and take down the rebellion that had rooted itself on the planet as well.

Other:
-She once had a metaphorical heart of gold that came with attempting to raise so many beings from the menial wastes of a planet but she has since become much less nurturing since delving full time into her new studies.
-Contrary to most Homeworld Gems, Tugtupite doesn’t hate humans and even idolizes some for their advances in their own sciences, some of which she has been trying to replicate with gem technology such as cloning, lobotomization and transfusion to name a few.
-While the workings of human and gem bodies are Tug’s specialty, she is capable of building machines with some degree of finesse though not nearly to the degree of someone more devoted to the process.

Sorry for the relatively short post. I havent been doing a lot of writing for the past week or so (which is really outta the norm for me since I'm not normally as busy as I have been) but I'm just tryin' to get back into the swing of things.

Jacob didn't hear any answer to his question on Christopher's powers, whether he had told him or not, as he was now staring at the tiger in their now shared room. Jacob stood completely still as he was paralyzed with fear but made no action to even attempt to move as he knew full well that a tiger would rip through him like nobodies business. So rather than take the heroic role and use what little powers he had to hopefully subdue the beast in the room, Jacob simply stood there and seemingly calmly stared at the creature.

I wasn't until the intervention of Dr.Smith did Jacob finally put two and two together and realize this might not be an actual tiger and it may infact simply be another student. If Jacob had to guess he'd think whoever this was in the tiger form had been put up to this by Shawn as a way to get back at Jacob. Jacob began to make his first movements which had seemed like a lifetime in the form of a chuckle which was quickly cut off by Jacob puking right on the floor of his room with a small amount of silk laced in with it.

"All things considered" Jacob began as he recovered from blowing chunks "That was a pretty good prank."

@Akayaofthemoon Sweet! I liked Maeve and I'm sad that Strengite and her never actually met up (or just havent yet depending on how long the other RP continues for)

The Legion of Superheroes RETURN

Pano was taking a breather behind a holo-news stand as he let the rest of the team take their turns beating on the mechanical monstrosities before them.

"Alright, time to end this scuffle" Pano said getting up from his hunched over position and he took off running at the last remaining robot before him. The humanoid robot saw Pano coming and let loose a blast of energy from it's hands directly at the goggled hero Momentum. Pano took the hit hard since it was coupled with his already incredible momentum but the alien speedster continued on towards his target. At this moment time seemed to slow down for Pano, this would be his first big baddy that he'd take down, he had to say something but what? Was he going to be the funny one of the legion and say a funny quip as he took down the robot or maybe he'd go for the stoic badass and say something serious and really make people think.

While Pano thought about this he was knocked back to his senses as he realized he was close enough to the the machine man to get a hit in which he did eagerly and then proceeded to reapeat the process five more time before tripping and flying back into the holo-news stand that he'd been hiding behind previously. Maybe he wasn't up to taking down his first verified supervillian yet.

Momentum: 9 hp [ -2 from hand blast]
Minion-1: 8 HP [-5 from sped up punches]

I think I might hold off on making my human character for a wee bit. I'm beginning to have second thoughts 'cause I also kinda want to try my hand at making a Newborn too. I'll try to get my homeworld CS done when I can but I it might take till the weekend befroe I can really get into it.

@rocketrobie2 So I really need more info on this Homeworld gem. What do you mean by similar to pyro's both in capabilities and actual gem bit? If you plan on also making a Sodalite then I have to veto it here. If it's simply a gem that is meant for a similar purpose then sure but I'll need a full cs before I can decide.

I did mean in terms of purpose but I didn't mean a Sodalite gem exactly. My plan was to go with either a variation of Sodalite or a similar gem but not the exact same gem. I'll get started on a CS for them just to give a rough look at what I'd be doing and elaborate more so on it if you like the idea.

Also, a bit of a side question (also I think someone might have asked this already but I don't remember exactly) whats the ruling on humans with gem weaponry? I'd like to (if possible) to have my human character to utilize some of it so he could be a little better equiped at handling some bigger bad guys (Though he probably still wouldn't be able to do a whole lot).

I've got two characters I'd like to do but I'd like to run the concepts pst you guys first just in case something about them ain't right.

So first off I'd like to make a homeworld Gem who's pretty similar to @Pyroman's (both in capabilities and the actual gem bit) but as a sort of homeworld parallel with less strict morals and focusing more so on gemetics and genetics rather than actual machinery. Also @Pyroman, if your not alright with this idea then I'm perfectly fine with that too. You've got just as much right to veto this idea as Kronshi and Akaya in my eyes.

My second idea is for a human who I plan to make sorta like Hercule from DBZ (I've never actually seen DBZ but I'm basing this guy off of the idea of just some random guy thinking he's all that when there's way more powerful people out there.). He'd be the local superhero of the city and basically be kinda like Booster Gold in that he really only does it for the fame. I also planned to have him be completely morally good as he would sometimes orchestrate 'crimes' so that he could look good saving the day.

I'm also perfectly fine of you want to veto one of both of these ideas 'cause I also still wanna make a Newborn but I doubt I could handle three characters if given the option (Which I know I have not been given, I'm just saying that I know my persnal limit and the limit of the RP is two characters)
