Amber couldn't help but chuckle slightly at the young man in front of her. Desh was hungover alright. Amber couldn't recollect a time a hangover had affected her so much since the morning after her first few parties, uni students were wild. What was it Desh had said earlier when Amber was checking in?

That always ended badly, unless you were a Scot, or a fellow Irishman, Amber knew that from experience, fortunately for her (and her bank account on a few occasions), Amber was the Scot in those situations.
At the mention of his father's death Amber couldn't help but feel sorry for the Indian despite the lack of solemnity in his words. "Ah'm sorry t' hear that," she says gently. Sure, she couldn't sympathize completely as she hadn't lost a parent. As much as she distanced herself from them she wouldn't wish death upon them. She had her grandmother though, her grandmother's death had hit her like a tonne of bricks at the time and even now it hurt slightly. "Ah cannae say a've lost a parent but my grandmother passed when ah was 15. Loved her lik' m' own mother, aye."
Amber turned to see the new arrival, she seemed familiar somehow. Of course, she was the other girl in Cass' picture, what was her name again? Something beginning with a C, or was it a K? Amber offered her a smile before greeting her simply with "Good mornin' t' ye,"
So when will the OOC go up?
