Rosalyn would be either be Sun, because of his naturally positive nature, or Strength for obvious reasons. Leon would be either Death, for obvious reasons, or Judgement because he's come to terms with the fact that he's dying. Quincy would probably be the Fool, because I just think it fits him, or the Hanged Man, because healing people using magic uses his own energy.
