Maybe nothing as small as a powersuit.
I am gonna work on a hero who is bit of a bigshot. Though I'd recommend having applications open as usually not everyone from the int chk comes over for the OOC :P
That's actually an interesting idea. We can go with Casey's mother having been the previous (and first) Galaxion. She likely started in 2020, at the age of sixteen, and then retired after giving birth to Casey thirteen years later. Galaxion would have then been missing for sixteen years until Casey's debut, so I'm not sure how many people would remember his mother enough to associate him with her.
Casey's lineage is very proud, and his mother was likely the black sheep of the family for some time for becoming a superhero. Her happy-go-lucky nature kept her from feeling too shamed by her family to quit, though. Casey gets his attitude (and his looks) from his mother. However, because of the great work she did as one, she reconciled with the family, and they far more readily accepts Casey's heroics.
She probably joined the Dream Corps later in her career, but stayed a loosely-affiliated member.
I kind of have a villain to write up if not actually use too, honestly. ^^; One who uses weaponized classical music(hopefully not too similar to general sound stuff).
She's one of Blast Girl's villains, a "performance criminal". She's not really about the goal of the crime, and never kills anyone because there's no point if you want them to see your performance. She does, however, cause lots of property damage and theft in the name of her performances.
The latter option; there is only one Star Vampire, that passes from human to human through natural reproduction.
I would say that the Star Vampire has been on Earth since about 1200 BC, first arriving in ancient Phoenicia.
