Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

Ralia's clones split off from the original, bouncing out from behind her like, each doing their own little dance move in the process, and all making a move to appear as though they were launching the confusion at Growlithe. As soon as Ellyn and Maple's attention were turned from their respective battles, the redhead would pause for just a moment to deliver her ultimatum.

"I dunno what in the heck you guys thing you're doing bullying these pokemon like this, but I don't care! You want a fight, I'll give ya both one! I'm not gonna let you bully these pokemon in an unfair battle!" She had to give props to Ellyn for taking that bubble attack, but that was neither here nor there. She was gettin' fired up, and now she was gonna thrash these to, type advantages be damned. "Ralia, Disarming Voice!" That should give all the pokemon on the opposite field a good whack, and possibly throw them off. At least the ones nearest Ralia.

The Ralts in question, along with her clones made a few pyramids of themselves, forming a line and then stacking themselves on top of the other, all making the motion of attacking using Disarming voice. Unlike her trainer though, she was aware of the prying eyes from above. She hadn't a clue as to what they were or what they were doing, but she at least agreed with Claire. This sort of fighting was deplorable.

Just as she gave Ralia the command though, she grabbed a pokeball form her bag. She wasn't gonna hold back at all here. Ritz was released from the pokeball in a flash of red light, hovering slightly above the group.

"Come on, Ritz! Show 'em you're not gonna be underestimated!"

"L-led!" The small ladybug looked at the situation before it an instinctively recoiled. Oh dear, this looked bad. Could he handle it? Could he of all pokemon handle something like this? Ritz fluttered his wings, giving the opponents his best war face...which only ended up being a mildly adorable pout, but Claire was trusting him with this. She had been nice to him so far, so he'd give it his best.

"Standard maneuver! Support from the sidelines and make sure to focus on dodging! Don't get hit by that Mareep!" Ritz gave a small cry of confirmation, the bug type dashed as fast as it could out of the major line of battle before blasting a supersonic towards the Natu.

Maybe there was a misunderstanding or something here, but Claire just went off to battle, in her usual hasty fashion.
Whew, with any luck I'll do a thing with Claire this evening.
~Ceri~

After finding her way to her room, Ceri did what she usually did - locked the door to her room. Her room was one of the few places where she felt comfortable being, well, herself. She didn't have to always feel on edge or worried about something. First thing first though, she had to prepare for this mission. What exactly could she do to prepare? She hadn't a clue how she of all things would even fight a dragon. If it was a dragon. She had to remind herself that chances were, that it wasn't in fact a dragon.

Ceri sighed, pulling the hood of her robe down.

Still, the thought that she would have to possibly deal with a dragon terrified her. She walked into the room, pulling a book from her robe and sitting it on the bed as she walked over to a mirror, glancing briefly at her appearance. Oh wow, her hair was a mess. She took a few seconds to straighten it.

Oh right, preparations. She glanced over to where she kept her knife in her room, hesitantly picking it up. She had never used it before. She was terrified of the idea of fighting...she'd dislike actually having to get violent, but...if she had too...well, that's what she was trained for. Ceri picked up the knife, storing it in her robes. Well, there wasn't much she could do here. No sense in drawing it out. Wasn't like she could psyche herself up any more either. So she left her room and headed for the meeting place.

She was of course, one of the first ones there. She didn't have very much to prepare for after all. She had no clue what she'd need to prepare anyways, but it seemed Mis was on top of things as always. A map and a plan. Why hadn't she thought of that? It seemed so obvious that at least they should have a map and some sort of plan, but here she was not contributing anything. Well, with Mis in the lead things at least wouldn't get troublesome until they actually got there.

"N-none from me!" Ceri replied, fidgeting lightly.
Avaline, Sorcha & Maoin

"Wah...!" Avaline made a small noise as she was poked in the head. She knew she shouldn't have said it, but she did anyways. Like she always did. The wyrm pouted a bit, but otherwise said nothing in reply other than give Luna a mildly hurt look. Sorcha, on the other hand, took the order slightly worse. The dragon frowned, growling mildly in annoyance.

"I do so apologize." Sorcha replied in a rather patronizing voice. "For treating her as is the way of dragons such as ourselves." Sorcha knew that Luna would't approve of her behavior towards Avaline. She simply didn't understand that was the way things were, and were always going to be. Changing the nature of any dragon was like changing the heavens themselves. Nigh impossible. True-blooded dragons like here were arrogant and proud by nature. Wyrms like Avaline were simple minded and brutish. Wyverns were disinterested in anything other than themselves, viewing everything other than they as inferior.

"Little one," Sorcha said, giving Maoin a sigh. "In times such as this, I agree with Luna. Do not simply repeat what I say because it's what I think. Use that pretty feline head of yours and think for yourself like I've been telling you." Ugh, now she was in a bad mood. Still, she couldn't blame Luna, but she wanted to sleep now. "But that aside...what of the sleeping arrangements? Luna's bed can't very well hold two dragons, a cat, and two humans. That on-ahem-Avaline, would likely break the bed because she weighs so much." The last part was said with an obviously antagonistic voice.

"W-hey! Last time I checked I only weighed as much as a boulder in the forest! And ever since I started looking like this, I probably only weigh as much as...whatever half a ton is." She placed her claws on her hips, looking quite proud of herself before fidgeting slightly. "E-ehm, S-she's sort of right though." She grabbed her tail, hugging it close to her body. Even if Luna had a handle on Sorcha, she objectively, was still terrified of her. It was just natural instinct. "No need to crowd the bed. I wouldn't be comfortable anyways." She coiled herself up in the middle of the room, much like a snake would. Normally she'd find something strong and sturdy to wrap herself around, like that tree back at the castle but she didn't have anything to do that with here. Sorcha merely harrumphed, but said nothing else.

Unless Luna did something, Avaline seemed content with curling up in the floor, some distance away from the bed.

Chione

"I see..." Chione replied with a small frown. "Young and headstrong is good...but recklessness and vast pride is not. Still, I would be remiss not to worry at least a little. Death comes for all one day and it's always painful to see them judged as unworthy." What she meant by that she didn't entirely elaborate on. Instead, she proceeded to ask Kozue about her religion specifically. She was always interested in the beliefs of others. It was always a good thing to keep ones mind open to new experiences and ideas, even ones you may have previously found distasteful or disagreeable.

In the end, she ended up asking Kozue if she had a place to stay for the evening.

~Start of a new day~

It was early.

Far to early.

Sorcha grumbled in her sleep, trying to ignore what felt like the beating of a thousand drums in her ears. This was before even maoin would normally wake up, wasn't it? What was that lizard doing? She was the only one who could have possibly been up at this hour. She probably found the pots and pans and had decided to use them as instruments like the uncivilized thing she was. Urgh, Luna should do something about that.

A few moments passed, but Luna seemed content not to do-

"WAH!" That was Avaline. "The gates are open! The drums have been sounded! The beacons are lit! Grondor calls for aid! The evil boars are upon us - But never fear civilians I shall eat-huh?" What on earth was she blabbering about? "...Master Luna you're not the delicious evil boarmen." Avaline giggled.

"L-luuna?" That was luna making that racket?! Sorcha shot up in her bed, likely dislodging a cat from her in some fashion. "What on earth is the matter?" She yawned before flapping back down on the bed, barely even opening her eyes.

Okay, I did a thing.

You guys needed something to do, so It's a small thing. I'll do something with Arletta next post hopefully once I can make words better.

I'm gonna try and wrap this quest up soon. Shouldn't be too much longer I think.
Opera Night

~@Eviledd1984(MAR)(NEP)~

The apparition gave a ghostly wail as it was momentarily halted by the ice, as Maria's blade struck it, it went straight through, but it wasn't quite enough. Thankfully for her, Nephele quick to react and struck the creatures blade causing it to shatter the brittle metal to shatter. Now however, its attention was completely focused on Maria, ignoring Nephele as she dashed up the stairs to check on Christine.

It was a ghost after all. Maybe nothing more than a nightmare from the mind of a frightened child. It wouldn't be killed so easily, but it seemed at least, on some level, weakened without its sword.

It growled, lunging for Maria with its hands. If she could land another solid blow on it, perhaps it would be done.

~@The Irish Tree~

Nephele hurried up the stairs, the now decrepit looking manor a far cry from the place it once was. She easily reached Christines room without any sort of trouble, and once she was at the door it opened easily, and Christine was found pacing back and forth in the middle of the room, likely more than a little worried or otherwise emotionally unstable at the moment.

"N-nephele!" Christine noticed the dragon, quickly running over and giving her a worried expression. "I-is it gone?" She seemed safe for now. As safe as things could be.
Whew, sorry for the slight delay on that one. I've been fighting some writers block recently.

I get the feeling Clarie may have interrupted something, but well, we'll see~

@PlatinumSkink

Honestly, Claire wasn't expecting much from the mountain. The standard fare of zubats, dirt, and a fighting type or two. That was pretty much what they all were, after all. What she wasn't expecting was the sprawling cityscape that was presented to her. To say the redhead was momentarily awestruck by the ancient place was an understatement. Not to mention, seeing the fighting pokemon was getting her own fighting spirit up. She Almost decided to throw herself in the ring and wrestle with the Meinfoo and a Timburr herself.

Thankfully Anise got her attention before she did that.

"Huh? Oh...yeah!" Claire followed after Anise. Was she about to get VIP access? that sounded like a good idea. However, she had yet to see the full scope of Mt. Strength.

"Oh wow! This place is amazing. You take me to the nicest places, Anise." Claire chuckled with a slightly playful tone. Really, she felt like she had walked right into a castle right out of some video game. Ralia seemed to share a similar mindset, staring up at the massive structure in awe. She was glad she decided to follow Anise, then. This was absolutely amazing! Nothing said 'there's strong pokemon here' like pokemon owning a castle all to themselves! She wanted to charge right in there and challenge the head honcho pokemon right to a wrestling match!

But it seemed like someone had beat her to it.

It looked like a literal firestorm had passed through the place, knocking out the guard pokemon with it.

"H-hey what..." Claire shared Anise's sentiments of surprise at seeing this. She hurriedly followed Anise inside, something smelled bad, and it wasn't the scorched stone. Upon arriving, Claire notice two familiar faces...those were two of Jaques' trainers, weren't they? And they were...well, they were turning this castle into a place hotter than she was.

...

Something didn't sit right with her about this. This wasn't a friendly battle. At least, it didn't look like it. Her team looked like she might be at a disadvantage, but she didn't care. Completely unaware of the prying eyes from above and whatever Anise was doing, she decided to do something.

"Ralia, double team and then confusion on that Growlithe!"
Avaline, Sorcha & Maoin

"B-but you never cooked me food!" Sorcha pouted, ignoring Maoin. Perhaps the alcohol was affecting her a bit too. "Why does that thing get it and not me?" Sorcha wasn't mad about Luna cooking, but rather, who was eating the cooking it seemed. Avaline simply scooted a bit closer behind Luna, peering out from behind her with a mildly frightened expression.

"Maybe it's because you already eat too much."
"..." Sorcha's eyes went wide as Avaline firmly planted a claw over her mouth. "What was that you lizard?"

"NOTHING I SAID NOTHING."

"Well, if I eat too much already then one more lizard will be fine." Avaline cowered behind Luna, still using her as a shield.

Livia

"Aha, oh dear," Livia laughed, ruffling Fia's hair. "I do do other things than paper work you know. After all, I let you take care of most of that these days." She gave Fia a teasing smirk as she stood from her seat and made for the door. "Come along then, we'll take your things in my room and get to moving them to another room. You'll even be able to decorate it any way you like."

Cocoa

"W-what? That's what I said! I'm infinitely warmer and come with free milk!" The cow replied with a small pout. Had Otille misheard her? Well, whatever didn't matter. She was...sleeping....with Otille. Cocoa giggled lightly to herself. This was amazing and awesome and she couldn't contain herself. She nuzzled Otille some more as she was cuddle, not minding Otille's bare skin one bit.

"But yes, you are extremely comfortable!" The cow giggled again, wrapping Otille in another hug. Otille was likely going to have to get used to this closeness of hers.

Chione

"Oh, well," Chione replied with her usual smile. "I am Chione Kebechet - And I was simply, well, relieved I guess you could say to see another person of the faith here. Well, A faith at least. I doubt we follow the same Deities and whatnot." The priestess was relieved, certainly. She had yet to see another person with any inkling of devotion of any kind in this place. "And I was simply curious as to what happened with that ehm, silver haired girl. She looked to be quite flustered. I thought I might try and help if something is wrong."

Cynthia

Oh dear.

What should she do here?

Should she push Mugi to go through with it? She didn't want to upset or injure her. She just wanted to teach her how to cook. W-well...maybe she could forgo anything that needed to be heated? There were plenty of other things. Salads, for example. Perhaps that would be better? Cynthia let go of Mugi, walking back over to the stove and turning it off. No sense in making her uncomfortable and do something potentially dangerous.

"Alright...something a little safer then." Cynthia replied in her usual manner, walking over to the ice box and pulling out a few fresh vegetables. "You, cut. I'll handle the stove and frying." Maybe if she watched once, it would be easier and less dangerous the next time.
