Maybe nothing as small as a powersuit.
I am gonna work on a hero who is bit of a bigshot. Though I'd recommend having applications open as usually not everyone from the int chk comes over for the OOC :P

It's fine, I'm more used to small groups anyways, so losing a few here and there before anything has started yet doesn't bother me much.
As Solomon left, a bunch of the people gathered around also left, some giving Blythe strange looks, judging her for her 'unpatriotic' statements; while others muttered under their breath things along the lines, "Man that guy's an asshole."

Israfil and Claire arrived in the hangar. Israfil looked up at Orpheus, reminding himself that it was a machine of death. He looked around, seeing the engineering crew hard at work repairing what minor damage was sustained by the cogs that hadn't been healed by Asteria. "Well, I'll get into Orpheus and start doing some training sims. I'll keep the comm open if you want to chat," he said to Claire.
Hey all, sorry for being AWOL all day, today was a bit busier than usual.

@Archangel89, sure, I think maybe we can use another character. Please read through the entire Opening Post if you haven't already. And probably all of the OOC and IC for that matter, since some questions were brought up and answered. My biggest question for you right now is, "How do you want to 'join' the crew?" Do you want to be ret-conned in, and we'll all pretend you arrived on the carrier the same time as everyone else, or do you want your character to wait at the carrier's destination, and the carrier will pick you up after it arrives? If the former, then I'll kindly ask the RP to wait for you until you get your character finished. If the latter, then I will continue to RP with the current players, since a few things will occur before the carrier arrives, and you can create your character while the RP happens simultaneously.
Hey all, sorry for being AWOL all day, today was a bit busier than usual. I want to get a few more of the major heroes up and at least the first villain you guys might be encountering before we start the RP. I'll try to get it started in around 3-5 days depending on how long it takes me to finish the characters. Please sit tight until then.

That's actually an interesting idea. We can go with Casey's mother having been the previous (and first) Galaxion. She likely started in 2020, at the age of sixteen, and then retired after giving birth to Casey thirteen years later. Galaxion would have then been missing for sixteen years until Casey's debut, so I'm not sure how many people would remember his mother enough to associate him with her.

Casey's lineage is very proud, and his mother was likely the black sheep of the family for some time for becoming a superhero. Her happy-go-lucky nature kept her from feeling too shamed by her family to quit, though. Casey gets his attitude (and his looks) from his mother. However, because of the great work she did as one, she reconciled with the family, and they far more readily accepts Casey's heroics.

She probably joined the Dream Corps later in her career, but stayed a loosely-affiliated member.

OK, that's cool, though anyone 25 or older probably remembers the first Galaxion. Character accepted.
"Alright, well that's enough celebration for one day," Solomon said, getting up, "I'm gonna go hit the sack, I'm tired."

"Sure," Israfil replied, leading the way to the hangar.
@Milkman and @Dead Cruiser, character accepted.

I did want to ask though, since Casey's mother was the previous bearer of the mark, was she a superhero? I think it would be interesting if she was, and also went by the name Galaxion, but after giving birth to Casey, Galaxion 'vanished'. When Casey starts being a superhero, people will recognize him as a younger, male version of Galaxion, and will start calling him "Galaxy Boy", until he publicly tells people to stop calling him that. At least, I think it would be interesting since there are a lot of female superheroes who are 'derived' from male superheroes, but not that many who are the other way around. If Mrs. Nakamura was the previous Galaxion, I might say that she was offered a spot in the Dream Corps., whether she accepted or not is up to you, Dead Cruiser. After her powers went away, the appearance of a new Galaxion would really pique the interest of the Dream Corps.

I've finished the first two Dream Corps. members, Justice and Kingfisher, and am still working on the others. Pacifist is partially filled in but not complete yet. In addition to Lorne Industries as offered by @Sep, Kingfisher's company, Crown Heavy Industries is also open for any tech related tie-ins. I actually want @Rin's Zeta to maybe be part of a collaboration project between Crown Heavy Industries and Dr. Coscarelli, with permission of course.
Alright, give me a bit of time and I'll get a post up, maybe sometime tomorrow.
OK, Prism and Rad Stallion are approved.
I kind of have a villain to write up if not actually use too, honestly. ^^; One who uses weaponized classical music(hopefully not too similar to general sound stuff).

She's one of Blast Girl's villains, a "performance criminal". She's not really about the goal of the crime, and never kills anyone because there's no point if you want them to see your performance. She does, however, cause lots of property damage and theft in the name of her performances.

If you make the character, I might include her. I'm open to people making characters that aren't fully fleshed out for me as the GM to stick in the roster and pull out as needed.

The latter option; there is only one Star Vampire, that passes from human to human through natural reproduction.

I would say that the Star Vampire has been on Earth since about 1200 BC, first arriving in ancient Phoenicia.

Ok, I think that would make sense. Maybe that's when the Jarav became caretakers of the Sagitarrius arm. The ones who were caretakers before that were so bad at their job that the Star Vampire was pretty sure they wouldn't be discovered.

@Milkman and @Sep, characters are accepted.

I have the first of the Dream Corps. done in the Characters tab, still working on the other 5.
