Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

nah, don't worry about it. You've been pretty helpful in my opinion.
@Hippo AF

Alllright. Now, I'm just gonna give my opinion on the CS for the moment. He was a bit too OP to begin with, but now you've made him a bit under powered I think.

His speed, agility, and perception being what it is - I think that's fine, since he doesn't have brute strength to back it up. However, his ability doesn't really seem to be much of an ability, that said, perhaps I'm just not seeing what you want to do with it in the future.

How would the ability potentially get stronger/better? Character growth is going to be a big thing in the RP as far as abilities go, so I'm just curious as to what you might have planned for it.

That said, if that is indeed what you want, I don't see much of a problem with anything else at all.
@Xiro Zean

No such thing as too much.

Just look at my post :D

Whump.

From within one of the rooms, was a dull thumping noise.

whump whump

If one were to look inside, they'd find a girl wearing a white tanktop and tight fitting black pants beating the stuffing out of punching bag. The room itself had very little in the way of personal decoration aside from a bed, a few drawers likely full of clothing and radio which was currently playing some fast-paced metal. The rest of the room was filled with similar work out equipment. A large weight machine sat in a corner of the room and some other dumbbells rested on the floor. On top of the cabinet, sat an immaculate combat shotgun and pistol - both of which were definitely well taken care of by their owner. The only perhaps oddity, was that the middle of the floor was completely cleared of any object.

Whump whump - crrrk

The metal rod holding the bag to the base groaned as girl slammed her fist into it, sending the poor thing sliding back a few feet. Finally done, she panted, feeling somewhat winded. She had been going non-stop for almost an hour now. Certainly she was confident in her stamina and physical prowess, but even she started to get a little out of breath after that long of a physical work out with only a few small breaks in between.

She wiped some sweat off of her forehead, moving the black locks of hair out of her vision. After getting that little memo last night she made sure to adjust accordingly. Normally, she would have been up until six but with the meeting or whatever taking place then, she needed to get up earlier so she could do her usual routine. So Aegis did what she always did first thing in the morning. A nice jog, some routine weight work, simple stuff really...well, for her at least. It wouldn't really do her much good considering she was this strong without even trying, but she wasn't one to sit on her ass and do nothing.

"Whew." She looked at the punching bag, the metal base of which had been bent at almost a forty five degree angle from her last blow. Really, she had a rather nasty habit of breaking almost anything she beat up on. She liked to think it was because she was just too strong for her own good sometimes.

Aegis, or Kat as she preferred to be called, took a seat on the bed, picking up a towel and throwing it over her shoulders. So today was the day, huh? The day they finally got their first mission and grouped into squads. Honestly, she was more than a little nervous - not that she'd ever admit it to anyone, but she had her fair share of concerns...but it wasn't her place to question orders or worry about it. She looked over to the clock hanging on the wall. Well, just enough time for a shower and a bit of free time...even if she'd have no idea what to do with that free time.

After the shower, Kat put on her usual attire. Simple tank top, some easy to move in pants, and some boots that looked like they'd hurt a helluva lot if you happened to be unlucky enough to be on the receiving end of one...and that was it. She wasn't exactly one for fancy dresses. The simpler and easier to move in, the better. She walked into the auditorium as if she owned the place, a confident stride that made it obvious what she likely thought of herself and the others. Her boots made heavy footfalls as she walked to the front and took a seat right at the front of the room. She wanted a front row seat to all of this, just to be sure she didn't miss anything.

She folded her arms, propping one of her legs up on the other, and waited. Seemed like she was one of the first ones there...well, hopefully the others wouldn't be late.

They might have a problem if they were.
It thankfully didn't take her long to find Emilia. Her family or near the lake, so she decided to check the lake first. She knew her friend well and she knew how much she liked water. There was only so far she would probably go from the party unless she dragged her somewhere, as rare as an occasion as that was. Within minutes, she had found Emilia. Well, more like Emilia had found her. A small shout of surprise left her lips as she was covered in cool water from the lake.

"Damn it, Emilia!" She laughed, not actually angry. Indeed she was rather amused by Emilia's energy as always. She just couldn't not find her entertaining in some manner. It was in the water then? What had she found some sort of ancient civilization or something? Not that there would have been many, could there have been? She didn't remember anything in the histories about such things, but eh. She wasn't a scholar, she just like exploring places.

"Alright, alright. Give me a second." She continued, kicking off her sandals near the waters edge. She took off her belt, letting it clatter to the ground, but not before retrieving her hunting knife. She was pretty sure the water was safe. They were around it almost every other day or so, and nothing had happened yet but it was better safe than sorry. She had gotten into a situation or two before when she was out alone, and it at least had proved somewhat useful. She tucked the knife into her leather pants and...dove into the water right next to Emilia, likely splashing her more than a little herself. She remained underwater for a few seconds before surfacing next to the other girl with a lazy smile.

"Lead the way then! I want to see what the amazing Emilia has discovered today." She teased.
...all of this chaos, and Viola is just sitting there happily eating a lollipop and going to start a betting pool on who's going to win.
~Livia Fiore

Livia had to resist laughing. Oh yes, sleeping with her was always fun, but they meant that in two entirely different ways. The headmistress sighed, shaking her head with a small smile. How to explain this? She had no idea. This was not a subject she felt she was qualified for, but she'd continue to explain to the best of her ability regardless.

"Hmm...well, I'm not going to say that I don't enjoy you by my side when I sleep, but," Livia stood, heading for the door. "I meant something perhaps you can enjoy by yourself - or preferably with people other than I." That was all she had to say on the subject before kneeling next to Fia with a smile. "Think about it a bit, if you want but for now, I am going to make a few rounds of the campus. I want to make sure there isn't anything particularly bad going on." She gave Fia a small pat on the head and left the room, expecting Fia to follow.

Sorcha

Food? well, she could always get out of bed for some food...but it was just so...cold. Sorcha had to shake her head, she was sitting this one out unless Luna had need of her. She just wasn't in any condition to be doing anything in this sort of weather. She yawned again, pulling the covers over her followed shortly by folding her wings around her and falling sideways on the bed.

"No, I'm good." She finally replied. "Bring some food back please."

~Gwynn & Lyssa~

"Hmm, I dunno, I'm not from this area." Lyssa replied with a shrug. "I just love snow. It's so cold and fluffy and fun to play in, hehe." She fell backwards into a pile of snow, giggling loudly. "Not even cold! I do kinda wonder where everyone else is though...no one should be inside on a day like this!" Lyssa sighed, somewhat annoyed that there weren't more people about. Certainly the cold wasn't for everyone, but snow! Who didn't like snow! Grumpy un-fun meanie pants that had no lives, that's who!

meanwhile, some distance away Gwynn had already made her way into town and with the help of her rather awesome, and rather amazing abilities, had already set up a formidable snow fort. Wasn't that difficult to do at all. From atop the small ship like structure's crows nest, spotted a playful head of pink hair and a woman next to her. Prime targets for some snow-pirate antics, hehahah! Smirking, she picked up one of her stockpiled snowballs...and lobbed it right at Lyssa's head just as she attempted to get up.

"Wah!~" The snowball hit her right in the head, sending her face first back into the snow. She recovered quickly though, shaking the snow out of her hair and jumping up. "Ack! We're under attack! Mugi, man the defenses!"

From atop of her post, Gwynn laughed.

"Wahahaha, build ye defenses all you want ye landlubbers!" Gwynn shouted. "You'll be handin' yer precious treasure over to the Pirate Queen when i'm done with ya!"
Yus, the IC is up.

I shall work on postie posts in a bit.
@HaltingBlooper

About five days ago in this giant announcement post.

Now below I have a working roster sheet of all accepted characters. As I have already discussed this a bit with our all mighty Co-GM, I really would like to avoid splitting the numbers across genders, as it just doesn’t feel right. So instead of giving some people the short end of the stick, I’m upping the number of “most powerful” slots from 9 to 13.

a bit of a bad on our end I guess since we didn't entirely go around enforcing it, but Sarcelle's been rather busy and It just completely slipped my mind.
@HaltingBlooper

Should actually mention that's not a thing any more. We bumped the number up to 13 to account for more people.

Also.

Can't sleep.

Someone hit me on the head with this bat because I gotta get up at six in the morning.
