Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

‘Um.’ Kalmia looked at the conflict with a bit of a hesitant expression. ‘Only if they actually start punching each other…’ Looking at Rodger, who had been about to advance on Ren had Oaken not stopped him, it didn’t look like that possibility was too far off.

Still want Claire and Ren to have a battle devolve into a fistfight.

Also, Ledyba? I am pleasantly surprised. Claire's gonna take that bug type and give it all the hugs.

Sorry for ruining your fun, but Ceri bolted xD

Probably will post something for Sihu either in my next post or once someone tells her where Kurai is.

- fleeing the scene.

Ceri's eyes went wide under her hood. They...they did? They accepted his little challenge? Oh dear. She shivered slightly at the thought of being in a contest...with everyone looking at her...in the spotlight. They might as well just skip the entire formalities of this then, because there was no way she was winning this. She wasn't good at all at this sort of thing, and there wasn't any way she could win this. This wasn't something the small mage intended to go through with, especially after seeing the flyer. She wasn't doubted Mat's skill of course, but she wasn't as brave as he was.

"I-I u-uhm...I don't," She squeaked, fumbling with words more so than usual. "I-I'm not-this isn't-" Words failing her, she defaulted to her most often used form of fleeing. Suddenly, there was a loud poomf noise. Mat would suddenly feel himself being assaulted by a surprising amount of force as smoke forcefully ejected itself from beneath Ceri's robes, followed by a thick blanket of almost fog like white, odorless smoke filling the area in a surprisingly short amount of time.

The smoke only lasted seconds and likely could be seen from quite a way away, but by the time it cleared, Ceri was already gone. During the brief time it had blanketed the area the small mage's legs carried her surprisingly quickly from the two of them and had already managed to flee quite a distance away, though she hadn't been paying attention to where exactly she had been running to.

"Smooth, me, real nice. Ten outta ten on 'how not to make friends'."

She pulled the hood tighter over her face as she finally stopped running, taking a moment to try and get her bearings. Today really wasn't going well, was it?
Welp, Ceri is now terrified of you guys now xD

So good job on that.

"Oh very well, head off to your classes then." Truth be told, Sorcha was glad Luna didn't agree to go right away. More of a chance to prepare herself. That said, she wasn't going to be sticking around a boring class with Luna though. She felt like stretching her wings a bit. "I think I shall go out and enjoy the fall weather a bit. My wings haven't seen much use these past few years and I am afraid my flying is getting a bit sloppy."
Gwynn

Well, Maoin was happy at least. Gwynn didn't understand it though. It was just a sword - it wasn't anything special. She only had been able to buy the most inexpensive one with the money she had. She had expected the kitten to be at least somewhat excited, but this? This level of excitement she hadn't seen in the kitten like...ever. And then she had the nerve to imply that she stole it. Gwynn folded her arms against her chest, rolling her eyes at the notion. Well, she'd be lying if the thought hadn't crossed her mind. She'd also be lying if she wasn't a little upset that Maoin would even think that.

"Oh ye of little faith." She replied with a sigh. "No, I didn't steal it." Gwynn turned around, walking a few paces away from the kitten. "Alright - you have no idea how to use that, and I'm not exactly the best teacher, so lets get started. The pointy end? yeah, hold that away from you."

~Kostis~

"Aha, thank you for the hospitality." He replied with a friendly grin. "But no, I have my own arrangements." He cleared his throat, rubbing his chin thoughtfully before continuing. "And straight to business then? I swear nobles these day have no sense of decorum but I digress, I am simply...looking into a matter that could potentially be disastrous that your headmistress is somewhat...hesitant to help with. I simply would like for help in this matter, and since I was here I thought that perhaps such a talented young mage could provide some assistance again."

~Cynthia~

"A mutt is a mutt, even if that mutt is a higher bred mutt." Cynthia replied. "And you are quite funny if you think you can even attempt harming me. I am more than Mistress Livia's head maid, if it was not obvious you inbred mongrel." Cynthia sighed, fixing Eith with a cool look. "But I am willing to extend an offer of a job to you. That boy you hang around has gotten the attention of Lord Kostis. Someone Livia would very much like...removed from the equation. He has grown to be quite troublesome to her. I do believe he is currently looking to seek help from that young lord. If you were to...say, simply go along with this little plan and observe what happens it wouldn't arouse as much suspicion."
Annnd I accidentally hit the post button without finishing Sihu's part. Welp, good job me. Gonna fix that real quick.

EDIT: Eh, was less than I wanted but that's as much as I wanna do at the moment xD

@Lmpkio Interaction with Mat
@Fourze

"What, do I look like a doll or something you can just pick up and play with?" Was the first thought that ran through the small girls mind, but thankfully all that managed to escape her lips was shouting "W-wha?!" in a somewhat panicked manner as she was suddenly lifted. The robed girl had to restrain herself from suddenly disappearing in poof of smoke and bolting. The mention of prizes and 'shooting' range was enough for her to at least remain somewhat interested despite the suddenness of the situation. Not like she had much say in the matter at the moment. Mat seemed intent to take her to this shooting stall, and she didn't have the voice to protest.

That said...she was probably having a bit of attention drawn to her sitting on his shoulders like this. She didn't want to stand out so much. So she simply grabbed the hem of her hood in her usual fashion, trying to look as inconspicuous as possible. It didn't seem to work.

“Hey not sure if you know me, I'm part of Harpy's Wing too; but regardless of that I would like to ask you and your companion to help in a contest with a prize of 20,000 jewels for each winner, since the contest requires three people I cannot compete on my own so I ask you if you can help me out”

"Do I look like I want to take part in some contest? Granted, I'm wearing a big poofy robe, but read the air, really!"

She looked up from her hood, glancing at the guy who spoke to them. He said he was in Harpy's wing, didn't he? She had seen him around a bit, definitely. Not that she really knew who he was. She didn't know many people in the guild, but she at least knew their faces names, and whether or not she liked being around them. She didn't have much of an opinion on him, but if he was asking her to take part in something she really didn't want too, then she couldn't say her opinion of him was very high. Not that he would ever know that.

"C-contest? Oh my, uhm..." Ceri fidgeted, still not very comfortable sitting on Mat's shoulders. Would it be rude not to say yes? He was a guild mate, so wasn't she obligated to help? To say she was conflicted, was an understatement. She didn't want to come off as rude, but she really didn't want to take part. "I...I don't know..."

~Sihu~

@Shadeflare123@pkken

"Well, yes." Sihu replied, tilting her head not entirely certain what he was getting at. "But this festival is a pretty fun place if you want to take someone on a date, isn't it?" She asked. Well, it wasn't exactly her kind of festival unless someone was showing off their impeccable fighting skills, but she wasn't gonna judge these foreigners in their mannerisms. Was he implying he wasn't dating this girl from Harpies wing or something? She honestly hadn't a clue, so she wasn't going to press the issue.

Instead, she turned her head towards the harpy's wing girl. That was who she was, wasn't she? She was pretty sure at least. So she'd probably know where Kurai was.

"Hey," She said to Phoebe. "You in Harpy's wing with Kurai, yeah? Any idea where he is? I wanna beat him up again."

Could have Claire and Dawkin meet up, if he's in the woods

Divers Paradise

@Empath

"Just make sure you ain't late or I'ma leave without you and your ugly mug then!" Lila shouted back as Mira walked off. She should probably get her own things together. Shouldn't take her long to get some ammunition for her rifle, extra ones for her pistols...and maybe a knife or two for emergencies. Food and water as well of course, alcohol wasn't going to help them in a desert. Not that she wasn't gonna take some. By the time her feet had carried her a few steps, Lila was making a mental note of the things she'd need to get...and of how the hell she was gonna get her mitts on a vehicle.

Probably have to call in a favor. Ugh. Might as well head there and see if she could get it before going and packing up. With the recent attack, she wasn't sure she'd be able to get it...but well, she could be persuasive. She turned, deciding to head there quickly and get this over with. At least she could have some fun with this.

A few minutes of walking later, Lila had arrived outside of what looked like a garage. Normally you'd be able to hear either vehicles being worked on or the bickering of someone trying to haggle the price down on something. With the attack though, it looked like the place wasn't faring very well. Looked like it was closed, though the guy who ran it was probably still here somewhere. Thankfully, he was someone Lila was at least...acquainted with, and with her usual charm getting one of his vehicles shouldn't be too hard.

"I'm surprised you haven't stormed out of here all the way to Arcadia to sue the CMAS for all their worth, heh." She chuckled, walking up to one of the open garage doors. The garage inside was an absolute mess - more so than usual. Normally the floor was covered in machine parts, tools and grease. Now it had a few bullet holes, burns, and a few burned pieces of scrap laying around.

"I'd have better luck wrestling a Xena serpent." As usual, he sounded annoyed, overworked, and a bit tired. He was wearing his usual somewhat tattered suit, and looked like he hadn't slept for awhile. He turned from a table where he was cleaning a tool of some sort to Lila, letting out a sigh as he saw who he was speaking with. "Oh good, I was just wanting some more bad luck."

"Hey the bullet holes add a bit of charm to it," She chuckled. "Besides, ye could tell a fun little story of how you heroically fended off a horde of CMAS all by yourself."

"I have better things to do than come up with implausible stories to entertain the masses." Lila rolled her eyes. Prickly as ever, he was.

"As fun as ever, aren't ya Irwin?"

"What do you need, Lila? I am busy trying to see how much this little attack is going to cost me in time and money."

"...I wanna borrow your jeep." Irwin gave her the most hostile glare she had ever seen him give someone.

"No."

"Aw come on."

"No." He turned around, walking to an office connected to the garage obviously not to thrilled with the idea of handing over his vehicle to Lila.

"Come on. I got this great little venture." Lila hurried after him.

"I said no."

"Come on! I'll bring it back in one piece this time, promise."

"You've said that the last three times."

"Not my fault No Mans land might as well be a vehicle graveyard." Lila snorted as he walked over to a work desk, taking a seat in it. The blond placed her hands on the desk and leaned on it. "Come on Irwin. I always pay ya back if something happens. Sides, ya owe me, or are ya gonna find someone else that don't mind doing a bit of...persuasion work to make fuckducks pay up for ya? Or that goes hunting for some parts off CMAS schmucks for practically nothing?" Irwin sighed, holding a hand to his head.

"Fine. Just bring it back in one piece this time."

"Heey, don't worry about it! I know what I'm doing. I'll make sure your precious little vehicle is back in one piece."

"Just go already. I'll have it to you once I get it ready."

After making sure that they had a vehicle, It didn't take her long to reach her little home. A small four room shack a bit of a walk away from the paradise out in the crags. Bedroom, kitchen, restroom, and a little workshop where she typically kept all of her guns. Lila had built it with the help of a few others when she first moved to the area. It was far from a five-star hotel, but it was enough for her. She walked in the front door, the hinges of it creaking as she pushed it open.

She was glad to see it was pretty much as she left it, almost completely clean, aside from a coat of dust covering everything. She wasn't staying for long, so it wouldn't have time to get dirty either. She went straight into the workshop, placing her guns on a table along with her rifle. A bit of routine maintenance was always needed to make sure her guns were in working order. A rail shot fired out of any of them was hell on the barrels, not to mention the firing pins and mechanisms. She couldn't use too many without maintenance of some form.

After that, she grabbed a bag and stuffed it with some luggage they would need. Normally she'd just hunt for any food and travel light, but that'd only slow them down for now. Thankfully she always kept some on hand for this sort of thing. Water, a bit of alcohol, and a few other necessities. With a satisfied hum, Lila holstered her guns and slung her rifle and bag over her shoulder and left, making sure to lock it up behind her and made her way back to the Paradise.
Right, sorry for the probably silly question.

I've been tired for the past few days, but I should have a post up within the next hour or two barring any interruptions like the ones I had last night.

EDIT:

Welp, best i got at the moment. I need food I haven't eaten today yet....
