Want to do a slice of life romance, in the MHA universe. SoL is good with an interesting backdrop.

Bio

I don't know how to make this all stylish yet. I'll figure it out eventually.

In the mean time ahem:

Hello! I am currently writing a script for a fantasy story I plan on animating (Using the program Poser) Rping really helps get my creative muscles flexing and I'm going to be incorporating some character ideas into the RPs I produce with other people. This could include Male or Female. I really try to challenge myself.

I am a huuuuuuuge fan of epic scale narrative, and breathing life into a story is a great passion of mine. Seriously I watch trope talk pod casts and how to write, just to make my script as effective as possible.

I am versatile. I love things with emotion, whether Romance, Grim, Adventure Thriller, or even Comedy. Above all else, I love to entertain. I hope to do so with you.

I also have a 1X1 interest check.

Pox had taken to the streets, encouraging others to get into their homes, as if the explosion wouldn't do that all by itself. Initially Pox had figured that the Dragon Heart Guild saw the 'bandits' and opened things up with a bang. Pox knew that it was a stupid idea to have them fight, at the village. An ambush in surrounding marshlands or among the open field could play to their strengths, particularly if they had prepared the field before hand, but after Pox sent out the message, they must have moved in to start to harass the weakened town and take other shipments as they arrived. Maybe something else was going on. It was hard to tell these days.

Pox had moved the crowd aside and heard the inevitable sounds of battle and magic. Gun magic, bombs. It was like a warzone. The guilds must be going all out with eachother. As Pox turned the corner, he was horrified as his keen mind picked up on what was going and what happened. The smoldering crater that was a wagon was surrounded with the groaning injured bodies of robed men, Spider Legs uniforms, worn to intimidate and hide their identities. The explosion wiped away near an entire crop of plants. Such devastation for something that was mostly hidden.

Did Dragon Heart do this? He mentioned the wagons containing the medicine and yet, it was a secured location. Some of the bodies seemed to be strewn with bits of food, mugs. These men weren't in battle. Was it a preemptive strike, using the wagon as a central location for an attack to remove the majority of the opposition?

The other option filled Pox with a feeling of rage and disgust. It was a tactic he's seen before. Using prospects and foot soldiers as your holding force for an enemy, and then have them swept up in the collateral damage. It was a foolish and needlessly cruel tactic. But thats why they are called dark guilds...

Still Pox couldn't let this stand. He went from the safety of a corner of a building and made the dash to the remains of the wheat field, ducking low and keeping his head down. The bulk of the battle, explosions, rocks, hammers, swords clashing against eachother ringed less than fifty meters away. He attempted to get to the body of a fallen Spider closest to him. His dark leather robed uniform and odd mask would no doubt peg him as one of the Dark Guilds members at a distance. His mask would be recognizable as Apothecary, but they weren't in that country.

Regardless, he accepted the risk. "Flash Heal." He used a weaker one of his spells, his hand sparking with bits of light and a bright glow shining from underneath the poor Spider.

"Wh-wha happened?" The magic was enough to alleviate some of the pain and heal over some of the scratches, letting the man regain some of his faculties.

Pox gave him no time to recover as he got his hands under the mans arms to drag him out of harms way. "You'll be alright, just keep your head down and stay quiet." This would be the doctor's routine until the injured was out of danger. He had to focus on the battle while tending the casualties, less a stray spell make things... difficult.
Still game.

I want to play something completely inhuman. The tree people, lizards, and spirits look interesting. Lets see what others play as.

Regardless of what I play, my character will be religious, worshiping the pantheon or devoting themselves to a particular less martial god.

"Master Pox! Master Pox!"

Pox had been approached by one of the brave volunteers of the towns folk. He was still wiping the clownish paint that Marni painted on his face while tending to another patient when the panicked' man ran to him. He pointed outside. "There is some kind of carriage outside of town, but there are also some strangers in the northern stalks! They are wearing robes, have weapons!"

"Are they the bandits?" "Is it a dark guild!?" "The bandits are here?" "What hope do we have!" There was a clammor of despairing voices in the town hall among the bed ridden patients. Those of lucidity joined into the concerned banter. The bandits have moved in, holding the entrances to the town. They tried to remain hidden but they didn't do a very good job considering their darkened attire. The belief was that they were casing the weakened town to raid it. This was the first time they were so close.

It was part of the plan but with so many players, it was bound to be less than elegant.

Pox addressed them. "Calm yourself, the carriage may have been the Dragon Heart Guild I sent for."

"Dragon Heart?" "Is it really them!" "This is great! They'll show those bandits!"

A simple word to bring some hope. The Dragon Heart Guild proceeded itself. "Keep everyone inside for now, there might be a battle in store. And maybe they can get that medicine. Nala." He addressed an unassuming girl, she modeled herself a nurse, and was known around town as Pox's assistant. She seemed skilled and knowledgable if a little quiet. "Keep things running. If its the Dragon Heart, they might need some medical assistance after the fight."

In case the Spiders couldn't hold Dragon Heart, Phase 2 would take place. Pox and Nala worked it out, get the Guildsman into town, where each of them had the advantage. Hostages to keep the heroes busy with both of their insidious magics could take advantage.

Pox nearly cut her off. He had his fists infront of him like he was about to cheer. "It's such a pleasure to meet you Primalia." She was adorable! Just like he thought such arcane technology would be able to mimic life so splendidly. Pox found it more than acceptable to treat her like a real person. She was. In his understanding of magical laws, the patterns of essence had developed their own personality and the body itself was just a machine. In her case it was more literal but Pox hardly noticed the difference. His only fear was whether she could be subject to his healing magic. He might need to learn some mechanics and clockwork artisanry to be able to maintain his oath.

He seemed to relax when she explained himself. He crossed his arms, resting one elbow in the opposite hand as he held it close to his face, stroking the length of his beak. Her words were unsettling. Surely even the farthest flung barbarians knew of the realm, and such a clockwork efficient society would have been reported. Indeed, it would have launched a thousand ships to make sure such a rich land would be interred into the Realm as part of their influence. He nodded. "Curious. I must say I am unfamiliar with your culture as well... in fact-"

Another outburst from another man demanding confusion and answers almost confirmed him. And while he spoke, Pox looked to the man in the mask who had trouble speaking, how another girl seemed to have no eyes, and when Pox realized it, he approached River past Primalia and couldn't believe what he was seeing. There was oddities, impossibilities, things that should be long dead, and Pox could detect that all of them seemed to be confused, all starving for answers.

"Comrades." Pox stated, directing his question to the room, looking to each, addressing them as he spoke. "I have a hypothesis. A simple guess." He tapped his beak. "Before arriving here, my last memory was a great battle, a battle in which I was a part, and should have died. I remember the pain of a dozen cuts before falling. Yet I feel not those sores now. We were in battle with an army that seemed to come from no where. Our savants could not determine where this force had come from, theorizing that they came from the chaos of the Wyld beyond Creation itself." He then remembered that proper nouns would only work in confusing those more.

"In any case, now we are here, and each of us seem to not know why, and speak of things we do not know. Something that would be common knowledge." He approached river, hands together. "For example, the People of the Air. Winged people. In Creation they were all considered extinct after the Usurption of the Gods and Creators. Yet here is one. A living relic." He visibly shoke with excitement, everyone could tell he was probably grinning ear to ear under the mask. "Primalia claims no such things exist. As do you." He points to Uriel.

"If I can make an assumption that there was also a force that may have attacked your homes, maybe this force can terrifyingly, and I know it sounds far-fetched. But maybe this force can cross worlds? Maybe. It would explain why each of us seem to have different facts. We were all taken here, and that might mean a completely foreign world awaits us above. But- but do not despair. If such an ability is had by the enemy, it is not impossible for us to find our way to our respective homes. Not exactly an answer, but it does explain things. And as big as that is, I encourage that we focus on the here and now, and prepare for impossible things. For instance, we can understand eachother. That is either a massive MASSIVE coincidence that our languages are all the same, or there is something that this world has that connects us at least in that way."

He looks towards the Stranger, who also seemed an oddity but could make no other conclusion. Still he spoke. "Regardless of the circumstance, we are all on the same side. So atleast we're not alone in this trying time." He approached the creature that had an issue speak. "You cannot speak? If it's an injury, I can try to alleviate it. Other than that... can you write? Any chunk of wood and a fire can make a sick of charcoal."

What happened next, well it all happened so fast. A quick bit of words from the 'villain' and everything grinded to a halt. It was a moment where it was so literal that if this were real they would be dead. Good efforts? Hiroki's heart and features snapped. What the actual F--- Hiroki had never been so shamed. It would have felt better just to be knocked out.

It was a pity victory. They were just embarrassing themselves and the villain got bored. Was he really that weak? What the hell was he even doing this for if he wasn't able to take down one stupid villain. Not like this. He wanted to punch something. He was so angry he was visibly shaking. His fists gripped themselves so tight that when he released them, lines of purple and red would be marked on his skin. He clenched his teeth as he looked at the ground. Breath. Breath. You're not out of this yet. Calm down. Just get through this. Then you'll show them. He wanted to punch the teacher in the teeth but had to remind himself that wouldnt do any good. Smug piece of scaled garbage.

He took a few seconds pacing flexing his fists in order for him to calm down. "Okay... Okay... fine... whatever." He definitely felt the soreness of his mistakes as he moved, adrenaline wearing off. Instead of his usual demeanor Hiroki looked to his companions.

"You both okay?" He asked. But he then got down to business remember his classes on rescue training. "Can't lift. Have to drag him. If we can find rope, power cords, wire, anything keep his arms locked. Rolling him onto a sheet would help too. We can use this road, flat enough to get to the bus. Stupid tail." If it was just his legs, maybe each could hoist a leg over a shoulder and be able to drag together. The tail is hopefully enough to have one of them wrap it around. "Got to keep an eye on him, recover while the other two look for things to help with, or more of those damn dummies. We wasted too much time with this." Hiroki conceded that doing this would have to be a team effort.
I do like the concept of holding a place of respite, a Bastian against the dark.

Interested.

While Pox queried about some information, his rescuer, the woman he felt little life from approached. Her words while simple were invigorating. Indeed, he seemed to get more and more life from the exchanges between his current comrades and the focus on answers were more pressing than the soreness and problems of his body.

She got his attention again, and then he gave her more of a study, his odd mask revealing not much of his own expression, but his posture and movements seemed to pick up the slack. He seemed quite overly animated, like a scarecrow come alive. He put his hands together at his chest before standing straight with them behind his back. "Please kind madame. I consider you comrades at arms. Pox is fine among my peers." He spoke like a lord, but dripping with an a genuine obsequiousness for the concern of those around him. He recognized her behavior as something the house servants had done. Heck she even seemed to have the same attire.

"I'm an open book." She asked her question, getting him a little notch of his head like that of a dog. She was indeed so different, and she could see that he was trembling for the discovery he had made. He almost didn't register her question, instead, his eyes going to her unique features, his mind racing on how they function. He made sure not to stare too long. "Oh forgive me. House Apothecary isn't known too well outside of the Realm and Blessed Isle. We aren't one of the Thirteen Great Houses. We are a Minor House, but we get by."

He stepped forward, hands clasped together. "M-Might I ask the same my Lady? I could not detect the semblance of life as I am familiar. Please forgive me for being so bold, but- are you? Are you an Automaton?" He suddenly spoke then very fast, and rather nervously. But as it went it became more impassioned. "I mean please do not take the question the wrong way, I've only seen the remnants of relics and artifacts of the fabricated life forms from First Age Ruins. Only the Golden Lords could create such technological achievements at the Height of the First Age. And to see one, a functioning one in such a pristine state. You must be a marvel without compare! That's not to say you aren't if you aren't an automaton, I'm just trying to say I've never seen anyone like you before! And that to me is quite wonderful!" He seemed positively giddy at the prospect. Indeed, despite looks, the doctor itself seemed to be of a curious even childlike mind.

He took a step back and stood up straight. "Apologies, I get a little excited sometimes."

Pox took the kindness, feeling a pair of hands, cold through his robes. He must have looked an old man, lanky in his robes, raspy in his voice. He was supposed to personify the element of life and vibrancy, but considered he was sure he had died not minutes ago, he figured he was doing pretty well despite an impossibility. "Thank you." He said, his voice getting more strength as a front. He needed to not appear weak, not if he was going to keep up and dissway his rescuers.

But there was more generosity. One claiming bed rest, and indeed, this is where his beak lifted to see the carnage that had occurred. A bloodbath in a barracks. What in the name of Yu Shan? Others were showing impatience and uncertainty and Pox agreed with that settiment. If this was a prison break, there was no time for rest. He turned a peak towards the woman... immediately seeing how she held an uncanniness that mimic'd a true form and face. An automata? The realm had examples from the First Age but one as he lived and breathed?
What was going on? Pox would have to focus, there were so many questions but that could come later. "Ironic then, I happen to be a medic." He pushed off the girl gently so he could give his legs another chance. "I'll... be alright. I'll keep up. Just need will some life back into my limbs." He stood tall. "Hierphox of House Apothecary. Pox for short. My charms and skills are at your service. By the Maker, you will leave here alive and without a scratch." He made a gesture across his chest, one with a finger, one with a thumb, crossing his heart. An odd gesture of his homeland when making an oath.

He then addressed the man, he bowed his head to him. "Greetings." The man explained the situation. "Forgive me. You were my salvation, so you were my focus but..." Pox went to the splashes of red, eyeing the creature in the mask, unknowing that he was their savior. He nodded to him as well as he went to beds, he put his gloved hands on the bed and tried to determine how the occupants were killed. If they died in bed, and the beds were untouched, it meant the creature maybe this construct of armor and flesh had capabilities of stealth, but it might not be the only danger. Pox noticed the other creature in the room, another guardian... a golem, a creature of controlled magic.

"What happened here was atleast a day or so ago. The blood is dried and crusted. There is hope that whatever had was long gone. Though considering the company, maybe this dungeon is forgotten. I've heard of such haunted decrepit places." Believing himself still in creation. "There are so many questions." He said remembering what one of the warriors had said. The commotion in the store room broke his train of thought. "At any rate, if this is indeed the barracks for the guards, we should be closer to the exit. The guards would need a way from their homes to this accursed place."
@lunarius@Arthanus

Tim felt hurt and mocked a warrior's manly tears but he was taking their questions and comments in stride. "You two are breaking my heart. Coming at you with partnership and you're spitting it back in my face. Once we got some gold on the table you'll be changing your tune Sol. I'll show you both when I get my winnings I'll get enough to go anywhere and everywhere in my own ship." He got up from the table and gave both of them a grin, as if challenging them to get more than he does. "Lets meet back here for dinner. Its gonna be a hell of a festival."

And with that, the morning festivities would start. Rather informal affairs with people gathering to take their crack at the skills needed to really compete that night. The first night of the festival was always the best, but there were mini tournaments to eke out those with the skill.

For Soltana, the gutted deck where he found some dueling practice was now much more crowded. There'd be onlookers sitting out over the lip of hold, looking down into it, and the hold itself was set with benches, making it more like a boxer's fighting arena, but those weapons people had, spears, axes, armor, swords and stranger things, they were real. Already people were saying that contestants sit in file, and the fight was only to first blood.

For Kiris if she would follow the suggestion of the archery tournament, they were at the far end of the floatilla, all located on a side of a fancy looking multi decked ship, so that everyone could get a clear view of an old junker that was being dragged along the Floatilla. There was a number of dummies straped to the mast, in the rigging, along the deck, on the mast head, and hanging from the cross irons, swaying in the breeze. All the contestants would be given colored arrows. Anyone who hit one of the dummies would move on til there was a certain number.

If they needed to make any prep work, nows the time.

The cascade of stinging diatribes upon the man met him with a stumped expression and a claim. "What are you talking about?" He grabs his rotund stomach and gives it a rather unappealing shake, even the sound of morning grog rings in their ears. "I'm sexy. This is a show for all you ingrates who don't know style." He puts his arms over his greasy hair to show off. He gives a laugh, of course he would have thick skin considering he was one of the openers for this particular pit of punctuating punishment.

"You're in you're in, make em cry! From laughing! From how tragic they are!"

Jacoby is welcomed in the typical sailor way, offered pints as some of the blustier fellows tried out some warm up jabs at peoples mothers, their purse size, their waist line and their face. The judge settled them down, and before anyone knew it, it began. It was just a mob, a mob with two people in the middle and they just started shouting at eachother.

A dwarf managed to get the upper hand. "Yer so weak, if you were alcohol, an Elf could drink ya' and stay standin'!" His lines had a racial tendency to him, which was completely in bounds. He managed to beat out a half drunk halfling who sputtered, disqualifying him. It was more for fun than anything else and the cheers brought that forward.
