Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

Isana's and Alice's Apartment

"Isana! My lovely, beautiful, sexy roommate. Your favorite roommate has returned. I desire a spot on your lap!"

Isana's alone time was as usual, interrupted by the lesbian nympho. She cast a backwards glance towards the door as the obviously slightly tipsy Alice stumbled in. Probably had gone to a party or something and got drunk flirting with women. Not that she particularly cared, though it did irritate her a bit.

"Sorry, no-mmmph!" She turned her head to reply to her roommate, only to promptly be silenced by a kiss to the lips. Her eyes widened a bit in surprise, not having entirely expected it. She went on to mention the bag of food she bought, along with a fairly simple demand as Isana sat up, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand as if getting rid of something unpleasant.

"Don't you ever get tired of this?" She grumbled, poking Alice in the forehead with her finger. "I'm surprised you didn't bring some slut home with you." Isana sat up, leaning on the arm of the couch as the smell of the Chinese food finally got to her, her stomach rumbling quietly. "But Fine, do what you want. Do anything funny and I'll use those chopsticks to...well, never mind. You'd probably enjoy that...hm?" Her phone buzzed...a text from someone? Who exactly would be texting her? Wasn't like she had any 'friends' aside from maybe Alice. She reached over and grabbed her phone, quickly scanning over the message, not really reading it.

"...meh."

It was from Lily. For a moment she might actually have thought something had been up if it had just been directed at her. God knows she didn't get along with her former teammates at all. She couldn't stand the lot of them usually. The fact it had been forwarded to pretty much all the former Justice Heart members though...well, she wasn't entire enthused about doing anything with them. The only reason she had her number, was because Alice wouldn't shut up about it. It was probably some some pedo being creepy as usual, so she tossed her phone carelessly onto the coffee table, not giving it another thought, grabbing a carton of Chinese food and some plastic forks that came with it, digging into the food with a languid, almost peaceful expression.

Ah.

Delicious.

"Next time, at least tell me before you eat my pizza...again." Wasn't the first time she had told her that, probably wouldn't be the last.
@PaulHaynek

I apologize, I really, really, do, but it seems my muse for this is completely gone. I've been trying to write stuff but I just keep coming up empty.

I'd feel bad if you guys waited on me, but I don't want to leave you guys hanging either, especially on a half finished quest.

The elevator doors opened, a few people milling out onto the ground floor of the building and brushing past her. She stepped inside, quickly pressing the button for the 29th floor before anyone else had the audacity to intrude on the sanctity of an elevator ride. Having a rich...'friend' had its perks. Like being able to live in a cushy almost penthouse level suite. Compared to her admittedly average paycheck, it was a godsend. As long as she entertained Alice occasionally, she basically could get anything she wanted...without spending a dime of her own.

Heh.

She yawned, loosening the tie around her neck and undoing a few buttons on her clothes. Blegh, she hated these damn things. If she could just walk around in her underwear everywhere, that'd be ten times better. At least work had gone same as ever. Boring. Mundane. Mind numbingly so. She had to stay and work a bit overtime, too.

She hated it.

Sure, she could fix a computer and handle software fairly well, but it wasn't exactly enthralling work. More of something to just distract her from her usual apathy towards, well, life. A little fact she tried not to dwell on too much. Soon as she had saved up enough money, she was going to retire and spend the rest of her life doing whatever the fuck she wanted...well. If. If she could make enough money to do so. With her current job, the chances were...slim. Average pay, average benefits...she saved about a third of her paycheck, used the rest on necessities, and the other half at casinos.

She didn't believe in luck, but it was a...slightly better than average way of getting rich quick. Too bad today she just broke even.

Ding

The elevator finally stopped, reaching the 29th floor without much of an issue. Isana stepped out, walking down the hallway and fumbling with the keys in her pockets and finally reaching the door to her apartment. Hopefully Alice wouldn't be there to pester her...or do other things. Eugh, she needed some alone time. She pushed open the door, yawning as she stepped inside the luxuriously furnished apartment. One step away from Penthouse, and comfortable enough for her, Alice, and Alice's...ahem, friends to typically live in without too much trouble, as long as they didn't get too loud.

Isana walked right to her room, pulling off her red coat, tie, and tossing them carelessly onto the floor of her room, followed swiftly by her shoes...and her pants.

After removing all of her clothes except her shirt and undergarments, Isana went to the kitchen, finding the refrigerator had already been raided by a certain someone she wouldn't be doing anything with for the next few days. Ugh, she had eaten her leftovers! Leftovers were her bread and butter! Ah, and she was looking forward to eating it too. Day old pizza was the best. Isana grumbled, closing the refrigerator, walking over to the cabinets and pilfering through them. She didn't feel like cooking...and nothing seemed too appealing...actually, she hadn't had Chinese food in awhile.

Hmm.

Not long after, she was laying on her stomach on the couch, TV on some anime and game console in hand.

At least tomorrow was her day off, though that only bought mild concern. Her boss said he wanted to speak with her about something on her next work day. Something about some...special job or something. Wouldn't be the first time she freelanced to make a bit of extra cash in the IT field, but the way he said it was mildly concerning.

Oh well...she reached over the arm of the couch, grabbing a few potato chips. Maybe Alice would be home soon. Alleviate some of this boredom by telling her to go buy her some Chinese food.
Avaline & Maoin

"O-ohhh," Avaline wilted somewhat under Maoin's somewhat curt statements. "B-but, ehm, y-you mentioned food?" She questioned, holding the tips of her claws together. "I was hoping we could get to that? Breakfast is the best meal of the day. Nothing is better than waking up to a freshly caught boar." She grinned, holding her hands on her hips, still looking at Maoin expectantly.

Khira & Miren

"Eith, swallow your food before speaking." Miren sighed, earning a chuckle from Khira.

"Lethargic? Lazy is lazy. Fancy words will not change that." She mused, taking a rather large slice of meat for herself. "Rabbit, are we speaking with the one that could fix Eith today?" She questioned. It seemed at least that Khira wanted to get that over with soon, though whether it was actual concern for Eith was unclear.

"W-well, I do think we should do it soon. If Eith feels up to it, I think it would be for the best." Miren grabbed a handful of vegetables herself, nibbling on them slowly.

Fox & Gwynn

"Ah, my master seems to underestimate how stubborn I am. I don't have to sit, if I can simply lay down, now do I?" Fox chuckled, before taking a mildly more serious tone. "And if you used my tail to charge your spellbook, I can't be responsible for what happens to it." She rather cryptically replied, stretching her body out and yawning.

"Ah...right, we'll be getting back soon." Gwynn said, glancing to the ground. What should she do? Should she go say hi to Maoin? She should probably tell the Headmistress what happened, if she didn't already know. Either way, she couldn't stay for more than a few days at most. She had...well, work to do. "Well...as for myself, I am going to get me a nice big drink and spend the rest of the evening figuring out how to work this holy sword with a complicated name." She grinned.

Fox cast a glance over to the girl. Gwynn. Out of all the humans she met recently, she liked that one the most aside from Ayumi. If only because she was amusing and let her be well, herself. After everything that happened though...she had to wonder if it was alright. She had been in a similar position herself some time ago...forcing yourself to fight for a cause or something you don't fully believe in, never ends well for anyone.

Well, maybe it would be the gods this time who paid the price.

Wasn't her problem now, though.

Chione

"Training?" She thought for a moment, holding a hand to her chin before giving Kozue a smile. "Certainly. It would be good to get in some practice myself. It has been awhile since I have been able to have consistent practice." Normally her training consisted actually doing things and practicing them. That's how one learned to be a successful thief or dancer, at least...but those were things that happened long ago when the sands were warm and the sun was hot. A long time ago. She didn't particularly enjoy fighting, but having a healthy body was something anyone should hope for.

"Lead the way then."

@PlatinumSkink

"Rrrral...!" As the smokescreen hit Ralia, the psychic type pouted a bit. Some of the clones were comically bumping into each other in a mildly exaggerated manner.

"Roger roger." Claire replied to Anise. Taking out the Growlithe was the only thing keeping the horde of fighting pokemon away from them. If she could take them out, then it'd be easy...but she wasn't really in any position to take out the Growlithe at the moment. Ralia could handle herself for the moment. She first needed to make sure Ritz was doing well. Peck was a flying-type, which meant if it hit Ritz then it'd probably hurt. A lot. Natu was faster than he was, after all.

"Ritz! Counter that peck with a comet punch!" No risk, no reward.

"L-led!?" She wanted him to attack it instead of dodging it? W-well, that was...Ritz steeled his nerves, and sent a flurry of punches towards Natu. "LED!"

"Ralia! Disarming voice again!" Unfortunately for them, Disarming Voice wasn't a move that could be easily dodged, even with lowered accuracy. "Send it towards Natu!" Ralia saluted. With the smokescreen accuracy was going to be bad, but she could at least throw it in Natu's general direction, and maybe disrupt a few others too.
Avaline & Maoin

Unfortunately for Maoin, she'd be learning very quickly keeping up with Avaline was going to be hard. By the time they had left the house, the Wyrm was already excitedly looking at everything, straying from the straight path and on several occasions almost losing sight of Maoin entirely. The only reason she seemed to slither back was because of Maoin's promise of food.

"Hey hey...small cat Maoin." Hah! She was learning names! Take that universe! The Wyrm was looking at her expectantly in her usual over excitable manner.

Khira & Miren

"Grah!?...oh...Alpha Eith. It's just you." Khira nearly tossed Eith off of her, almost expecting a sneak attack of some sort. Ugh, she wasn't used to quite so many people yet. "...Alpha doesn't mind a little skinship, it seems." She chuckled as Eith laid on her. Not that the Chimaera minded, quite the opposite.

"Uhm, morning Eith." Miren greeted with a friendly smile. "And yes. I just finished making breakfast."

"Hm, it smells good at least." Khira commented, her tail smacking Eith on the head. "Lazy Alpha should wake up."

Fox & Gwynn

"Ah, Master," Fox sighed. "It's unfortunate, but I need you about as much as my sister needs to live." She chided, though it was easy to tell she was simply being her usual self, if a bit more grumpy seeming. Gwynn, though, had been silent most of their return trip. After everything that happened...she didn't feel better at all. She felt like, if anything, she was back to square one on some level...but Sel had assured her that this was the right choice...

"...O-oh, yeah." Gwynn pulled herself from her own thoughts, and after a stumbling over her greeting she was seemingly back to her old self. "You know, if you two want I can leave and let you two have a room."

"Ha, like I want to be alone with Master...the things this deviant wants to do with animals."

"...Sel, if you are abusing this adorable little fox in any way I'ma take this sword and do some not so nice things to you."

"Please do. The times this deviant has wanted me to sleep with them like this. Ugh, I shudder at the thought."

Chione

Chione grumbled lightly as she was urged to wake up. Blegh, she was never a morning person.

"Moooorning..." She sleepily greeted Kozue, sitting up where she had been sleeping and stretching. "Sleeping on a real bed for once feels great. Sarcophagi do not make great beds." She chuckled lightly to herself, brushing a few strands of loose hair out of her face. "...hmm, You're up early Kozue."
Alright, barring any interruptions I'll have a post up tomorrow~

Depends

Isana hardly ever leaves home. When she's not at home, she's working or at a casino, or finding a 'bad guy' on her off days and beatin' them up. She doesn't get out much so unless they made a point to spend some time at her place, she'd probably not do much with them.
"Wrong? With me? No no." Odette replied, a smile forming on the wights lips. "but trespassers on my land must be dealt with. You think you can escape, no no."

"Urgh." Livia grimaced. "I thought something like this might happen. You'll need to weaken her a bit, Himeko. I can fix this easily." She had enough of an idea what was going on, but she needed to prepare a bit, otherwise she'd end up hurting Odette. Charlotte, was had taken shelter behind a gravestone and was carefully peeking over the edge, giving Himeko an encouraging thumbs up.

"Fix? Nothing needs to be fixed. Yes. Everything is fine. This is my land, I'll do on it what I want." Several blue orbs formed beside her, before their wispy forms turned into more of the same specters as earlier. Before Himeko could do anything more, a blue fireball was tossed at her.
Whoops~
Almost forgot to put Isana in the Character tab.

So who wants to be friends with the grumpy cynical gold digger who spends half her paycheck at a casino?
