Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

@Lucius Cypher@Zeroth- Hunting with Orchid

Ash would have grimaced as most of the volleys had missed - only one of her smaller globs of venom hitting. As soon as one did hit though...well, the plan had worked well. Almost too well. The rat immediately began to heave, drool pouring from its mouth as it's body looked noticeably more sickly in an instant. The smaller globs didn't burn as much as it seemed...but perhaps their smaller nature had a stronger concentration of venom? Since it wasn't spread out everywhere over the surface, that could certainly be it. The same way area pressure worked.

She'd need to do more testing.

Either way, Orchid quickly closed the distance, tossing a rock right into the rats head causing a splatter of blood to coat the rocks behind it. The rat twitched and convulsed pathetically, the pain and venom ravaging its body mercilessly until Orchid skewered its belly with her makeshift spear. With one last screech, the rat was dead and at least, her meal secured for the evening.

"Hmm..." Ash quickly scurried over, taking a claw to its hide and cutting into the meat of the rat, studying it intently for a few seconds and tasting it. "Well...it seems I've made a slight err in judgement." She scoffed at her own short shortsightedness. Of course there was a chance it'd get poisoned and ruin the meat, meaning Orchid likely wouldn't be able too. With night seeming to be falling, they needed to hurry.

"It seems I accidentally poisoned this meat. Ugh, getting used to this hideous form and abilities is going to be annoying." She briefly glanced over to Orchid. "Eating it would likely be bad for your health..." She turned her head back to the Rat, taking a large bite of the meat and wolfing it down. "If you need I can help you hunt another unless you want this...but I wouldn't recommend it." She was a lizard after all, and she didn't likely need to eat as much as Orchid.

...Hmm, poisoned meat might make for a good trap.

I haven't been into anything SCP in awhile but I'll be interested in throwing my hat into trying this.

Leading a party into a place like this, was not something Valora was unused too. As the light from their torches spilled into the gloom of the ruin and revealed its aged stone walls, she scrunched her nose from the smell. Sickening. Not to mention what she could only assume to be blood from under the door ahead of them. Part of her wanted to ignore it and continue on. It wasn't her job to find their missing people, just to get something from this ruin and return...but they might have valuable information, even if something happened to them.

"...kichoo...!"

A high pitched, but short lived sound pierced the silence as Valora turned her gaze to the princess who was holding her nose. Seeing Valora's gaze, Isabella gave her an expectant look, oblivious to her sneeze. Prescott was simply watching, mildly thinking about how cute the princess actually was in this lighting.

"...Right, Prescott, help me with that door." No sense in worrying about it. Valora handed her torch to Isabella as she walked over to the wooden door, opening it.

Your negotiations have earned a skill!

Skill Gain: Charisma I
Like other charismatic skills, your personality is almost a magical charm unto itself. You’ll have greater luck convincing others to go along with your suggestions, but only within their own natural reasoning. This skill may not work on those with stronger Wills.
System:Ash

Ash's eyes widened slightly at the message in front of her. What in the world...? Huh, curious. That was odd. Some sort of informational hologram? What was it called...a HUD or something? Like in some fancy sci-fi novels, but a more fantasy version of it? And this was some sort of system message...? Even more curiously, was the 'skill' she had received. 'Charisma'. How quaint. She had been doing a lot of talking since she had come here. So...would she learn new skills by attempting new things? Practice makes perfect as they say. Either way, this was an interesting turn of events. She'd have to experiment and test the limits of this.

For now though -

"Dire rat," Ash hissed quietly as the large rodent dashed through the rocks, obviously on the hunt as well. "I can ambush and try to paralyze it so you can finish it off." She could probably handle the rat herself, but it'd be a good idea to have Orchid at least watch her back in case anything happened. Without waiting for much of a confirmation from the goblin, the Lizard darted forwards, hopefully getting ahead of the rat as darted behind some rocks a little ways up, hoping to cut the rodent off.

She was already filling her gullet with as much poison as she could force herself to hold. Upon seeing the rat, she'd lob several quick shots at it. Smaller than they normally would be, but faster.
Sorcha, Black fox, Avaline

"Tsk, it was no exaggeration." The dragon replied irritably, though didn't press the issue deciding for the most part to keep her mouth shut. They had to go find the lizard and that other cat it seemed, thankfully it didn't take long.

"Ah-Master Luna!" Avaline waved excitably as Luna walked into the room, slithering excitedly over to the knight. "Ehe, I made sure to share my infinite dragon wisdom, yes!" She placed her hands confidently on her hips, grinning smugly. "This squishy human and tiny black cat learned infinitely new wisdom from me, hah!"

"Master is busy being a philanderer with other girls, I see." Fox replied with a light chuckle. "Perhaps I should let this one keep me." She patted Katherine's cheek with a paw.

Lyssa & Ritsa

"Haha, got you!" Ritsa giggled brightly as she had pinned the cat to the ground. She was completely oblivious to the boys fear, and was about to let him up before she found herself soundly flung off of the cat. She didn't go as far as the human had likely expected, more of just tumbling off of him as though she was hit by the force of something. Being a 1-ton sea serpent had its advantages.

"...Huh?" Ritsa tilted her head to the side as she sat up, pointing to herself. Stray? Bully? What was this human talking about? She just looked up obliviously to the human. Had she done something wrong?

"Haha, hold up there," Lyssa grinned towards the human currently accosting Ritsa. "She was just playing, no need to get all upset." Lyssa replied, giving the human an impish grin. Ritsa herself seemed to have grown bored, walking away and heading back over to Fia rather impertinently.

"Pretty red!" She giggled, climbing up to Fia's level. "Lake! Wanna go? Swimming fun!"

"Maybe don't overreact to stuff...oooor get a familiar who doesn't need his mom to fight his battles for him." Lyssa replied, some of her devilish impishness showing.

Miren & Khira

"W-well, regardless, we should get going shouldn't we?" Miren got up from her seat, taking a few of the dishes and placing them near the sink. "Aetheria is where we're going, and we should hurry." Gathering a few items, the Rabbit headed over to the door, Khira following soon after and heading to Aetheria's place.

Livia

"Tsk," Livia picked up the doll shaking her head. "Well, they are adorable. My apprentice does have good taste in aesthetics." She chuckled, stretching the tiredness out of her old bones. "I'll take you up on that offer." The headmistress rolled over onto her bed, grabbing a pillow and the covers.

Chione

"Oh, wonderful. Thank you miss." Chione replied gratefully. "I shall clean up a bit," She glanced over to Kozue. "Ahem, thank you for your help, Kozue. It's been a while since I've had a training partner." With a respectful bow, Chione made her way down the hallway to where Aetheria had indicated, leaving the Priestess and the healer alone.

Satisfied with her answer, Ash hopped off her perch and onto the ground. What could they hunt, she wondered? Hm. Well, she hoped they could find a few lizards. If Orchid could take them back, it could raise her standing with the Goblins and make them trust her more. A thought for later, though. For now she just needed to bring back some food for everyone. That would at least make them trust her more than they already did. Hopefully. Perhaps she was being too optimistic.

"Two slimes, a Pixie, and two other lizards such as myself." Ash replied, walking along the ground. "We had to split up when we saw the big goblin coming...but we were in the middle of hatching a plan ourselves. To deal with all of them, even that fire wielding goblin." Ash paused, sniffing the air again. "They couldn't have gone too far, but for now lets find ourselves some food. I'd suggest finding ourselves a few lizards, Dire Rat, or a Wisp." She started walking again. Hopefully finding something to eat wouldn't be too difficult.
Isolde

Kergin swiftly carried his rider down the stairs towards the prison, Isolde holding lightly to the reins as he lumbered down the stairs behind the others. It wasn't a long trek, but soon their progress was halted. Confronted by an obvious enemy, Kergin growled lowly in their direction as Aldo made the situation apparent. Double checking with the shiny new magic stone she had been given, it was easy to tell what was going on.

"Eep!" Before Isolde could really gain a handle on the situation, it seemed Kergin made the decision for her. "Welp, here we go!~" She laughed in a cheery manner. The large Wyvern roared loudly, flapping his powerful wings and leaping into the air, over Titiana and landing with a heavy thud in front of her. The Wyvern barreled towards the group of soldiers, having only a little trouble turning at a sharp angle at a high speed as Isolde directed Kergin towards the lancer in the back.

Kergin didn't even halt in front of the Lancer, instead choosing to ram the knight with his head, not particularly caring for any damage he might take in the process. As soon as Kergin rammed the knight, Isolde would raise her Halberd, bringing it down in a swift, vicious vertical arc.

@Lucius Cypher - Orchid

"Huh..." Ash would have smiled if her lizard mug was capable of it. "Well, it seems our goals are the same." She was fairly certain this goblin was trustworthy. The Goblin chief likely wasn't the cleverest of creatures, plus it wasn't like he had any idea about what they were actually doing. This Goblin could be of use, then. "I too, desire that goblin killed. He stands in the way of the freedom of my friends." Ash took a quick glance around the immediate area, tasting the air with her tongue as she was certain lizards could do. It was getting late, and she hadn't eaten much that day. Perhaps she could use this goblin to bring some food back for everyone. "I could introduce you, if you'd want. If we have a goblin on our side it would be a great asset, and if you have some strategy, we could work together surely."

If the goblin agreed, that meant their own plans could be so much easier done. Have her be an inside agent, as they say. She could easily gain the goblins trust and then stab them in the back when they needed her the most. A little work, but it would make their jobs easier in the long run once they decided to take care of the cave boss.

"If you want, perhaps you can help me with some hunting. I've not eaten much today, too focused on work and other things."
