Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

"Alright! Nice hit Ritz!" Claire shouted. Ritz winced in rather obvious pain, but seemed to tough it out as he righted himself. Urgh, that Natu was just being really annoying. "Keep the strat up boy! Don't let 'em get another hit in!" She had to trust Ritz could handle himself right now. With the pressure being more on Froakie and Mienfoo, she couldn't not support them in some fashion. She could bring in Del - a Beedrill would probably help a lot in this situation, but she wasn't sure if she could handle three pokemon all at once yet.

"Ralia! Confusion on the Mareep!" The clones immediately did a 180, twirling in place towards the Mareep, charging up a psychic blast towards the sheep. If she could help Anise take care of that Mareep, then it'd let Ritz and Froakie both breathe a little easier.

Isana's and Alice's Apartment

"Ha!" Isana laughed, Vale slamming into the couch hard enough to cut it cleanly in two. The large, earthen blade wasn't particularly sharp, but boy, did it pack a punch. Her victory was short lived, however. Whatever spirit had possessed the couch and rudely interrupted her dinner, flew right into the kitchen and started making a mess of the place.

"Tsk-hey!" It had gotten into the refrigerator. A container of leftover spaghetti came flying at her, barely having time to avoid it and causing it to fly at Alice. "I was gonna eat that for breakfast!" Gah! How was she supposed to fight something she couldn't see!? It annoyed her to no end. These sorts of enemies were always the worst. Used to, she'd just attempt to blow everything to smithereens, but that wouldn't exactly be a good idea some thirty floors up indoors.

As pots and pans continued to fly towards her, she expertly deflected them with Vale, sending them clanging and scattering off the blade and falling towards the ground.

"Any bright ideas, Alice!?" She shouted. She hated being on the defensive like this, or relying on someone like Alice in this sort of situation, but she didn't have any ideas unless she wanted to level the entire apartment building in the process.
Sorcha & Luna

Sorcha had taken awhile to complete the lap, taking a long slow route high above the city to calm herself. Luna wasn't happy in the least, which meant she wasn't happy. But it was difficult. A wise old dragon, too far set in her ways to accept any other viewpoints other than her own without someone literally possibly beating it into her. Story of her life, really.

She knew she could try being a little nicer, but at the moment all she could manage without just shoving the opposing lizard out of her home, was what she was already doing. She hadn't a clue what she could do. She could likely figure out what Luna wanted out of this easily enough, with a little thought…but she wasn't sure if she could actually do it.

With an irritable growl, she turned from the skies, diving right back towards the dorm and entering in her usual fashion. Through the window. She sat herself down on the floor with a rather audible thud, giving Luna cool look, though she didn't immediately say anything.

After Maoin had left, Luna had made busy. Sol was still asleep, so Luna decided to make a small bit of breakfast. There was some of the ham leftover from last night and she put a couple of things together that would probably be easier on the stomach. As she was cooking, she didn’t have to look back to know it was Sorcha returning. ”Welcome back.” She said, putting her cooking utensils down and turning to her number one familiar. ”I’m guessing you either figured out the hidden rule and don’t want to do it, or you haven’t and you’re irritated with me because of that.”

She walked a bit closer to the dragon before speaking again. ”I assume you’ve figured out my plan at least. Maoin has seem to at least… Though, she could stand to not assume I wouldn’t do things on my own if she weren’t around. That girl has some poor manners at times.” The Knightess didn’t really seem to think about what she did earlier. ”Perhaps I should ask, why do you think I treat Avaline well?”

"Because you have no reason not to." Sorcha replied, huffing lightly. "It is different for me. It's not that I wish to be, but that I must" Not the whole truth, but far from a lie. "It is simply the way our kind have always treated each other. Wyrms are, and always will be lower than us, and I have no reason to be anything other than coldly civil."

Luna stood and listened to Sorcha. ”Hmm, well, I can understand. At the same time though…” She put her hand up to her head as if in thought, before lowering it and looking Sorcha in the eyes. ”I doubt you’d even try to think of it this way… Or even want to… But maybe you could think of her as family? You’re both my familiars and I’d love to get you two to like each other. You could think of her as a stupid little sister or something of the sort.” The Knightess giggled a little bit. ”I must admit she’s not all up there.

"Luna," Sorcha sighed, adjusting her stance slightly, putting most of her weight on her right foot. "It's harder than that." She curled her wings around her, crossing her arms across her chest lightly. "I have a certain…image to upkeep. I am a dragon. A Grand Dragon who was once a queen, mind you. Granted, it hasn't happened in a while but were I to meet another dragon and they saw me even tolerating her presence I'd immediately become less of a dragon and more of a prideless hatchling." Sorcha gave a sideways glance towards the window. It was honestly, somewhat of an excuse.

"…and to a dragon, Family means far less then you think it does. Granted we tend to mate for life so long as our partner lives, but we are terrible with siblings and children. Most dragons hardly ever meet their children…and for siblings, well…" She made a motion with one of her wings. "Let me just say that we are solitary creatures by nature. We don't have 'sisters'. The only reason I am currently tolerating her, is because of you."

”Is that so?” Luna asked, turning away from Sorcha to attend the food. ”I suppose I understand. In a way. It seems unreasonable to my human sensibilities though. Or, perhaps it’s just a Lightsword thought.” She was mostly just trying to hide the slight disappointment on her face. ”I believe everyone deserves a chance. Peasant or noble. Aside from the original… Incident, I believe Avaline has shown herself to be a good girl. I wish my most dependable partner and her would get along well.” She said, whispering lightly the last part, ”But I suppose I was hoping for the impossible.”

"…I suppose you haven't seen me when I…converse with others, have you?" Sorcha continued with a frown. "Of course, they all deserve a chance, but a Queen cannot treat the peasants the same as she treats someone in a position that you are in, or other nobles." It wasn't exactly easy to admit to Luna, since Sorcha knew she wouldn't like hearing it. But it was the truth. Aside from Luna and Maoin, and a few…other people, she mostly treated everyone with a cool distance. "Of course, I am not harsh or cruel or mean. I just keep the others at a respectable distance as it should be."

"It is…worse for Wyrms and Wyverns. Dragons such as myself, consider us to be the true dragons. The perfect dragons. Wyrms and Wyverns are simply weaker and lower than us by nature. Our pride will not allow us to accept them as anything other than trash, otherwise we feel as though we give up that title." For many dragons, it was the only real thing they felt they had. At least, that's how she always felt for the longest time. Pride was hollow, like that. "If I accept her, then you are effectively telling me I am no longer a dragon."

Luna just went silent for a minute. Unsure, of what to say. It didn’t seem like she would change Sorcha’s mind. ”...” She silently gathered together some food and put it on a plate. ”If you want to relax, then you should eat quickly and go finish up with the goal of the exercise. Eat before you go, though. You get the first bite today, okay?” She handed the plate over to Sorcha.

Sorcha frowned, taking the plate.

"…I will try. But telling a dragon to lose their pride, is like trying to change the seasons."

”I just want you to guide her back here with Maoin.” Luna said, still disappointed.

"…that is all?" Sorcha replied, mildly confused. "That was this hidden condition?" She smiled slightly, rolling her eyes a bit. "Luna, dear, it's…going to take a little getting used to. I'm an old dragon who's not so easily swayed. It's difficult to change ones way of thinking and beliefs after so many years of having them…All I can do is promise to try, but…"

”I never was realistically asking you to make friends with her, as much as I wish it were so.” Luna said, continuing to look at Sorcha. ”At the very least I want you not to scare Avaline into a practical panic every time you get angry at her for whatever reason.”

"It's not like I'm trying too." Sorcha replied with a sigh. "And she called me fat."

”You called her ‘thing’ to be fair. Now then, taste it and tell me what you think. It’s not Maoin’s or the tavern’s, but I think it’s rather good.” Luna said, looking to Sorcha rather expectantly. She obviously really wanted Sorcha’s opinion. It was a fairly simple pork dish, so it was nothing really amazing.

"Hmm…" Sorcha took a bite out of the meat, silently contemplating it a few seconds. It certainly wasn't the best, but it certainly wasn't bad either. Had a certain…strong quality to it? She wasn't quite sure. "Could maybe be a little more…well done." The dragon said after a few seconds. "but It certainly is good." She gave Luna grin. "Maaaybe cook for me from now oooon?~" She hopped a bit closer to Luna.

Luna chuckled slightly. ”Hehe. I doubt Maoin would let me cook. She seemed greatly against it last night. But, maybe I’ll cook in the near future.” She added, scratching the back of her head.

"Tsk, no fun." Sorcha gave Luna her best pout. "Your food is ten times better than Maoin's." She grinned, quickly finishing the food. "Ahem, I suppose though, that I should be going. Knowing that lizard she's likely either gotten herself lost, or has dragged Maoin halfway across the city by now."

”That’s true. She’s innocent at heart, but she has no real sense of direction. Anyhow, I’m putting my trust in you. I’m sure you wouldn’t betray me, would you?” She added with a smile.

"Sense of direction is the least of her problems." Sorcha grumbled. "And of course! I would never do something like that." She scoffed, genuinely pouted a bit at the suggestion. "Anyways, tell Sol I said Hi. I'll look for her and make sure she's not gotten into any trouble." Unless Luna did anything else, Sorcha would once again leave through the window in her usual fashion.

Avaline & Maoin

"Ah!" Avaline visibly lit up at having the coins tossed to her. "Yes! Thank you!" She didn't comment on Maoin's other comments. Obviously if she was being nice to her, then she didn't mean anything bad at all! She gave Maoin a happy smile before slithering quickly into the place the cat had pointed out. Needless to say, having a dragon just barge in like she owned the place, was not something the shop keeper was used too - for a brief moment, he panicked before realizing the lizard was staring more at the coins in her claws than him.

"...erm...can I help you?"

"Yes! How much fish will these shiny coins get me?" She shoved the coins into his face.

"Uhm..." He took the coins from the lizard, the older man taking a few seconds to count them before looking at her and the fish on sale. "You want...fish." Avaline nodded eagerly, holding her claws together in an endearing child-like fashion as she looked at the man hopefully. "Hmm..." The man rubbed his chin a bit, taking one of the fish and waving it in front of Avaline's face. She couldn't help but to follow each movement of it, mouth open and drooling slightly at the sight of it. And then, in one swift motion he tossed the fish into the air...and Avaline followed, leaping backwards in a fairly agile manner, catching the fish in her mouth as she started chewing on it.

"Delishous!" The Wyrm replied, causing the man to laugh.

"Here!" He handed her five fish, along with her money back. "For making an old man laugh." Avaline looked at the fish, the money, then back to the man.

"W-waaah? You mean it?" Avaline looked absolutely ecstatic before coughing and doing her best 'grand dragon' impression. "I-I mean! Your offering has pleased me human! Yes! So much so that I will frequent this establishment more!" This caused the man to laugh again as Avaline took the fish from him, holding them between each of her claws. "Now if you'll excuse me I have to escort small cat Maoin so she doesn't get lost!" Despite her attempts to take a more regal and dignified tone, her tail was doing a poor job of keeping her happiness concealed. Even so, she slithered back over to Maoin looking quite pleased with herself.

"Small cat Maoin! I bring food! Oh, and money you can have it back."

Livia

"Aha...well, first things first...being both a man and a woman is nothing special," She mused, smirking coyly at Selvina. But yes, she had expected this much at least. She wanted a job here. Nothing out of the ordinary. Many students who came here wanted a job at some point. After all, the rest of the world wasn't as kind to magic users sometimes. That said though...Selvina had been a constant, though unwitting, thorn in her side quite a bit. If such a trend continued, it'd be rather...annoying, to say the least. As well, her 'family ties' were something that concerned her a bit.

She didn't get along with blue-bloods at all. She was of noble lineage too of course, but she considered herself a mostly self made woman. She didn't use her parents money, or hide behind some gods power. All of it was her own.

"Hmm...well, I already had a librarian position lined up, though he perhaps isn't what you're expecting." She mused. "So that position is off the table." Livia grabbed her teacup, taking a sip of the contents. "As for researchers...I'll put it bluntly. You want to, fine, but I'll need to see some accomplishments of your own and how well your own discoveries are. So if you want to spend time working on that, go right ahead." Livia sat the cup down. "Which leaves just the teacher position...but I digress, I am not too eager to hire someone who has no experience teaching others...or comes from a blue-blooded background. Many teachers and staff here come from commoner origins." She let her words sink in for a bit, shuffling a few papers on her desk. Truthfully, she really didn't want to hire Selvina, but the potential pros of doing so outweighed her personal cons at the moment. She could be a useful tool, whatever happened.

"So I think what we could do is something like this. You will...'apprentice' under a teacher for a few months to a year. You will help them with their tasks and you'll get first hand experience. Of course, I will pay you, though it won't be anything like what the actual teachers get paid. During this time, if you so happen to research something that is anything substantial, I will consider funding your research personally."

Chione

"Mhm, yes, a jog sounds nice." Chione replied. "I am eager to see how well my body has kept up with its age...though I have a feeling spending a few hundred years in a tomb doing nothing but cleaning it and prayer doesn't do well for ones physical ability." She chuckled in a mildly self depreciating manner. "But worry not, this body shall not break or falter so long as I keep focused." It was the truth, more or less. She hadn't done anything but what she had mentioned for the last few hundred years. Aside from the occasional attempts at grave robbery that she had to deal with...but such things were dealt with easily.

Miren

"O-oh? I don't know?" Miren replied honestly. "Hopefully you'll just be...better? They mentioned its like some sort of lock on your mind, which is dampening your ability to function." Realizing Eith may not have entirely understood that bit, Miren continued. "For example, it's dulled your mind. Made it less sharp, and perhaps is limiting you in some way." That was the best Miren could do to explain it, though she wasn't confident that Eith would entirely understand at the moment.
Odette moved backwards swiftly, Himeko's katana barely grazing her neck, seemingly catching the ghost by surprise. The black veins that had started stretching across the ghosts body seemed to have extended more, covering most of her visible body by now. Whatever it was, was seemingly winning whatever battle for control it was having. Either way, the ghost summoned a small wraith, launching itself towards Himeko. It was no bigger than a hand, but it wore a ghoulish grin and a a ghostly shriek as it sped towards Himeko, intent on seemingly biting her.

The two summoned wraiths swiftly moved in towards Himeko, leaving Odette quite unguarded after she finished her little move.

Charlotte was still watching idly behind a gravestone, having noticed a few flowers she hadn't seen before and was writing down a few notes about them while Himeko did whatever it was she normally did. Livia was holding her hand to her chest, seemingly muttering something quietly to herself.
Aright! A post from me. Sorry for the delay~
Isabella Scott
Red Jasper
Forest Clearing

Isabella grunted in mild pain, applying some disinfectant to the small cut on her forehead. That last match had gone well, if only because she beat the other guy up worse than she had gotten beaten. A few cuts and bruises on her end, and maybe a fractured bone or two. Nothing serious that she couldn't deal with after a few days of rest. The next fight wouldn't be for awhile anyways, and she had always been a fast healer. She had only been doing the fights out of curiosity to start with after stumbling on them, but for the past month or so...well, she had been enjoying them.

underground fighting rings weren't something she'd thought she'd ever be doing, heh, but damn it if they weren't fun.

The redhead smirked to herself in the mirror, taking a moment to fix a few strands of hair. Boy, she looked terrible, but nothing like a good hot bath to fix that. First things first though, she had to get home and not have anyone get curious as to what happened. Living in a place that would cost most peoples a month salary to live in did have its drawbacks, so she had stopped by a fast food place to fix up her appearance just a bit and get some dinner.

"...huh?" She stopped, glancing towards the mirror. She thought she saw something move in it. Actually...now that she looked at it more, something was off about the entire thing. It was her reflection, and the reflection of the restroom...but something felt off about it all. gave her an oddly unsettled feeling. The kind that made the hair on the back of your neck stand on end. She frowned, taking a quick look around the restroom...no one else was in here, and it was pretty late at night. She had probably just been watching too many horror movies lately.

Still...maybe she could skip the food and get home.

Isabella made a quick exit. Her apartment wasn't too far away, just a quick few blocks over in the more wealthy part of the downtown area. She greeted the doorman with her usual nonchalant wave and walked inside, heading for the elevator and taking it to one of the top floors. She should maybe try and find a job or something. Sure, she had taken enough of her dads money to live comfortably for the rest of her life if she spent it wisely, but it'd still be nice to have some source of income.

Thoughts for later.

She walked into her apartment. Well furnished, and probably the exact opposite that you'd expect someone like her to live in. She yawned, stretching tiredly as she walked into the bathroom, turning the water for the shower on so it'd get hot, glancing into the mirror before she went about getting undressed.

...wait, that can't be right.

"...Either I'm going crazy or I hit my head harder than I thought..." She frowned, staring into the mirror. Oh certainly, it was her reflection staring back at her...but the mirror showed something quite out of place. It showed a tree, growing right in the middle of her shower. She blinked, taking a look behind her just to see nothing. When she turned back to the mirror, it was even worse. The bathroom had been entirely replaced with an outdoorsy landscape of some sort.

creepy, outdoorsy landscape. Densely packed, but trees with sparse foliage...a large, black obelisk in the distance.

"Okay, I think I seriously need to see a doctor..." Despite saying that, she couldn't help but to feel fascinated. It couldn't be a simple hallucination could it? A day dream of sorts? She couldn't be sure, but it fascinated her on some level.

So she reached out and touched the mirror.

Immediately upon doing so, gravity almost seemed to shift, pulling her towards the mirror as it shattered into dozens of pieces.

"What-the!?" She couldn't speak, falling through an endless silver void, watching a small window of light that was her bathroom as she fell into whatever world was behind the mirror, tiny shards of glass falling with her. Then there was the familiar feeling of pressure and the feeling of being submerged in water as gravity seemed to shift again, pulling her upwards towards the surface of some light.

"Son of a bitch-!" She broke the surface of a small pond of water, thankfully surfacing near the shore of it. "Ugh, damn it...the fuck!?" She sputtered, taking a moment to catch her breath before she pushed herself to her knees and took a look at her surrounding area. Oddly, she was dry despite having just taken a little swim.

She was in the same forest she had seen in the mirror, it looked like. She shakily stood to her feet.

"The hell am I supposed to do in a forest?!" She had never spent any amount of time out doors in her life. Being a city girl through and through, she was definitely not cut out to rough it in a forest. She took a few steps away from the pond, quickly checking her pockets for things that could help. Gloves, her cellphone - if cliches were to be followed, no signal and a ...discount coupon for subway. Nothing else. She hadn't exactly been expecting to go on a camping trip.

hmm...wait, was that someone's voice? She quietly approached where she thought she heard someone speaking. It didn't take her long to find a man and another woman standing about and talking. Seemingly in the same situation she was in. Isabella frowned, running her hands across the bangles on her wrist, the familiar article of clothing always having brought her a small comfort. So...she could introduce herself, but she could not just as well.

People were tiring, after all...but it might be a good idea to at least say hi. If they tried anything funny she'd just break their legs.

"...yo." She casually walked up to the two, giving them a wave. A girl wearing a black jacket, jeans, and boots who looked a tad bit roughed up was probably not the most comforting people to meet in a situation like this. Not to mention her typical neutral expression. "So either of you know what's going on? Or are you as clueless as me?"

@WeepingLiberty

I am terribly sorry.

I've been juggling some life things at the moment - like me possibly moving out of state. I'll get to work on a post soon, promise.
Avaline & Maoin

"O-oooh...so, later then?" She asked sheepishly. Could she not eat then? Master Luna didn't say she couldn't. Avaline looked absolutely depressed, face wilting as Maoin didn't say she had meant later back at the house. "Maybe we could stop for a quick snack now though?" She gave Maoin a hopeful look, holding her claws together. Her tail had coiled around her as she stopped moving for a moment, the end of it lightly moving back and forth.

Maoin couldn't be cruel enough to tell this adorable creature no, could she?

Khira & Miren

"Yes yes, food." Miren sighed, smiling softly. "Finish up then, when we are We'll go visit Aetheria."

"Mhm, good." Khira replied. "It will be good to be doing something productive." She stretched, glancing towards the door. "Hmm...I'm going to explore this new place. One should be familiar with their own territory."

"O-oh? P-please try not to scare anyone..." Miren sighed. Not that she expected the woman would intentionally get into trouble, but she didn't exactly...mesh well with others around here, a lot of the time.

"Hmm...Rabbit, I only promise not to eat those who annoy me." Khira chuckled as she headed for the door. "I shall be back soon, don't worry."

"T-that doesn't put me at ease at all!" The rabbit called after her with a whine. Ooh, this was going to end badly. She could feel it in the pit of her little bunny stomach.

Livia

After parting ways with Gwynn and Fox, Selvina found herself heading to the headmistress office.

"Ah Sel...I've been expecting you," She commented as the doors opened. She offered her a small smile, seemingly the only people in the room being the two of them. "How was your little trip, hm? Gwynn didn't give you any trouble I hope? That girl is quite the handful." She chuckled.

Chione

"O-oh? I do apologize for my sudden intrusion." Chione gave a respectful nod to Aetheria. "Don't be too hard on her...she was just being a good Samaritan and helping me." She followed Kozue, giving a smile to the new woman. "I suppose I'll introduce myself later, Kozue doesn't strike me as the type to like being kept waiting." She laughed before leaving the room after Kozue, not giving Aetheria another glance.

"Now, as for running." She gave Kozue a sly smile. "I did quite a bit of that in my old life...I may be a little out of practice, but I am confident in my physical ability." Chione did a few stretches, and gave Kozue an eager look. It had been awhile since she had done anything like this and she was feeling a little excited.
Isana Seiger

Isana's and Alice's Apartment
7:30PM

"Woman," Isana began with a mildly annoyed expression as she pointed her fork at the other woman. "I just took my clothes off and I'm not putting them back on to go help a midget with her alcoholism and deal with a pedo." Isana sighed in response to Alice's insistence. "And love is something I have very little of towards anyone, especially lesbian nymphos who don't know the meaning of the word 'no'." Ugh, this woman was impossible. "...but as long as you don't hurt my budget, do what you want." Agh, today was tiring in general. Whenever the others were brought up it always made her stressed. Angry. Annoyed. Agitated.

Ahh...She wanted to beat someone up.

It seemed though, the world was about to grant her wish.

Before she could question what was happening, it almost felt as though something slammed into her back, trying to crush her against the seat of the sofa.

"Gah!?" Isana yelped in mild surprise, barely having enough time to react, bringing her legs up to the apparent mouth of the couch and her hands to what was once the back of the couch. Was...the couch trying to goddamn eat her?! Fine, this thing wanted to have the stuffing beat out of it, she'd beat the goddamn stuffing out of it. Thankfully, she was fairly confident in her physical ability and flexibility. First things first though...

Isana's body was surrounded in a bright, white light as her usual clothing seemed to change, the fabric elongated and darkening in color as it extended to cover most of the rest of her body. The white light coalesced, finally settling and transforming into her old, magical girl outfit. A black and red uniform, along with a small cloak, boots with her constant companion, Vale appearing at her side as usual.

"HHMPH!" Isana pushed back against the top of the couches mouth, the metal springs hardly even being an issue. She could have probably done this without transforming - this thing was hardly all that strong to begin with. Regardless, she pried open the things mouth, long enough for her to leap out of it and land readily next to Alice, not sparing a glance at her roommate.

"I am goddamn sick and tired of things in this goddamn apartment always trying to eat me..." Isana rather grumpily huffed, drawing Vale from her side and pointing it at the monster. Even after all these years, she still had a penchant for trying to look overly cool. "Well, at least I can kill you." She lunged at the couch monster, slamming the weighty earthy sword horizontally into the top of it.
"Simple. Because you can't. You can't kill what is already dead...besides," She smirked. "Killing me would mean killing her. And I don't think you can kill your friend, now can you?" The wraith, who was clearly someone other than Odette at the moment cackled. "You don't even know what's going on, do you? Run back home to your mountain, whelp. Your kind has no business here...but you can leave the alchemist and the mage. I'll take them as my playthings."

Livia didn't comment, only exhaled in mild displeasure. Damn, it had gotten this bad, had it? A minor oversight on her part, but something she could deal with.

"Ignore her Himeko. I can fix any damage done to her as long as she's not completely banished."

"Yes yes, everything must be fixed because I'm the bad one. Always me. Never anyone else's fault. Of course. But that's fine. I'll burn you all to ashes just like they burned me." Another fireball was tossed at Himeko, Odette seeming to blink from existence, only to appear several yards away where a few more wraiths appeared.

"Don't worry so much about the Wraiths. You take care of her they'll be gone too!"
