I will be asking each of you to re-submit your character in the OOC so that I can both confirm your interest and to make sure that everyone is good to go.

@Mae Ledo is a relatively minor god in the grand scheme of things, but he still sees a fair amount of worship in this era. You can expect most trade towns to have a shrine to him in order to pray for the safety of traders that are coming or going. His worship is most prominent in the centrally located tribes, as they see the greatest influx of travelers. As the world ages and technology makes traveling safer, the shrines to Ledo will become all but obsolete.

Offerings for the safe return of loved ones have been made to Ledo for a long time now. Generally, this involves burning something that belonged to the missing individual at one of Ledo's shrines, which is often little more than a stacked pile of rocks at the entrance of the village.

There aren't many places directly associated with the god, but he often appears in stories as a guide to heroes that would often reveal himself near large oak trees, making them a common place for people to make prayers to him. In tribes where he is worshipped frequently, a common farewell to travellers is to say, "Ledo walk with you."

Alright, alright. First and foremost, I would like to apologize for taking so long just to make this post, but it more time than I anticipated to lay down the conceptual framework to get this thing off the ground. Secondly, despite numerous attempts to contact our GM, we have been left adrift in this odd Interest Check limbo. From here on I intend to take over as GM, assuming there aren't too many objections. That said, if @Lost Shadow does return later on, I expect everyone to treat them as excellently as we will be treating each other.

Now, on to the meat and tatoes of the matter at hand: I’ll do my best to keep the overall premise the same as Shadow’s, but since we never saw this fleshed out past the Interest Check, there is a lot of world building to be done. By all means, PM me or even chat in the OOC about any ideas or plotlines you think would be cool/would like to see. I have a few plot points mapped out in my head so far, but between all of us I know we can craft something truly spectacular.

Also, if anyone is interested in helping me run this beast, help from some Co-GMs would be greatly appreciated. One person trying to keep everything organized with almost 20 players sounds incredibly daunting. Anybody interested in a position need only PM me and we’ll work from there.


Finally, if for whatever reason you have lost interest in this RP, there will be no hard feelings so just let me know and I’ll take you off of the Ping List. Other than that, hopefully we can finally get this show on the road. You all can expect the IC to be up within the next few days.
