I might write up a new character and leave Atlantis to @Birdboy. We obviously have contradictory ideas of how Atlantis operates, and having three people that can manipulate water seems a little excessive. So I will begin work on another character.

ᴘᴀʀᴇɴᴛ(ꜱ): Garth and Donna Troy
ᴘᴏᴡᴇʀꜱ: Taox is the son of an Amazon and Atlantean. This has granted him supernatural condition. Making him faster and stronger then humans and even some super powered individuals. Where is really shines is that he was raised in the Silent School, where he learnt magic. Making him quite an adept spell caster much like father. Obviously being half Atlantean has given Taox the ability to not only survive at the bottom of the ocean, but to also thrive there.
ꜱᴋɪʟʟꜱ/ᴀʙɪʟɪᴛᴇꜱ: Taox was trained by both his Father and the Silent School to be an adept fighter and sorcerer. He was trained in the various Atlantean martial and mystic arts.
ᴡᴇᴀᴘᴏɴ(ꜱ): none usually. Tends go focus more on his magic and strength. Though has been known to wield a trident or sword when facing stronger enemies. Used to carry an Atlantean Blaster when part of the Royal Guard.
ʙᴀᴄᴋꜱᴛᴏʀʏ: Taos’s parents were two of the founding members of the original Titans team in the 80s. Garth, the first Aqualad, and Donna Troy, the First Wonder Girl. The two fought side by side in the first Titans team. After nearly a decade of working together, they started to develop feelings and began a relationship. Donna fell pregnant and returned to Themyscira. Upon the birth of the Male, Taox, Donna contacted Garth to have him raise the boy as she was worried how the Amazons would react to raising a boy. Garth accepted, but his duties to Atlantis called him away, and under the instruction Aqua Man, Taox was enrolled in the Silent School and was sent their ad a boarding student. Raised in the Silent School, it wasn’t until he turned eighteen that Arthur Curry arrived and offered Taox a place in the Royal Guard. He learned his father had passed away in battle and so Taox joined the New Titans team.
This lasted a few years until he was mind controlled into murdering one of his teammates. This forced Taox to leave the team and head into a self imposed exile.
Only now just re-emerging because the world needs more heroes once more.

I’m honestly quite disappointed this has happened. I for one knew going in that it would be a fairly linear story, that had clear boundaries so don’t really understand why people would join it, only to kick up a stink when they aren’t allowed to directly contradict the already established lore of the RP.
Like I was genuinely looking forward to some good character interactions and character development within the scope of working together to get stronger to fight the Beyonder.
Imagine directly defying pre established lore within an RP, just so you can write out a weird power fantasy.

Concord Dawn. He had a farmstead/safe house there.

Appearance:

Kosna Kustir stands around 5’11 and is built well. Years of training and working a farm has sculpted his body, not that you would normally be able to tell underneath his armour that he is almost always wearing.

Equipment:

RSKF-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol

Kosna’s sidearm of choice is a modified RSLF-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol. The weapon is instead modded to fire Blue MASER bolts.

Cycler Rifle

A heavily modified Cycler Rifle. Kosna’s weapon of choice for long range engagements. Cycler rifles were crude yet reliable rifles designed to fire solid projectiles. They could hit targets at extreme ranges and penetrate energy shields.

Cabur

Kosna’s main weapon, which is named Cabur after the Mandalorian word for Protector or Guardian, is a mid range double barrel blaster rifle. Built off a similar design as his blaster pistol, it fires to blaster bolts with each shot. It is fitted with an under-slung launcher and had the words “Mando'ad draar digu” engraved on it, which translates to “A Mandalorian never forgets”

Beskar'gam

Probably Kosna’s most iconic gear is his armour and Vambraces. Fashioned from Beskar and equipped with all the basic, gadgets you’d expect from Mandalorian Armour and Vambraces.

Bio:

Kosna Kustir was born on Concord Dawn. His mother died in childbirth. His father remarried to a man. Kosna was raised by his two fathers on a farm on Concord Dawn until he was twelve and his Fathers, who would take turns traveling for Mercenary work, decided that he was old enough to join them. So the three men boarded a starship and took off and Kosna began his career as a Bounty Hunter.
When he was eighteen, Kosna and his fathers were tasked with stealing an artefact from an old Sith Temple by a crime boss. The mission did not go well, as something dark called to Kosna, and he found himself lost and separated from his fathers. After facing several trials within the temple, he managed to escape to find that a squad of Jedi had arrived at the temple and killed his fathers for allegedly trying to restore the sith.
Kosna chartered a ship back to the crime lord, and fought his way through and murdered the crime lord. Forcing him to escape, and flee back to Concord Dawn. Where he payed low and spent the next few years rebuilding and training. It soon became apparent he would need help, so he began traveling again. He etched a promise into his blaster and travelled the outer rim looking for work and allies.

Powers and Abilities:

Kosna is a trained warrior. Trained in blaster marksmanship. He uses a modified form of Teräs Käsi in melee fights.
Kosna is technically force sensitive, but is both untrained and unaware. With it mostly manifesting in enhanced reflexes and physical conditioning, with his shots seeming to find weak spots due to a latent form of shatter point.
He speaks galactic basic, Mando'a, binary and Hutt.

Martin was up. Most of his internal systems were rebooting, or trying to calibrate to the sudden changes in environment. ”Martin.” He said rather abruptly, realising most of the others had already introduced themselves and he didn’t want to feel left out. He stepped up to America and Wiccan.

“I’m not going anywhere. I intend to face the Beyonder head on! Now hurry!”

Billy however stayed where he was. ”Um… If it’s alright… I’ll stick with you.” He replied looking at Teddy. “Safety in numbers and all that…” Of course his ulterior motive was to get to know the green guy better. But also, he addressed America. “But also, if the Beyonder is as bad as you say he is. Well, what kind of superhero would I be if I let you face him alone?” He said as he made his fist glow blue with magic.

”Is fighting a being that has access to power dampeners really a smart idea? I mean, I hate to shoot down a plan, but those things that brought us here wiped the floor with the Avengers of my universe.” He gestured at the group. ”I doubt us teenage knock-offs are going to be much of a threat.” he paused. Maybe for a little too long as he considered the best course of action. ”No offence.” Martin added on.

He surveyed the team. He decided Iron Lad would probably be one of their biggest assets considering his armour should be relatively immune to the power dampeners. Making him the most consistently powered if they were to get in a fight. The biggest red flag was probably Terra. Very reserved and secretive. Something about her rubbed Martin the wrong way. ”Iron Lad. That fancy suit still work here with the power dampeners? We could use a heavy hitter.” He turned to America. ”Come with us. Once we find out a way around these power dampeners we can come back for the Beyonder. I doubt you can put up much of a fight against a swarm of machines that can turn off your powers, before you even get close to Beyonder. There’s no glory in winding up dead because you got cocky.”
