Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

Mhm, I noticed. Just thinking we'd have more, is all.
@Rune_Alchemist At least they're different types of swords xD If everybody was using katanas or something then... Well that would be no fun >.>

xD

True, true. Having the same kind of melee weapons would be boring.

Miya's got dibs on the Katana's anyways~ xD
@Rune_Alchemist I changed it so he is trying to move your glaive.

Her time stream still would have been affected because of his magic, soooo...

I will refrain from saying anything else until Graf replies.
Seems like you only edited the parts after the auto-hitting to me...which I already stated, wouldn't even happen. Graf also agreed that he believed Sorcha would be able dodge the little temporal field.

but, ehum, for the sake of not causing another ruckus...@GrafRoy Zeppeli?
...so many people using swords~ xD

I need to make a second character who uses guns.

...dunno if i have time for that or not, but I'll see xD
@Rune_Alchemist He didn't lock onto anything.

He felt the lightning that she fired to the wall, but paid it no mind because he was focused on her.

Unless you mean HER, in which case he still didnt.

He focused on her time stream, and altered it. He didn't alter her, but more of her temporal presence.

Yes, I meant her.

So what exactly would that do? It'd have the same effect, which is still much too OP in my opinion. Unless you are going with it merely slowed her.

Which, I would be fine with. But that doesn't mean you should have a foregone conclusion that he would be able to escape from her, or mess with anything of hers, because she has a death grip on that glaive and unless he's stronger than a dragon he wouldn't be able to pry it from her.

It's less of me being a little prickly about your power, and more of the fact you're basically controlling my character...without my permission.
@Rune_Alchemist You can technically still dodge, but the magic will still be in effect and will move with her. Its less of a temporal lock, and more or a disruption of those areas time streams. He altered them in a way that slowed down the way they moved through time to a stop.

She just might be a little slow.

I can take out the part where he forces her glaive into the ground if you are so displeased with it, but we might want to let @GrafRoy Zeppeli settle it.

So he can lock onto what is basically a moving bolt of lightning then, that lasts only for a second, that he doesn't even know is going to be a thing?

no one's reaction time is that fast.
@Rune_Alchemist I'm not going to lie, and I'm not going to tell you why, but his magic is like this for a reason.

It is partly because of his runes, and the way they were engraved (I can say how, if you fancy) but there are a couple of other reasons.

And, partly because of circumstance, it pretty much does forego conclusion.

Also, with his magic, dodging kind of isnt an option.

*You may now post a reply and your speculation upon reasons, but I will neither confirm nor deny them.*

(Feel free to tell me off Roy)

Considering she would have moved the moment she realized he wasn't going to apologize, no it's not a foregone conclusion. She could have dodged it. I'm telling you that. You don't get to tell me what my character isn't and is capable of dodging. As instant as he can cast his spell, she can instantly move as quick as lightning. It's draining in her current state, but she can definitely do it.

Of course, if Graf says otherwise then I suppose I have no say in this...but I'm not going to be to happy about it.

Considering that's basically powerplaying in my book.

which I hate

And also, so no one is capable of defending against his magic/dodging? Then that's completely BS right there and completely OP. Which, is my main problem with Time Magic.
And she decided to show up at a Magic School anyways. Going full tsun already.

Shush you~

@Rune_Alchemist Edgar isn't really in the mood for fighting...

Buuut he'll gladly keep you restrained if you could pose a danger to the school~

...you know, I'm going to be honest here. I've been questioning Edgar's powers for awhile now, but since I haven't really seen any sort of misuse of it against another player, I haven't said anything.

I'm gonna just say, I find any sort of time manipulation quite OP, and ask would there be anyway at all for her to break free of this 'quantum lock'.

If not, then I'm seriously going to have to ask you tone down that down, or at least not do it.

I apologize if I seem a little hostile here, but in my experience time-related powers such as that never ends with anything good.

Or you know, give me a post to reply with a defense instead of assuming the ability was a foregone conclusion, because she could have dodged that.

Or, I'll just bullshit it and say she wasn't affected at all...because ancient dragon with lots of power. Either way though, you've seriously pissed her off.

That Glaive is not something she would let anyone touch.
@Rune_Alchemist I don't know if he is the heir or if he's just been fucking with us (only graf and the heir know, I specifically requested not to know), but if he is Sorcha may actually lose. Which would be hilarious and give Mrs. Flaming Chicken a million insults. And lead to Edgar getting a familiar.

GO EDGAR SMITE HER. Make her make YOU a sandwich this time!

I swear, if he is the heir, I'ma rage so hard.

If he is the heir and Sorcha finds out though, she might actually say nope, and leave.

Don't think she'd want anything to do with that....other then smite the poor fool whoever it is. She dislikes mages, and someone like the Heir would only receive hate from her most likely.
