Well, that didn't take as long as I thought.

Still had to get up at six in the morning so I could get to the hospital on time.

While waiting on her new roommate, Lynette decided it was probably best for the others to get a bit of fresh air as well. None of them liked staying in their pokeballs. She could sympathize, really! Being cooped up in one all day wasn't fun at all. Well, aside from Skully. Him and Chuckles together would take up too much room in the dorm. No need in overcrowding it, she'd take the Dusknoir on an evening waltz later. She released the other two from their pokeballs. Dolly, the Banette decided her head would make a good perch, while Wisp her playful Lampent floated around the room, excitedly exploring the new room.

"Hehe~ What do you think, Dolly?" She asked the Banette. "I like it. Nice and simple! Hey hey, who do you think our new room mate is gonna be? I do hope they like all of you." Dolly simply gave a small, somewhat dismissive cry before landing in her lap. She wrapped her arms around the small ghost type, giving it a small hug. "Heh, you're right. It doesn't matter at all, does it?" And then, there came a knock at the door. Wisp froze, hiding behind the Cofagrigus. Lynette did the same, waltzing over to the door with Dolly in her arms, not saying anything.

The door opened, and Chuckles made his move. With a low, eerie chuckle, two of his hands opened the door all the way, practically throwing it open. The Cofagrigus' red eyes started at the newcomer, its mouth contorted into its typical grin. It tossed out one hand at the newcomer while the other rested on the ground. Following this, Wisp poked its head over the top of Cofagrigus, giving the new trainer a curious, but friendly look. Lynette poked her own head around the side of Chuckles, wearing her usual grin. Dolly managed to escape her grasp, however and floated over to the bed, completely uninterested.

Following Chuckle's welcome, Lynette continued.

"Hehe, hello!" She giggled.

Charlotte is a fairly average sized girl. She stands roughly at a fairly good height of 5'5", though she wishes she was taller sometimes. Physically speaking, she's not too impressive - she's more of a bookish intelligent sort, or at least she attempts to be anyways. Her somewhat childish tendencies get in the way of that sometimes.

She has bright amber colored eyes and lush, long blonde hair that she keeps neatly cut to hang just below her shoulders. She says she takes great care in maintaining it, and uses her own personal blend of herbs and other things for shampoo and conditioners. Most of the time, she wears a purple and white dress that hangs just below her waist, with long black stockings that cover her legs. She can often be seen wearing a cloak, even in the summer as well.

Personality:
Charlotte is mostly friendly towards others, though she can be rash at times and is a fair bit sarcastic. She can come off as a bit mean to those who don't know her that well because of it. Stubborn and willful to a fault, she has a hard time of letting things go, and if someone has wronged her in some way, she'll often make sure to get them back for it. Or at least try too. If she fails, she'll just keep going until she succeeds. Thankfully, most of her 'getting back at' is just harmless little pranks, like pour a potion that is supposed to turn someones skin blue into their tea. If presented with a challenge, she doesn't stop until she has succeed it. Often times, this can get in the way of her own health - staying up for days on end or forgetting to eat are just a few of the things she's forgone when extremely focused on something.

However, she is far from mean or being hateful - in fact, she likes to think she's a fairly open minded and caring individual. She'll help any who ask her for something, free of charge and without any sort of compensation on her end - well, unless she has some beef with you or something. Then you should probably apologize first - but even then if its something really important she'd likely help regardless. She likes being by herself mostly - just her books, her cauldron, and maybe some quiet company. She doesn't like loud, distracting noises. She often goes for walks into the forest, looking for things that could possibly help her become better at what she does.

She dreams of being a master potion maker, creating all sorts of useful things for everyone in any profession. She can make simple medicines and some relaxing herbal teas currently, but nothing ground breaking. She's come to Sugar Pine in an effort to change that. The forest and other natural climate will greatly help in her research.

Oh, and maybe if she could find a test subject volunteer to help her, that'd be great too. She'll pay them, too! she's gotta get rid of those duds somehow.

Bio:
Charlotte's life hasn't been a terribly interesting one. She was born in some small country town out in the middle of nowhere as the only child to a farmer and a doctor. She had a relatively quiet life growing up, and almost always spent her time reading books of some sort, mostly avoiding the other kids in the area - usually helping out her father on his farm, or her mother with her work. Not because she was shy, she simply would rather spend time reading or doing other things that she thought was more productive. Add that to the fact she liked spending time in the forest alone - often bringing back odds and ends from it.

This earned the young kid a bit of a questionable reputation. She wasn't hated, really, but rumors started and people started to avoid her. It was around when she was fifteen, a traveler got wind of these rumors and visited her. He claimed to be an alchemist, a traveling scholar of sorts. He could teach her to put her skills to use - her parents of course refused but being the stubborn brat she was, she started meeting this traveler in secret. He tutored her for a few years, until she was 18 until he simply upped and left one morning with nothing more than a note and a promise that if she became good at what she did, they'd see each other again eventually.

Packing up her things, she left home without a word to anyone and decided to move to Sugar Pine, where she could be closer to a lush forest with properties she thinks could help her achieve her goals.

Profession:
Alchemist/Potion Seller. Runs the shop right out of her home, located close to Garlwood Forest. Most of the time she's there, or out in the forest collecting things.

She sells a variety of semi-helpful potions and medicines to people if they want it. Their effectiveness is often...questionable, however. She desperately seeks to improve her skills though.

Inventory:
Usually carries various potions on her.
Surprisingly warm cloak.
Journal - contains research notes and sketches of interesting plants.

Other:
- What is love? Baby don't hurt me. Don't hurt me, no more.
Charlotte has no idea what the mystical concept of 'love' even is. One will need to be direct. Really direct.
That said, she's also probably not going to be too picky about someones gender, if she does in fact finally figure out this mystical force called 'love'.
- Can be quite childish at times.
She likes donning a mask and wearing her cloak to pretend to be a superhero sometimes.
-Would like to move to a city made of ice cream.
She loves sweets. Any kind, but loves cold sweet things.
-Philosophers stone, anyone?
It may be a long shot, but she has toyed with the idea of somehow making some sort of life extending elixir. What self-respecting alchemist wouldn't?
-Likes doodling.
Really, though she likes drawing sketches of things. She's far from an artist, but if she sees an interesting ingredient, she'll make a sketch of it. She plans to eventually catalog every plant, insect, fungus and everything in the forest.
-New in town.
She only moved into town in the last month or so, so she doesn't entirely know her way around yet, or that many people for that matter. Anyone who shows her around would probably get a lot of brownie points with her.

Not exactly the most imposing of men, Grady stands around 5'7" and is quite muscular from his constant work on his farm. He has ruddy colored hair, and bright green eyes. Most of the time he wears his working clothes no matter what he's doing. It consists of Durable gloves, boots, and some comfortable overalls and plain white shirt. He carries various tools to tend to his crops on him at all times.

Personality:
Grady is a fairly friendly and laid back character. Often times when he's not working, he's taking a nap under the apple tree located just to the left of his house on his farm. Good natured, he doesn't take anything or anyone too seriously. He's fairly level headed and not a whole lot fazes the guy. Despite his somewhat lackadaisical nature, he does good work on his farm and his crops are some of the best in the region - something he takes a lot of pride in, but he tries not to let his pride get the better of him. Especially in contests - he has a bit of a surprising competitive streak.
Bio:
Honestly, if you asked Grady a few years ago if he would ever consider being a farmer, he'd have laughed in your face and told you your crazy. He grew up in the city, and always had a bit of a chip on his shoulder. A bit of a delinquent, really. In fact, he used to run a little circle of troublemakers back at his old high school. His parents were at their wits end with him, trying everything to get someone to direct his energy elsewhere other than his delinquent tendencies.

It was when he was accompanying them on a trip to his grandparents, that he finally settled down. His grandparents ran a farm a bit out of the city, and he instantly fell in love with the work. He doesn't know why, himself, but he loved it. His parents were quite surprised, but welcomed the change. Over time, his punk, troublemaker attitude vanished completely - and going to his grandparents farm every summer and helping them with their work was the highlight of his year.

When he was 22, after working on his grandparents farm full time for a little over 2 years, he wanted to start his own. So he saved up and bought a little farm in some small town known as Sugar Pine. Renaming it to 'Water Drop' farm, he set about turning the farm from a rundown field and broken down buildings, to a fully functioning farm. It's been difficult, sometimes backbreaking work, and at times he's been without a lot of money, but its been worth it. Two years later, the farm is doing fairly well - and he intends to make it even better in the coming years.

Profession:
Crop Farmer. He runs Water Drop farm, and can often be found tending to his crops. He's thought about building a barn and expanding to taking care of animals, but its a lot of work for one man to do, and likely won't without some additional help.

Various Seeds for planting
pocket knife for miscellaneous tasks.

Plays the harmonica, often likes to play his plants a lullaby at night. Likes all kinds of music, too.
-I caught a fish as big as my house once!

Fairly handy at most tasks involving hands. He makes a point to repair his storage sheds and things like that himself without the help of a carpenter or builder.

Well, she for one was finally glad to be here. What she wasn't glad about, was the other first years running all over the place. Most of them seemed completely lost. Amusing, to be sure really, but it meant most hadn't already prepared for their arrival here. Tsk, amateurs. She doubted any of them would at all be a challenge for her, or even provide at least a little bit of one. She supposed though, one couldn't judge a book by its cover. She'd reserve judgement until everything was settled and things got started.

She probably looked out of place among the other first years, calmly striding through the mass of them with her Gliscor, Flit, peering at them from over her shoulder while she hung onto her back. The pokemon gave her cheek a small pinch as a rumbling noise emanated from its stomach.

"I said you can eat once we get to the room, Flit." She huffed. It wasn't the first time this gluttonous little Gliscor pestered her for food. The Gliscor shifted on her back, popping its head up over her other shoulder and giving her other cheek a poke in a dissatisfied manner. She sighed, but ignored the pesky pokemon for now. Her room was on the first floor, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find. She honestly was looking forward to her time here. Maybe there would be some good people here that could challenge her.

The only thing she wasn't looking forward too, was being made to have a roommate. She hoped whoever it was, was a competent trainer and not some bumbling idiot.

"See, that didn't take so long, did it?" She said, giving the pokemons ear a little pet. "You should be more patient, we're here already." Flit simply clicked her claws in response, obviously eager to get some food. She opened the door to the dorm, somewhat dreading she wouldn't like her roommate. When she stepped into the room...well, she supposed she could have done worse. He was a well dressed individual, rather unlike herself. He kind of reminded her of those posh men her mother would hang out with at some fancy party or something she never liked much. He lost a couple of points there, but other than that he seemed pretty good.

"So you're my roommate, huh?" She said, walking through the door and closing it behind her. Gliscor jumped off of her shoulder, landing on the other bed. "You look like you just crawled out of a party or something." She gave him a small smirk, throwing her bags onto the ground next to her bed before sitting next to Flit. She reached into it, looking around for something for a few seconds. It was obvious she wasn't exactly all that organized.

"Name's Abigail," She said, pulling out an apple from her bag and tossing it to Flit who happily started munching on it. "Guess we're roommates this year."

At the back of the crowds and the noisy first years, followed a little girl who was followed by a not so little Cofagrigus. The girl moved slowly, doing little twirls and spins, almost as if she was dancing with some unseen force as she completely ignored the odd stares of the other students who were straggling behind like she was. Well, if she was straggling anyways - she was right where she wanted to be. A quiet place in the back where she could go unnoticed. As she approached the building, she finally stopped doing her slow, partner-less waltz, coming to a stop by giving a little hop and landing on her left foot.

"Hmm...so many people, wouldn't you agree Chuckles?" She asked the Cofagrigus. The ghost type chuckled in response, one of its four ghostly arms giving its trainer a little pat on the shoulder.

"Aww, aren't you a sweet little thing, but It's okay, I'm not scared." She replied with a twirl, facing the larger pokemon with a grin. "In fact, this is going to be so much fun! So many people to play with, so little time! I do hope they have some fun people here." The Cofagrigus chuckled eerily again in response. "Lets be off then! We should get to our dorm so we can give our roommate a warm welcome!~" Once again chuckling in agreement, Cofagrigus set off after Lynette who was happily skipping along towards the second floor and the dorm.

It didn't take the duo long to reach the dorm, and she waltzed in without even knocking on the door. The room was about as typical as she expected of a dorm. She was a bit disappointed at that, but well, whatever. That was alright, the main thing was if her roommate was going to be fun or not! She hoped they didn't mind the occasional prank, or minded her ghost friends. T'would be sad indeed if they didn't, but she supposed that was life.

A sad little bucket of hopes and dreams that could be easily spilled.

She walked over to the bed in a mostly normal fashion, plopping down on it and throwing her bags carelessly onto it. She'd unpack later. For now she'd eagerly await her roommate to see who they were. Chuckles seemed to have the same idea, and set his body down right in front of the door, facing it and ready to greet any who would enter. Its red eyes, sharp teeth and lovable chuckling would definitely make a good impression on anyone entering, definitely.
